So This Is What It Feels Like
Chapter 3
"Two Weeks Later"
InuYasha sat by the well, waiting. Always waiting. At least for the past two weeks, waiting dominated InuYasha's life. Kagome and her family left to visit a sick aunt up in northern Japan, and convieniently for InuYasha, got snowed in for the past two weeks. Kagome told InuYasha specificially not to follow them, and not to even go in public in her time. She did say that he could stay at her house if he wanted because she figured he wouldn't be able to go long without her scent.
InuYasha stared forward and moaned for what seamed like the millionth time that day. He needed her gentle touch, her soft caress, her fragile smile, on a everyday basis. He had no energy left. His skin was a palish white color. "Kagome...." he breathed. He wanted to stay away from her room as long as he could, but he hadn't eaten, slept, or moved in two weeks, and desperation started to control him.
His legs started automatically toward the well and he jumped in. When he reached her time, he jumped through her window and stood there, in her room, just breathing.
Her scent was everywhere; on the chair, in the air, and on her bed. He slowly walked over to her bed, knelt down, and lay down on the soft covers. Delicately picking up a pillow, he brought it close to his face and buried his face in it, abosrbing the scent entirely. He drifted off to sleep for the first time in 14 days, images of her flooding his dreams.

"InuYasha.... InuYasha....."
He stirred slightly in his deep slumber as the voice continued.
"InuYasha....."
He turned over at this, still unawoken.
"InuYasha...."
This time he felt something warm envelop him as he felt his lips being enveloped. He started unconsiously kissing back, still not fully awake. When he finally opened his eyes, he saw the beautiful face of his love, still kissing him. He reached up and hugged her harder. When they broke the kiss, InuYasha was surprised to see Kagome laying on him.
"Kagome, when did you get back?"
"A few minutes ago" She started moving closer to his face and kissed his neck lightly, tangling her hands in his hair, nuzziling against him for the first time in weeks. "Somehow I knew I'd find you here"
He started rubbing her back, moving down from her neck to her butt. A blush formed easily on Kagome's face. He rubbed it and asked "Know what I want right now Kagome?" He looked deep into her eyes.
"What's that love?" she said bringing her face closer to his.
At that his stomach growled louder than he ever could have...."Some ramen"
A/n: Ok how'd you like it I know but I'm pretty tired right now and I got cross-country after school tomorrow so I don't want to be tired. Thanks for the comments guys!
