Ok on with the story.

 

Chapter One: Running

 

Memories of the previous hours past through her mind as she ran. She had to get away from him she wouldn't let him hurt her again she had to get away.

 

********Flash Back********

 

“Please don't, I'll be good I promise” The frightened girl pleaded to the drunken older man

 

“Now Now Kagome, I told you to be back at ten and you were late.” The man said as he started to take off his belt.

 

“But I was only late by ten minutes.” The girl stated pleadingly. But the man just ignored her and finished undressing. Than moved to her and forcefully removed her clothes. She knew it was useless to fight back it would only bring more pain. So she just sat there and let it happen. Promising herself this would never happen again.

 

********End Flash Back*******

 

Fresh tears came to her eyes as she ran. She was so caught up in her thoughts she didn't notice the branch sticking up from the ground. She went tumbling forward and expected to hit the ground but the impact never came. The last thing she felt were two warm arms holding her before she fell unconscious.
