Chapter 18
After school tutoring, an angry confrontation, a movie and home.
I got into my locker, pulled out my back pack, and clipped my cell phone onto my hip.
Then I closed and relocked my locker.
Bankotsu and I walked over to his locker, pulled out his cell phone, clipped it onto his hip, and locked his locker.
He took my backpack, held my hand, and lead me over to his car, a medium blue Honda civic Del sol.
He opened the door for me and I got in.
He placed my backpack by my feet and climbed in behind the wheel and started the car.
I mentioned, "Nice car."
He smiled and said, "Thanks."
He drove us over to the library and parked his car.
He got out, opened my door, helped me out, and grabbed my backpack.
Then he shut the door and locked his car up.
He held my hand again and we walked into the library.
He set my backpack down on the table, briefly brushed his lips over mine, and whispered, "See you soon."
I smiled and nodded.
Bankotsu walked off out of sight.
Hojo looked at me with a brow raised in question.
I smiled and sat down.
A minute later Hakudoshi, and Heiten walked in.
I pulled out my history book and my notebook.
Hojo opened his book as did the others.
Hojo announced, "Okay, first we are gonna go over the notes you two have taken so far."
Heiten and Hakudoshi opened their note books.
Hojo looked over their notes and sighed.
Then he picked up his note book, set it in front of them and said, "Well for starters, you two really should start taking more detailed notes."
I nodded my agreement.
Hojo picked up my note book and placed it next to his, with theirs above them and instructed, "Look at the differences. Cathy's notes are far more detailed. She has dates, times, places, and even brief descriptions and so do I."
I added, "It appears as if you two are only writing down the bare facts. While that is a good start, in order to get a better grasp of things and to get better grades, you need to start taking better notes."
Hojo nodded his agreement and added, "Start writing down brief descriptions as well. Then see where that takes you from there."
I again nodded my agreement.
Hojo announced, "For the rest of the hour today, I will work with Heiten on redoing his notes! Cathy, you work with Hakudoshi on his!"
I nodded.
I walked over and sat at one end of the table with Hakudoshi and our note books and Hojo did the same with Heiten.
I instructed, "Okay, for starters read over my notes and tell me which you think are the most important parts."
Hakudoshi just sat there with his arms crossed in front of his chest starring at the table.
After a few minutes I faced him and asked, "Alright, do you wanna tell me why you are so upset!?"
He stubbornly sat there remaining silent.
I sighed heavily and stated, "If you aren't gonna tell me, then at least do the notes!"
He mentioned evenly, "You should have told me!" staring me dead in the eye.
I sighed and said evenly, "Look alright, I am sorry I didn't realize you would get so upset!"
Hakudoshi mentioned evenly, "I thought we were becoming friends!"
I sighed and answered, "I thought so too. Look I honestly didn't mean to upset you Hakudoshi!"
He sat silent.
I asked dryly, "Are you gonna be mad at me forever or what!?"
He replied evenly, "Maybe."
I sighed and said, "Come on man, look I said I didn't mean to upset you! And Had Yuki kept her damn mouth shut, I would have told you! I was gonna tell you tomorrow while we were working in the lab! But I didn't intend to tell Heiten or your cousin for obvious reasons!"
I added dryly, "At least Heiten has finally decided to back off."
Hakudoshi stated coldly, "Don't be an idiot! Heiten was and IS furious as hell! Wait until he gets over the shock and then you will see! He is STILL determined to make you his girl!" staring me dead in the eye.
I declared angrily, "That is NEVER gonna happen! And it's about damn time he and your cousin BOTH learn to deal with it! I don't want anything to do with either of those jerks! EVER!"
Then I calmed down and questioned, "Now, are you gonna let the fact that I FINALLY found a guy who actually treats me right for once in my life, come between our fragile, budding friendship or what!?"
Hakudoshi sighed heavily and answered, "No! But I am still a little mad at you!"
I nodded and retorted, "Fine. Now can we gets back to these notes?"
Hakudoshi nodded and read my notes and I helped him add to his own notes.
Finally it was only 5 more minutes to go.
Hakudoshi warned seriously, "I meant what I said earlier! Heiten is FURIOUS and determined to make you his!" staring me dead in the eye.
I held his gaze and mentioned seriously, "Thanks for the warning! But he is just gonna have to learn to take no for an answer!"
Then I added "By the way, I found your note and tip the other night. Thanks for the apology."
He nodded.
We gathered up our stuff and got ready to leave.
Hojo walked over and asked, "How did it go?"
I faced him and answered, "Fine, and you?"
Hojo mentioned "We are getting there."
I nodded.
Heiten stormed over, glaring at me.
Hojo queried, "Can I speak with you alone a few minutes, Cathy?"
I nodded.
Heiten glared harder at both of us.
Hakudoshi walked out the door.
After a minute Heiten followed him.
Hojo asked, "So, how are things with you and Bankotsu?"
I smiled and exclaimed happily, "Great!"
Hojo nodded, and declared, "I'm happy for you then."
I smiled and said, "Thanks."
Bankotsu walked over, pulled me into him and asked, "Hey baby, finished yet?"
Hojo answered, "Yeah were done. Take care of her man!"
Bankotsu replied, "I intend too!"
Bankotsu picked up my backpack, held my hand, and lead me out to his car.
He unlocked, and opened the door.
I climbed in and he stored my backpack in the floorboard of the back seat.
He shut my door, climbed in behind the wheel, and started the car.
He asked, "How did it go?"
I answered, "After Hakudoshi got off his chest that he was upset I hadn't told him yet, it went fine."
Bankotsu nodded and queried, "Why was he so upset?"
I replied, "He said he thought we were becoming friends, which we had been, he is still upset with me, but says he isn't gonna let it come between that friendship."
Bankotsu nodded.
I added, "He also warned me Heiten is quite furious and still intends to make me his woman."
Bankotsu declared fiercely, "I will NOT let that happen!"
I agreed just as fiercely, "Neither will I!"
He nodded and drove us over to the theater.
He parked the car, opened my door, and helped me out.
Then he closed the door and locked his car up.
We held hands and got in line.
We agreed to see Rush Hour 3.
He bought the tickets and we walked over to the concession stand, got a couple medium sodas, and one large popcorn with extra butter.
Then we took our seats at the back of the theater and side by side.
The movie started and he put his arm over my shoulder.
I leaned into his chest and watched the movie.
Halfway through the movie he started kissing, and nuzzling my neck.
I smiled, and gave him better access to my neck.
After a few more minutes he kissed my lips.
I faced him and kissed his jaw.
He captured my mouth in a hot and demanding kiss.
I kissed him back just as passionately.
After a few minutes we broke the kiss and settled into to watch the last of the movie.
When the movie was over, we stood up and walked out of the theater smiling and holding hands.
He lead us over to his car, unlocked the door and I climbed in.
He closed my door, climbed behind the wheel, and started his car.
I smiled and said, "That was the best time I have ever had at a movie theater!"
He smirked and agreed, "Same here!"
I blushed and he laughed.
He drove us to my place, cut the engine, got out, opened my door, and helped me out.
He then leaned in, grabbed my back pack, closed the door, and locked his car up.
He held my hand and walked me over to my door.
He set down my back pack and pulled me into a fierce kiss.
I kissed him back just as fiercely and wrapped my arms around his neck.
He wrapped his arms around my hips.
Inuyasha opened the door and cleared his throat loudly.
I blushed and hid my head on Bankotsu's chest a minute.
Then I looked at Bankotsu and said, "I had a great time tonight!"
He smiled and agreed, "Me too!"
Inuyasha cleared his throat loudly again, leaning propped against the door jam.
I rolled my eyes and said, "Good night, Ban."
He chuckled and replied, "Night, Cathy."
I grabbed my bag and walked inside.
Bankotsu turned, got into his car, and drove off.
Inuyasha closed the door.
I put my back pack on the couch and demanded, "Was that really necessary Yash!?"
He nodded grinning and answered, "Yup!"
I threw a couch pillow into his face."
He caught it before it hit the floor and whined, "Hey! What was that for!?"
I said, "What do you think!?"
He stated, "Hey, we are letting you date him, so chill alright."
I rolled my eyes and snapped, "Even though you two are letting us date, you still have to interrupt our kiss!?"
Yash grinned wider and answered, "Yup! It's my job to look out for you!"
I rolled my eyes and mumbled, "More like pester me."
He smirked and added, "That too!"
I laughed and said, "Your impossible, you know that!?"
He grinned and mentioned, "Yup!"
Then he walked over, hugged me and stated, "Hey, it's been forever since I had a reason to tease you! Just let me have my fun, k?"
I returned the hug, laughed and said, "Okay."
Then I lightly scolded, "But don't do that again! It was rude and embarrassing!"
He nodded and agreed, "Okay."
I smiled, grabbed my backpack, and announced, "I'm gonna hit the sack! Night guys!"
Yash said, "Night!"
Sesshomaru walked over and said, "Night."
I ran up to my room, placed my backpack at the foot of my bed, folded and put away, and hung up my clothes.
I pulled out a smaller note book and jotted down some of my recipes for Ayame.
I put the recipes in my back pack, then took off my cell phone, and placed it on my desk.
I walked into my bathroom and took a quick shower.
Then walked into my bed room and pulled on fresh panties and my night shirt, then laid down on my bed and fell asleep shortly after wards.

Chapter 18

I put my back pack on the couch and demanded, "Was that really necessary Yash!?"
He nodded grinning and answered, "Yup!"
I threw a couch pillow into his face."
He caught it before it hit the floor and whined, "Hey! What was that for!?"
I said, "What do you think!?"
He stated, "Hey, we are letting you date him, so chill alright."
I rolled my eyes and snapped, "Even though you two are letting us date, you still have to interrupt our kiss!?"
Yash grinned wider and answered, "Yup! It's my job to look out for you!"
I rolled my eyes and mumbled, "More like pester me."
He smirked and added, "That too!"
I laughed and said, "Your impossible, you know that!?"
He grinned and mentioned, "Yup!"
Then he walked over, hugged me and stated, "Hey, it's been forever since I had a reason to tease you! Just let me have my fun, k?"
I returned the hug, laughed and said, "Okay."
Then I lightly scolded, "But don't do that again! It was rude and embarrassing!"
He nodded and agreed, "Okay."
I smiled, grabbed my backpack, and announced, "I'm gonna hit the sack! Night guys!"
Yash said, "Night!"
Sesshomaru walked over and said, "Night."
I ran up to my room, placed my backpack at the foot of my bed, folded and put away, and hung up my clothes.
I pulled out a smaller note book and jotted down some of my recipes for Ayame.
I put the recipes in my back pack, then took off my cell phone, and placed it on my desk.
I walked into my bathroom and took a quick shower.
Then walked into my bed room and pulled on fresh panties and my night shirt, then laid down on my bed and fell asleep shortly after wards.
