InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ School for the Bad ❯ The Field Trip Begins ( Chapter 2 )

The teacher came in the room in camouflage pants and a white top, and a smile that would make anyone uncomfortable. "Your parents have set up a surprise, seeing as some of you didn't want to come, and your parents wanted to show you that they think you're all good kids."

Inuyasha getting sick of listening to the idiot infront of him, decided to hurry him up a little, "This is all nice and dandy, but get on with it."

"Ok, ok, we're going on a field trip for about a week." The teacher said skipping over everything he was going to say.

Everyone cheered but Inuyasha who thought something was up, Kagome who wanted to know the catch, and was upset that Sango was mad at her, Sango who was plain upset, and Miroku who was stuck between what's the catch and why in the world would they trust the worst kids in the district on a field trip for a week.

"We're leaving in an hour your bags are in your lockers." The teacher said walking to the door. "You guys can go to your lockers and get them now." The teacher walked out the door so he wouldn't get trampled.

Everyone ran for the door, and Kagome went and caught up with Sango. "Sango I'm sorry."

Sango turned around to Kagome and, said glaring at her, "You ever talk to me like you did, and I'll give you that permanent limp you promised Inuyasha."

"I'll give you the bat I was going to use on him." Kagome said making Sango laugh.

"Deal." Sango said shaking Kagome's hand in agreement as they headed for their lockers which were right next to each other.

~when everyone's getting on the bus~

"There's one rule. You have to sit one girl and one boy to a seat." The teacher said sitting down as the kids got on.

"Damn." Kagome muttered taking a seat in front of Sango.

"Maybe we'll get lucky." Sango said leaning up with a hopeful look in her eyes.

Then Inuyasha sat next to Kagome and Miroku sat next to Sango.

"You were saying Sango?" Kagome said looking back at her with a, you just had to say it kinda look.

"I believe she said you might get lucky. Which you did." Inuyasha smirked at her.

*SMACK*

"What the fuck did I tell you?!" Sango yelled as Miroku was knocked out.

"Well he won't touch you now." Inuyasha said looking back at Sango.

Kagome leaned her head on the window as the bus took off. After awhile she fell asleep.

~an hour later~

Kagome woke up and slowly looked around sleepily.

"Have a nice nap?" Inuyasha asked smirking down at her.

Kagome was about to nod but then realize she was leaning on him. She then moved as close to the window as possible. "Shut it."

"PERVERT!!!" Sango screamed.

"You laid on me." Miroku defended himself.

"WE'RE HERE!!!" One of the teachers yelled over the yelling.

All the kids got off the bus and looked at the woods around them. They were in the middle of a forest, it was pretty and all but when they said field trip they didn't think they literally meant field trip.

"Where are we?" Kagome asked walking up to the teacher in the camouflaged pants.

"In the middle of a forest." He said with an evil grin.

Inuyasha looked over at them and listened in thinking, "Something's not right with that guy."

"We can see that you moron. I mean where is this forest, and does it have a name?" Kagome growled.

"It doesn't have a name you would find on map, but the teachers at school FTB like to call it hunting wood." He said pulling out a hand gun and shooting it into the air. "I suggest you run."

Kagome turned around and started running grabbing Sango who was behind her. Inuyasha had heard and started to run with Miroku beside him, and said, "Miroku keep an eye on Sango if they split up." After he said Kagome and Sango ran around another so called teacher and split up seemingly not realizing it. Inuyasha took off after Kagome and Miroku fallowed Sango.

Inuyasha ran faster to get Kagome but she ran faster. This wouldn't normally be a problem but she was a miko so she could run just as fast as him, and to top it off she was scared and it was spiking her powers, and sent.

Inuyasha jumped up into a tree and jumped a few feet in front of her. Kagome had been looking back and ended up running into him. She was about to turn and run but her grabbed her arm and pulled her back, so she was facing him and held her around the waist. "Kagome calm down." Inuyasha growled nipping her neck.

Kagome calmed down for a second and then pushed away. "What the hell do you want?"

"Help just like you." Inuyasha said looking at her shaking form. "I'll help you, you help me. We'll get out of this mess."

"I don't need help." Kagome said getting out of his grip.

"Then where is Sango." Inuyasha said looking at Kagome trying to calm down. She was shaking in fear.

"I don't know but I'll find her." Kagome said walking off.

"You're going in the wrong direction." Inuyasha said looking after her.

Kagome turned around and walked backed up to him glaring at him. "How would you know?"

"I'm a hanyou." Inuyasha said twitching his ears for her to see.

"Oh yeah." Kagome said looking at him and fighting the urge to touch his ears.

"Let's go." Inuyasha said turning and walking in the direction of Miroku and Sango. Kagome fallowed behind him keeping her sences on high just in case someone that wasn't supposed to be close wasn't.

They walked into a small clearing and saw Miroku holding on to Sango's arm as Sango tried to get away.

"Sango calm down." Kagome said walking up to them.

"Kagome what are we going to do?" Sango asked getting her arm away from Miroku and walking up to Kagome.

Kagome looked around and looked around uneasy, "I don't know." Kagome for the first time realized that she didn't have an idea or a way to get out of trouble for one of the first times in her life.

"Let's find somewhere to settle down for the day. We'll find away out of here tomorrow." Inuyasha said looking at everyone.
