Ok Chapter 2 is a little short so bear with me ahile. Also the 'heat' will be turned up rather quickly after this, so get ready.
"So This Is How It Feels"
Chapter 2
"Damn Kaede, makin us go for another stupid herb for another stupid medicine....why can't she do it herself?!" InuYasha grunted and groaned as Kagome practically had to drag him to the meadow they were headed towards. Kaede had just, convientely, asked Kagome and InuYasha to get a herb needed for medicine. They were just starting to realize their developed feelings for each other and would've loved some alone time, but fate is cruel.
"InuYasha, if it wasn't for Kaede's poltice, your arm would still be healing right now, instead of 12 hours earlier thanks to it" Kagome responded. "I guess the old witch is good for something useful" InuYasha grunted as they continued walking towards the meadow. Kagome sighed and held InuYasha's hand. "Couldn't I get on your back and travel there? It would be much faster." she said moving closer to him. InuYasha's face softened as he squeezed her hand gently. "We're already here" he said to her, but she was already gazing upon the vast meadow of flowers and herbs that streatched before them.
Before long they got to searching for the red plant with leaves similar to flower petals, but not a flower. When they found enough of the red herb, Kagome had an impulse to do something unexpected. Acting on it, she fiercely hugged InuYasha to the ground, laying on top of him. Before he knew what was going on, she had already captured his lips with her own. After a brief moment of bewilderment, he closed his eyes and accepted it, in turn capturing her lips. Wrapping his arms around her back, InuYasha started rubbing her back as she wrapped her arms around his neck. After kissing for as long as they could without air, they broke it and rapidly gulped in fresh air.
"You liked that huh InuYasha?" she teased. She slid a little further down his chest and drew patterns on his gi with her fingers. As they lay there they spent a quiet moment together, communicating internally with the other. After a minute, InuYasha picked Kagome up and put her down on her stomach, then partially layed on her sideways, as not to crush her. "I love you" was whispered into the ear of his lover as his arm wrapped around her shoulders. Kagome smiled as she grew tired, the alure of everything making heer drowsy. But before she fell asleep, she formulated a plan in her mind....she could see InuYasha's reaction to what she was planning in her mind already. While she thought a slow relationship was good, she didn't want to go too slow, and was ready to speed up a bit. One thing she had promised herself came to mind though: the promise she made to herself last year, the promise that she would wait until she was married to have sex, no matter the guy, the circumstances, or anything else. She wanted to belong soley to her lover, which was now and forever InuYasha.
