Shippos new family ch 3
Krystal slowly opens her eyes as the sun hits her face. She turned around and tried to put her arms around Fox to snuggle up with him and go back to sleep. But she felt nothing but air in her arms. She bolted upright. She noticed 3 things, first: Fox was not there. Second: she was in a bed instead of the arwing, third: she was in a cave. She wonders what happened to fox and got up to find him. She streched to get the kinks out of her body, then she shook herself to dry her fur of the morning dew. After that was done she started out the cave, but stopped dead in her tracks when she noticed the little body in the corner of the cave asleep. She read his mind to see if he was dead. Kago..me…….mother…….wher are you mommy kagome? Releived to see he wan’t dead she went over there to wake him up. “little one. Llliitttttle oonnnee…. Wake up please.” “AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Who are you? I’ll do anything you want just don’t hurt me!” the little fox started whimpering and bowing to Krystal. “sssshhhhhhhhhh. It’s okay little one. I will not hurt you, I just want to wake you up to help you. It seemed from your thoughts that you were having a nightmare.” Shippos eyes widened “you can read minds?!” Krystal chuckled and nodded. Then shippos eyes started to water and said “you said you wanted to take care of me?” “yes, that’s right. I don’t have a child yet so I just wanted to care for you until you didn’t want it anymore.” Krystal said with saddened eyes. Shippos eyes suddenly hardened “yeah. Well I don’t need anyone! I can go fine by myself!” Krystals eyes watered at this. “I come from a world where you have to be good at surviving or you will get fates worse than death. So I don’t need you or anyone else so just go away!!” Krystal then starts full-on crying at this and runs out of the cave. As she runs out of the cave She noticed what planet Fox took her to for the honeymoon, it was Sauria. She looked back and realized that she was just at trickys cave. She went towards the merchants trading store, she knew she would find Fox there. She walked into the store and quickly turned into the map quarter to see fox looking at some map. As he noticed her presence he quickly paid for the map and put it away. She tried to read his mind but she realized that he had a shield around his mind. “Love you Fox” Krystal said as she came up and kissed him. “why hello Krystal, like the surprise location? We are going to meet tricky in the cave later.” “it was perrrrfect.” Krystal purred out. “So, what do you want to do in the meantime?” Fox asked. GGGGrrrrrruuummmble!!!!! Krystal and Fox just laughed. “well, it looks like my stomach answered for me! Lets go on a picnic!” Krystal suggests. Fox nodded and went to the cave to get the supplies with Krystal following shortly behind. At the cave Fox comes outside with the supplies because Krystal didn’t want to go in because of shippos rudeness, but she didn’t tell fox that. When fox got out Krystal noticed a little ball of fur on his shoulder. “Fox whats that?” she asked while pointing at the little ball. “oh, this is shippo. Shippo this is….” “yeah I know who she is, we met earlier this morning,” “oh really?” “yeah, I want to come with you to eat. Can I?” shippo asked with big eyes. “sure you can shippo.” Krystal said. Shippo looked at her like she grew another head. “you would let me come even after I said all those mean things I said to you?” “yes I would, no matter how mean you will be to me, I will always help those who need it. Plus I still like to think of you as my son.” Krystal said with a heavy heart. “Wait one sec! you were mean to my mate?!” fox demanded. “yeah I’m sorry fox.” “well don’t tell me.” Fox said with a huff. Then he shooed shippo off his shoulder, called Krystal, then started walking toward the cloudrunner beach. “come on shippo, you can ride on my shoulder if you want.” Then Krystal bent down to let him up. “ No way! I can walk!” then he folded his arms and started walking towards Fox so he doesn’t get lost on the way. Krystal stood up and sighed, why does he like fox so much? I’ll have to ask when shippo is out of earshot. Then she rushed off towards Fox and shippo.
Back at kaedes village: “Inuyasha! Are you sure! He has to be somewhere! I’m going back out to search for him again.” Kagome said feverishly. Inuyasha stopped her before she could get out the door. “inuyasha, move! I will find him no matter what! SIT!” inuyasha made a crater in the ground as kagome stomped past her and into the forest. I will find him if it’s the last thing I do. “SIT” she yells so that inuyasha won’t try to stop her early. Then she starts on her short search for shippo again.
