Ch. 2

It was dark as the grey haired stranger roved the streets looking for a child to prey on. (I don't like child molesters, so this is gonna be fun) Near a park, it was obvious a little get together was happening, and he heard the squeals of children. Griming, he quickened his step to find a little girl sitting apart from the other guest, looking dejected.

"Hello little one, is there no one to play with you?" His deep voice almost betraying his excitement.

"No." She said with a calm, almost empty voice. "No one wants to play with me. Will you play with me?" She asked looking up at him with smoky grey eyes. His demented smile grew wider as he thought of how easy this game had become.

"Of course I will." At this the girls smile grew. The girl reached up for his neck, as if she wanted to be carried. He happily obliged, leaned down to grasp her. He heard a hiss as he landed in the kneeling position. His eyes darted back to her face only to see what he missed before. Fangs.

~20 min. later~

"Mama, kagome's done it again. She killed a drifter!" The younger boy looked to his sister, sitting almost under the man's shoulders now. "Your in deep trouble this time, you weren't supposed to eat before dinner, and you got your dress dirty again."
