Hope you all enjoy this story that my friends Moriah and Tiffany and me are creating. Please review so we can at least have little thanks in making this story for all those who like Rin/Sesshomaru pairings. Not that I mean to review if you hated but to at least know some one likes it….

 

Summary: Sesshomaru left Rin with his child to marry woman to make his business bigger and more powerful. Not knowing his past would come and haunt him with painful regrets, past love. That only makes his life more complicated than it was and knowing that he should have picked carefully in the past, he'll have to try to pass the nightmare he lives now or he'll live in pure hell forever. But can he convince Rin that he's truly sorry for everything or will she marry the man who is trying to win her heart and take her away from him forever?

 

 

 

Chapter one: Where it all began

 

 

Young fifteen year old girl sat on wooden bench, her midnight beautiful hair glisten in the sunrays, her skin was soft and milky cream color. Her warm mystic silver eyes looked down to her hands as she clutched her stomach, where a new life was beginning. She wore light green shirt and blue navy jeans with her pink striped sneakers were there wasn't speck of dust on them. She waited under full-grown sakura tree; the wind started its morning routine making graceful blossoms dance around her.

 

 

She was full-fledged demon but she didn't want anyone to know, so she covered her markings of the nature demon clan. Many of her kind disguised them selves to not be used but sadly her family was slaughtered because of her blood. But luckily she had her best friends there to help her with those problems. Many people thought she was only filthy human and even her love thought she was weak but today she was going to tell him the truth about her demon blood and the new life she carried in her.

 

 

She sat on the wooden oak bench under the sakura's braches that protected her from people's view. Where she sat was grassy and clean, trimmed like she found it long ago when she was thirteen and where she met the father of the child she carried. Silently she waited for him to come; she then hummed song she created when she was young girl. Then she picked up Sesshomaru's scent and turned towards him, she smiled warmly at him.

 

 

Sesshomaru wore dark black suit with dark blue tie that was neatly in place. His silver knee length hair was tied in low ponytail, making it easier for him to move without his hair getting in the way. His two magenta strikes, blue crescent moon made his status known then his black shoes didn't have speck of dust on them either.

 

 

But something wasn't right as Rin looked at Sesshomaru's cold amber eyes instead of his warm kind emotion he held for. “Sesshomaru?” she asked and saw him stop few feet away from her. “Sesshomaru I have to tell you something important!” she explained but still only silence answered her. She got up and walked towards but when she was about to touch him he grabbed her wrist.

 

 

“Don't touch me NINGEN!” he answered bitterly and saw Rin's face look hurt but it disappeared quickly.

 

 

“Why are you acting like this Sesshomaru?” she asked and felt his hand pressure more making her cringe in pain. She silently looked in to his eyes that held nothing but only stoic face he held.

 

 

“I'm getting married tomorrow Rin, but as I can see you mind is of pathetic waste to think I would ever love you” he whispered bitterly to her and saw tears building in her eyes. He pushed her away making her land on the ground and saw where he's a claw dug in her skin, leaving her puncture marks.

 

 

“So you only used me for your own fun, Sesshomaru!” she yelled at him as tears dripped down her face. He only stared at her as if she was nothing but dust and below him.

 

 

“You're correct Rin! You were only something to entertain me with why would I want something lowly as you? This discussion is over, Good- bye Rin! “he replied and turned around but something caught his attention.

 

 

“I thought you were different from the other demons but sadly I was wrong but this child I carry won't be the same that I swear! May you have happy life Mr. Takanashi …” Rin whispered and let her demon powers form around her. Then green light wrapped around her and shot through the air in blink of an eye. When Sesshomaru turned around he saw nothing of her not even her scent was there.

 

 

“Rin?” he called but sadly she was gone, yet there was the locket he gave her year ago. Then turned around to meet an angry Kagome and before he knew it he found himself on the ground with big red slap across his right cheek.

 

 

“Sesshomaru you are a no good for nothing, son of bitch! How dare you just brake up with Rin and when she's caring your child!” yelled the woman. Her hair was midnight black and her eyes were deep chocolaty color. Her skin was light tan and she wore pink t-shirt with white sweater shirt over it. She wore pair of black jeans and pink sandals that was in the style that year. A man held her from beating up Sesshomaru; his hair was silver that reached down below his waist. He wore red tight t-shirt and pair of navy blue jeans and white sneakers. His amber eyes looked in to Sesshomaru as they radiated of pure hatred to what he did to his friend.

 

 

“Shut up wench! You have no right to question my actions,” snapped Sesshomaru as he stood up and dusted the dirt he got on his suit.

 

 

“Don't you ever tell Kagome to shut up, Sesshomaru! Besides how could you do that to Rin while she's caring your child but I knew you would do this to her. Because all you care about is that stupid company instead of her!” yelled Inuyasha earning glare from his older brother. Then felt hand on his shoulder and turned around to see Kagome's sad face and nodded.

 

 

“I hope your happy Sesshomaru because now Rin will never forgive you!” spoke Kagome while she tried to be calm but her anger was almost radiating from her eyes. They both turned around and left Sesshomaru, as he stared at where the golden locket was and silently he kneeled down and picked it up gently. It was the last thing he had of her expect for the memories that suddenly entered his mind making him fell miserable then ever. Instantly his heart and mind struggled as he tried to decide if he should look for her and quickly he rushed in to his black mustang, turning on his scar he sped down the road while ignoring everything that stood in his way. Panic slowly rose inside him as he sped down the roads almost running any thing that got in path but lucky they got out of the way.

 

 

Rin

 

 

Slowly Rin held the suitcase in her hand while clutching the letter she made for Sesshomaru feeling his aura coming fast. Quietly she laid the letter on the coffee table with single white rose she had made moments ago. She stood in her friend's house; the walls were light green color, as she carefully moved aside not wanting to fall on the couch behind her. A silent tear fell down her porcelain face, and then she made her way outside to her white truck. She turned once more to the street feeling him get closer and jumped in her truck sped off to the nearest airport.

 

 

Sesshomaru

 

Sesshomaru quickly parked his mustang in front of the garaged and headed to the front door but when he turned the knob the door opened. Right then he hurried in the house and searched the one floor house but he found nothing. He once found himself in the living room and turned to the coffee table seeing beautiful white rose and underneath it was letter. He carefully picked up the two items in separate hands. He placed the rose in front of his face seeing it was fresh but something about it stood out of any roses she had before and took deep breath and his eyes widen. It was the same scent that brought him to her three years ago in the park and where everything started.

 

 

Flash Back

 

 

Soft breeze past him but new scent filled his canine nose making him turn the direction where Sakura tree stood. The moon shined above the tree making shadow of the young girl appear making him more curious then before. Calmly he walked towards the girl and saw her silently stretching on the grass looking at the stars. The sweet rose scent filled his lungs and saw the young teenager look at him with her mystic clear silver eyes.

 

 

“Oh hello mister…” she innocently whispered as she sat up and looked at him with confusion to see a man like him at midnight. His cold amber eyes stared in to her mysterious ones that shined with pure innocence that he hadn't seen in many people around him. Silently he walked towards her as she tried to get up and he held her hand for her to grasp on to his.

 

 

“It's inappropriate for young beautiful lady as your self to at this hour but for some it's perfect time to meet others. But may I ask your name Miss?” He asked softly and saw her blush from the comment as smirk formed on his lips.

 

 

“My name is Mitsuko Rin, sir. But may I know your name as well?” she asked politely earning small smile from the stranger. Sesshomaru almost laughed as he stared at the teenager before him, from what he could see for this woman was interesting. Around her age she should be partying somewhere but here she was talking to he powerful Taiyoukia and one of the richest of the world.

 

 

“My name is Takanashi Sesshomaru; it is very interesting seeing a young lady like yourself speaking fluently instead of like the others of your age.” He replied earning small smile from the teenager before him.

 

“It is a great honor to be speaking to great business man but I must be going Mr. Takanashi for my cousin would be worrying once more” Rin spoke and she quickly ran off the different direction he was going but something told him that she and him were going to see each other once more.

 

 

End of Flash Back

 

 

He once found himself drowning in the flowery sensation making him forget everything as memories kept coming in to his mind. But reality found his way back in to his mind and he placed the flower on the coffee table and with his sharp claws he cut open the letter and seeing her excellent handwriting.

 

 

Dear Sesshomaru,

By the time you see this letter everything will be gone and so will I. This child I carry is yours and no one else and never will you see me again. If I embarrassed you in any reasons forgive me but like you said we were never meant to be and probably never will. May you have wonderful life with Kagura, but I hope you will erase everything that we've been through. I know that I will only be lost memory to you and you too me.

 

Farwell,

Rin

 

He read it over and over again and saw the truth before him as it hurt him knowing he picked wrong never considering what he had done. The woman he fell in love with was bearing his child and he let her go with hated words and cruelness. The door opened and shut softly and when he turned around he met his younger brother angered eyes stare in to his sad ones.

 

 

“I suppose you're here to make sure Rin's gone since you only care about that company,” said Inuyasha-earning glare from Sesshomaru who now looked coldly at him.

 

 

“Just up half-breed! You have no right to say anything of what just happened so leave NOW!” ordered Sesshomaru and saw his younger brother just stare at him.

 

 

“There was something Rin wanted to tell you Sesshomaru but I can't say it since it is her right to tell you what she is. Now you probably won't find out until she comes back from where she left to and I'll be leaving. May you have happy wedding because the others and I won't be there.” Said Inuyasha and walked out of the house leaving speechless Sesshomaru.

 

Sesshomaru heard his brother's car turn on and leave the street as the sun started to set. But instead of having beautiful sunset dark black clouds covered the skies, leaving nothing but darkness in its awake for the rest of the night. Before Sesshomaru knew it he found himself sitting on the small red couch, with both his long clawed hands covered his face keeping some of the painful cries away from the outside world. Then hard shattering rain pounded down on the roof making it hard to hear the heart breaking cries of lost heart. So much pain that he held inside finally poured out of him, his soul was broken and with his heart into many pieces. That nothing but his lost angel could heal his heart and put his soul back together. Minutes turned in to hours as he sat there doing nothing but begging to kami that everything was just dream and when he woke up that Rin would be beside as he held her protectively from the harm of the world. Yet he knew nothing of that was true but a simple wish he begged could come true. But he knew nothing of that could bring her back to him, so the best thing he could do was move on while knowing that once he stepped outside in the thundering rain. That reality would hit him hard making the pain grow immense in his soul, but nothing could be helped.

 

 

Slowly he rouse from the small couch and picked up the golden locket with the other last two posseions he had left of her. But before he left the house that brought back the last memories he had shared with her he made one more last glance knowing that it would be the last time he would see the one special place he had shared with her. Then he turned the knob and softly he closed the door leaving everything about the young woman with mystic silver eyes that captured his heart behind him forever and the love they both shared for one another.

 

 

 

Airport

 

 

Rin stood tall by the window facing the skies feeling nature's depressed aura go through her very soul. As she stood there she made all her emotions erase from her face keeping everything away from the cold world as she waited for the plane to America to arrive. Her once warm silver eyes were deadly stoic making many who past her walk quickly try to get away from those piercing silver eyes. Before a clawed hand could touch her shoulder she spoke his name.

 

 

“It wasn't necessary for all you to come and especially you Inuyasha” she spoke without single emotion making them stare at the woman before them.

 

 

“Rin please don't act like that! Please don't be like him, after all you have us to help you,” begged a young woman who stood by Kagome. Her chestnut hair was in high ponytail that was tied with pink scrunch. She wore pink t-shirt and over it was black leather coat that reached down to her thighs, she wore pair of tight blue boot cut jeans and she wore pair of white athletic sneakers.

 

 

“I know Sango, but this will probably be the last time I will be standing on theses lands but it is fate's choice. I'm sorry for everything that has happened and may you all fare well until we meet again,” spoke Rin softly.

 

 

“Rin this is not going to be the last time we see each other because right now your carrying Inuyasha's nephew and please call us when the baby is about to be born so we can be there,” said a young man with raven color hair and deep blue eyes. He wore dark black leather coat that reached down his knees and pair of dark navy blue jeans with pair of brown boots.

 

 

“Yes your right Miroku! This wont be the last time we meet but until then I'll keep informing you all how the baby is going.” Smiled Rin earning happy smiles form her friends knowing full well they were backing her up.

 

 

“All passengers of A-17 flight to California in North America please go to the southern gates.” Spoke the intercom earning sad smile from Rin. Before she knew it she was in group hug of her best's friends.

 

 

“Well its time for me to go, I'll miss you guys and thanks for reminding that being unemotional is totally like that bastard,” thanked Rin earning nod from her friends.

 

 

“Well you better get going Rin before you miss your flight,” said Kagome looking at her best friend who as leaving.

 

 

“Well goodbye you guys,” whispered Rin and grabbed her plane ticket from her pocket and with the other hand she grasped her luggage and started walking down pavement of the airport. But for the last time she looked back and saw her friends ever since childhood give her smile and she smiled one back and walked completely down the aisle leaving her friend's sight and her past.
