InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Simple Words ❯ It Begins ( Chapter 7 )

[ X - Adult: No readers under 18. Contains Graphic Adult Themes/Extreme violence. ]

Disclaimer: I don't own any of the characters in this chapter.

AN: Okay this is yet another chapter for me. In here I used the plot of a scene for a lot of different movies. Bad guys and good guys, blah, blah, blah. I do not know which movies this type of scene is from, but I know that it is a scene and I think it gets my idea across rather nicely. Just to let you know, I hope to end this fanfic rather soon. Like within the next 3-4 chapters, unless you're reading me on MMO(mediaminer.org) and IYN (inuyasha.net) and AFFN (Adultfanfiction.net), then it'll be longer because of the lemon(s?).

Hopefully if this works, it won't be about 50 chapters long. *sigh* You'd probably hate me for that. Just Kidding! If you would like a sequel - although I don't know what it would be about IF you DO want one, give me an idea if you do want one, if not tell me my writing sucks and that I should have my brain checked or something.

If you haven't noticed, the characters in this story are extremely OOC. I know it gets annoying, but please bear with me. I really don't think I can get them back into character for awhile, at least until I get to a fight scene or something. Then I think I'll have them go back to their original characterizations *crosses fingers and looks to the sky hopefully* but then I might have to change them back again.

*Sigh* The things I put these poor characters through. I also have a question… are you guys okay with the ending author's notes? If not, let me know in a review or e-mail me (just say you're on FFN or MMO or IYN okay?). I hope you enjoy this chapter. Well on with the fic.

Chapter 7 - It Begins

Once again the recording was played. Two more chairs had to be broken due to Inu-Yasha constantly transforming, then they finally just sent him out of the room to preserve everything else that is in there.

Rin was shocked. She wasn't sure what to think about the tape itself. Truth be told, she was down right scared. And that in itself could be dangerous.

Kagome was good about it considering the major threat that hung over her head. The threat of being kidnapped and acting as bait would be enough to scare any woman, but not Kagome. Nope, never Kagome. She was as cool as ice.

"Just wait till I get my hands on those two, I'm gonna kill them! I'll make them so sorry that they'll wish that they never messed with anyone!" Luckily, Jaken wasn't there or else he would have been in some major need of clean pants, though not as bad as before. As it was, she was actually scaring both Sessho-maru and Rin with her outburst.

Neither seemed to know how to calm her down. Finally Rin left the room, only to come back with a rather large bucket of extremely cold water in it (AN: think the water in Maine when those crazy people jump in, in the middle of winter with ice chunks floating around - if you are one of these people, no offense meant). She pulled the bucket back and…

*Splash*

"Oh, Gods that's cold!" Kagome shivered as Rin placed the bucket over her head and began to walk her out of the room. Sessho-maru smirked at the sight, he knew that Kagome had little patience with Kikyo's stunts, for that matter so did he. Walking out of the room he found his younger brother standing slack-jawed, staring at Kagome's now extremely wet body, bucket included.

"Do the flies taste good?" Sessho-maru smiled as Inu-Yasha attempted to get himself straightened out before the bucket came off Kagome's head. Inu-Yasha sent a glare over at his older brother. Sessho-maru only chuckled; he knew how much his brother cared for the soggy, fiery woman, even if his brother didn't.

Miroku was happy, just to say he was in heaven was an understatement. Here he was, in a house that was by the ocean with Sango. He thought he must have died and cloud nine was visiting him with presents.

Sango was feeling about the same way. But she also had her best friend on her mind. She was worried about Kagome, and spent her free time or most of the day just wishing that she could contact Kagome and find out what was happening. Something in her self told her that something bad was going to happen. The only problem was that she didn't know when or she'd be by Kagome's side as soon as possible - Miroku or no.

Miroku was a different story for her. The guy was acting very different towards her now that they were alone. It was almost like he wanted something, but she just wasn't sure what it was.

'Knowing him, he probably just wants to do it, the pervert.' she thought to herself for what seemed to be the millionth time since they had arrived at this location.

'But I must admit that all the attention from is nice, weird but nice. I wonder what keeps going through his head, he keeps walking around with his head in the clouds.' Mentally sighing, she walked towards the ocean, a light breeze played across her body. Sitting she faced the sunset with a smile gently playing across her features.

Miroku watched her walk towards the water. He watched her hair frame her face as the breeze came across body. Seeing her sit there on the beach with the sunset glowing on her, he was unable to look away.

'Damn, she looks like a queen or a goddess sitting there. Is she smiling? She should smile more it adds to her beauty.' Miroku thought this things before a idea came to his mind. Smiling, he walked towards Sango.

Sango watched as Miroku made his way towards her. She noticed the smile and began to shudder.

"Miroku?"

End A/N: Well here's an annoying cliffy. I'd add more, but I got writers block and I wanted to get this chapter posted. So how is it so far? I hope things haven't been too confusing, but if they are, let me know. I think the next chapter is going to be a lemon, so for those of you on FFN, you'll be getting the edited version. But just to ask, who do want the first lemon to be on: I/K, M/S, or S/R? Do what you do best and review.
