"Inu-Yasha! Inu-Yasha, get up!" Kagome cried, putting her face in her hands.

"Hehehe, well, Inu-Yasha couldn't even survive an arrow shot by a mere girl," Naraku said, pulling Kagome up by her hair.

"Why!? Why do you have to be so cold, so evil!?" Kagome yelled, kicking her feet in the air.

"Why do you care, human?" Naraku dropped Kagome to the floor. She was in hysterics. It was SO sad. Kagome just wouldn't stop crying. Finally, she grabbed her bow & arrow, aimed, and shot Naraku directly in the heart. Naraku had a surprised look on his face. And then, all the demons that were inside Naraku, started to come out of him and started exploding. Kagome shielded her eyes.

*A/N-This part is gross, I warn you!* Demon innards were flying all over! It was just gross! Kagome ran out of that cave. She ran and ran and ran and ran. She didn't stop running even when she fell in the mud. She didn't stop running even when her skirt and shirt got torn. She just ran, sobbing. When she reached the camp site they were staying at, she collapsed. Sango and Miroku and Shippou ran right to her. "Kagome! What happened?" Sango asked with a worried expression shown on her face.

"I-I-I ki-killed Inu-Yasha," Kagome managed to say.

"What?!" Miroku, Sango, and Shippou said at the same time.

"I-I didn't mean to," Kagome said, still sobbing.

"How can you kill someone by accident?" Miroku asked, all of them getting a little teary.

"I don't feel like talking. Just please leave me alone, guys," Kagome said, closing her eyes.

"I understand, Kagome," Sango said, crying. Sango, Shippou, and Miroku took off, tears in their eyes.

"I just wish Inu-Yasha was here with me. I miss him already."

"Why do you miss me?" Kagome heard a voice behind her ask.

"Inu-Yasha?" Kagome asked, turning around.

"Yeah, who did you think it was?" Inu-Yasha asked. "Wait... Kagome, what happened?? Your outfit's all muddy and torn!"

"I ran away from Naraku's cave so fast... I... slipped and fell. I thought you died!" Kagome said, lunging at Inu-Yasha.

"Why?" Inu-Yasha asked Kagome, looking confused.

Kagome looked up. Inu-Yasha's blood had dried, already. "Because, you were coughing up blood, and then you just closed your eyes. It looked like you were dead..." Kagome said, a tear streaming down her face.

Inu-Yasha brushed away the tear. "It's okay, I promise you, nothing will happen to either one of us for a long, long time."

"Thanks, Inu-kun," Kagme said, and she stopped crying. "We better go tell the team that you're alive. I told them that I killed you. They were very upset."

"Well, let's go, Kagome," Inu-Yasha said. They went off looking for Sango, Shippou, & Miroku. They finally found them.

"Inu...Inu-Yasha? Is it really you?" Miroku asked, and started touching his face and stretching it.

"Of course it is, you baka!" Inu-Yasha yelled, hitting Miroku.

"Oh, okay," Miroku said in kind of a dazed voice.

"Kagome told us that she killed you," Sango said to Inu-Yasha.

"She THOUGHT she killed me," Inu-Yasha explained to Sango.

"Okay...." Sango replied. "Well, I'm glad you're alive, Inu-Yasha. I best be going now."

"I'm happy you're alive, too," Shippou said, walking away.

"Yes, same here," Miroku said to Inu-Yasha right before running to feel Sango up.

"Alone at last," Inu-Yasha said to Kagome, right before kissing her.

"Mmm-hmm," Kagome answered right after the kiss between her and Inu-Yasha ended.

"Well, we should go back to sleep. It's already 2:00AM," Inu-Yasha said.

"Good idea." After Kagome said that, they walked off to their huts.
