Mole

Kagome woke up earlier that morning and rolled over on her dog. She felt around and discovered a man lying in her bed, then she remembered last night.

"Kagome", Inuyasha moaned as he pushed the door open with his back and carried Kagome to the bed.

"Inuyasha, your so impatient", she squeaked as he kissed her harder and harder with each word that came from her lips that were pouty and red from their first tryst in the plane.

"I've waited years Kagome", he said as he journeyed her body.

"I have been a patient dog", he groaned.

"And you're my dog" she returned, her hands going to his ears, as the hair tie came out, and she stroked them smoothly.

"That's right, and after 19 long years I'm going to show you my appreciation", he said, smirking in her ear.

It was going to be a long night!

She looked in the direction of him, and almost cried, she would give anything to see him now, anything. She wished with all her heart that she would be able to look him in the eyes, and really tell him, how much he meant to her.

Instead her hand went to his head and she stroked hi ears comfortingly. Then she remembered.

With all swiftness she suddenly jumped out of the bed.

"Inuyasha! we are late for work, and we had a business meeting with Sesshomaru!" ,she screamed, as she threw a pillow at him and ran as quick as she could without falling or tripping to her bathroom to get ready.

"What?", he said sleepily.

"GET UP!", she screeched again, and with that she threw the blow dryer at him as she readied herself.

"I'm coming!", he said getting up and going to the closet.

"Sesshomaru is going to kill us!", she hissed as they went up the stairs for work, because they were faster.

"Whoa Kagome!", he said as she ran up the steps and tripped.

"I can solve this", he said, and he put her on his back and told her to hold on.

"Inuyasha!", she screamed as he practically flew up the steps using demonic speed.

"I'm glad you decided to join me 30 minutes late", Sesshomaru said, as he looked out the window and had his back turned against them.

"We're so-", she started.

"It doesn't matter right now. What does matter is that there is a spy in this company.", the Boss said, angrily.

"A Spy?!", Kagome said startled.

"We have proof of this Sesshomaru?", Inuyasha said, going into business mode.

"The proof is in Miasma Co.'s recent dealings with another company to help them with the mission. They must know at least a little of our knowledge to be able to pull such a stunt.", Sesshomaru said.

"Who are they getting it from?", Kagome pondered aloud, this was serious.

"We have kept it within the top ranks, and only the highest up in Inu Industries knows about it", Inuyasha said.

"I do not know but we must find this mole immediately do you understand?", Sesshomaru said harshly.

"Yes, we will go and search around for anything that could help us determine the perp", Kagome said.

"Go then and keep me posted Kagome. If we do not complete this mission and exact the Shikon Jewels from their habitat, then Inu Industries will go under.", Sesshomaru said, with a bitter air of finalism.

"Alright, come on Inuyasha", she said and walked away into the private business room.

Once they got in there, Kagome began, reasoning out, and trying to piece together the puzzle to solve this mystery.

"Who would have access codes to get into the vault of information here at Inu Industries?", Inuyasha started critically.

"But also who would have the motive to help Naraku?", he added.

They thought and contemplated for a long while, each idea and suspect after another registering negative. Who would do this, and why? Well they knew why, someone might attempt to do this, but who would take such a risk? And for that arrogant and evil Naraku, no less?

The "Mission", that was so top secret at Inu Industries, all to do with none other than the Shikon Jewel Shards.

There were hundreds of the "Shards", and with the help of the scientists at Inu Industries it had been determined, with lots of testing, that these shards, had the unique power of powering enormous buildings, and power sucking factories, and whole cities, for a very long time.

If Inu Industries could get to these shards then they would be set for life, because every major company in the world will want one to power their countries, and such.

Not only that, but they have proven to be non harmful to the environment, even more of a bonus, for those big time company owners with environmentalists breathing down their necks.

It had come right down to a quest for the Shikon Jewel Shards. Who ever got them, was the winner.

It was a battle between Miasma Co. and Inu Industries.

For a lengthy and extended period of time they just sat there, thinking. They knew that if this" Spy", was not caught, that they would leak all the information to Naraku, and ultimately he would get the upper hand, become more powerful, and destroy Inu Industries once and for all.

"We have to catch this spy if we don't-", Inuyasha stopped and his fist that was balled up ready to punch something.

"It's her!" he said his eyes wide with amazement.

"I can't believe I didn't see it before", he said again.

"What, what is it?" Kagome said, getting up.

"The spy is…Kikyo!" he breathed out.

"Kikyo!"

"Yes, it's Kikyo, now come on", he said pulling her by the arm and practically running down the hall.

"It all fits, Kagome", he said as they hastily made their way down the hallways.

"She hates you does she not?"

"Not only that, but I have also seen them in the same room together, remember when, she was escorting Naraku out after our meeting?" he continued on a roll.

"Also, haven't you noticed all the jewelry she has gotten since the first meeting with Naraku?" Kagome said.

"He's paying her off with expensive things, I bet she is his slut", Kagome said with an appalling taste in her mouth.

"There she is", Inuyasha said looking through the glass wall into the Intel vaults.

"Kiko!" Inuyasha said bursting through the door, Kagome in tow, he had accidentally said her name wrong and she was infuriated.

"Drop those right now, and back away from the vault!" Inuyasha said, angrily, as he saw she held the case files for the whereabouts of the shards.

"It's Kikyo", she said with a crazy unstable look in her eyes, as if the pronunciation of her name mattered, she was about to go to prison for her treason.

"And you and your bitch can't stop me!" she said evilly.

"I'm going to Kik yo ass!" Kagome yelled as she crossed the room to where she heard Kikyo and began pummeling her.

"Kagome I think she's down", Inuyasha said, as Kagome continued to punch and ram her fists into Kikyo who was unconscious.

"Kagome calm down!" Inuyasha said as he held her back from continuing to beat Kikyo.

"What is going on here?!", Sesshomaru yelled as he entered the room.

"Security told me there was a fight down here!", he continued.

"Nope, I think Kagome took care of it pretty well", Inuyasha said, now helping Kagome to her feet.

"I see, is this the leak?", Sesshomaru said.

"Yes, she's been spilling information to Naraku since the deal, the proof is in her hand", Inuyasha continued.

"Good, I shall send security right away for her, and I myself will deal with Naraku", Sesshomaru said, his eyes narrowing and his eyes tinting red.

"I trust will not need help brother", Inuyasha said with a smirk, Naraku was going to regret ever meeting his brother Sesshomaru, or messing with his company.

Sesshomaru's speed surprised them as he bolted out of the office, and to Naraku. With that settled they dealt with Kikyo's removal, then returned to inuyasha's office.

They sighed as they sunk in the chairs, today had taken a lot out of them and they were dead tired. Kagome was sleeping and Inuyasha went over to her and laid her down on his leather couch, and sat down beside her on it.
