The next day, Sesshoumaru, Sora, Shishio, Kouga, and Inuyasha were asleep in that order on the beds they pushed together. Inuyasha was snuggled against Kouga, Sesshoumaru spooned Sora from behind while Shishio was curled towards Sora. There was a knock on the door of their hut. Kouga was awakened by this and managed to detach himself from Inuyasha in order to answer the door. He was surprised by the visitor.
"<Nirah, good morning.>" He greeted. She was too busy staring at Kouga who was wearing a white tanktop with plaid pants and his hair was messy and loose. She was on the verge of drooling. (AN: who wudn't be? ^_~)
"<Uh, Nirah>" Kouga waved a hand in front of her face and she shook her head to clear thoughts. (AN:I know they were naughty. hehehe)
"<Oh, um, I wanted to speak with you.>"
Kouga closed the door gently behind him. "<What about?>"
"<I just wanted to know why you weren't interested in marrying me?>" The way Nirah asked the question made Kouga feel as if she was carefully choosing her words, as if she had an alterior motive.
"<Er, w-well I'm just not interested in you in that way. I mean, I hardly know you and I'm not into arranged marriages.>"
"<Is that so?>" Her words were dripping with sarcasm.
Kouga narrows his eyes. "<Yes, it is. What are you getting at?>" Kouga's tone was full of obvious irritation.
"<It's not just your non-interest in me. I know it's not because your just not interested in my gender.>"
Kouga's eyes widen in surprise. "<Excuse me?!>"
Nirah's teeth clenched tight. "<Don't play dumb. I saw you and Inuyasha last night. I know your secret.>"
Kouga remained stoic, although in his mind thoughts of worry ran rampant. "<I don't know what you're talking->"
"<I will tell everyone unless you agree to marry me. You have until tomorrow.>" Nirah turns and walks away.
'This is not good.' Kouga thought and entered the hut. He closed the door and leans against it. He saw Inuyasha rubbing his eyes and walking towards him. Kouga saw his fiancee glowing in the early sunlight that managed the sneak into the room. His eyes were half-lidded with sleepyness and his hair was as messy as Kouga's.
'Gods, he's so beautiful in the morning.' He thought to himself.
"Mornin'. Where you go?" Inuyasha asked, trying to stifle a yawn.
"We have a problem."
"What is it?"
Kouga sighed. "You know that girl, Nirah?"
"Yeah, what about her?" Kouga's eyebrows furrowed.
"She knows about us. She knows I'm gay."
"WHAT?!" Inuyasha's eyes went wide as saucers. His outburst had caused everyone else who were sleeping to stir from slumber.
"What's going on?" Sesshoumaru sais as he sat up groggily while covering his mouth as he yawned.
"Can't a girl get some beauty sleep?" Sora said. Shishio just sat up in the bed, but looked as if he went back to sleep while sitting up.
"There's a problem." Kouga stated.
"That girl, Nirah, knows about us." Inuyasha added.
Kouga continued, "She saw us making out last night."
"Great. Just great." Sora ran her fingers through her hair in frustration.
"There's more. She will tell the tribe unless I marry her. I have until tomorrow to make my decision."
Out of nowhere, Shishio comes to life. "What do you plan to do?"
'I thought he fell asleep.' Sora thought to herself.
Kouga's eyes narrowed. "I'm not giving in to that kaniving bitch."
"But Kouga-niisan, what about-"
"I'm not going to marry her." Kouga looks at Inuyasha. "I'm already taken."
"We have to get ready for the festival. We'll worry about this later." Sora said as she got up from the bed an went towards the bathroom.
"You don't need to worry you two," Kouga and Inuyasha both turned to Sesshoumaru, who had a small smile on his face, "the bond you two have can't be broken."
Inuyasha latched onto Kouga. "I'll second that." Kouga draws Inuyasha closer to his body, holding on for dear life.
'I don't have a good feeling about this.' Kouga thought to himself.

When they arrived at the festival, they were encountered by bright colors everywhere and games like arm wrestling and shooting games with bows and arrows. It was as lively as a carnival. It even had flame throwers, fire-eaters, and fire jugglers. Shishio spotted Aoji standing in the crowd, looking at the fire jugglers.
'Even with all these people in the crowd, I can still spot him. It feels like it's only us here. Is he...not wearing a shirt?!'
Aoji feels someone looking at him and spots Shishio and the rest of the group and heads towards them.
'Oh Gods! He's coming over!!'
Aoji slighty bowed. "Hello Princess. Hello Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, Kouga...Shishio."
"Hey Aoji. Ready for the 'special event'?" Sora winks at Aoji. Everyone else looks at her suspiciously, minus Aoji.
"Wouldn't miss is for the world." Aoji tunrs to Sesshoumaru "You're in for a great time, Sesshoumaru. I stake my life on it."
Sesshoumaru smiled. "What better guarantee can I ask for?"
"Is it just me, ot does Sesshoumaru smile more often?" Kouga asked. Sesshoumaru gave Kouga his bone-chilling glare.
"Eeep." Kouga spoke too soon.
Inuyasha found his koishii 'eeep-ing' quite hilarious. "I think it's just you. Haven't lost your touch have you Maru-niisan?"
Sesshoumaru smirked. "Not at all."
