“Inuyasha! Inuyasha!” Kagome yelled sweetly thought the forest“What do you want wench?” came a blunt answer from the half demon. She looked up to see him sitting in a random tree far from the camp site. One of his legs was hanging off the edge of the tree while the other was laying flat on the tree his arm crossed and in his sleeves. His gold eye closed his white hair swayed in the wind and his white fluffy ears twitched slightly.She placed her hand on the tree “Inuyasha” her brown eye looked with her soft eye “Um well I was wondering if I could go home for a few days?” she closed her eye wait his rude responds. Her night sky hair flicked a bit in the wind. Her pale skin shined in the spring days sun a few beads of sweat rolled down her foreheadHe cracked on eye open “How long is a few?” he questioned.“Well….Um…It’s….Ok well it five ok.” she knew he be mad if it was for that long after all he usually went ballistic with just a day.“WHAT!? “Um, I guess.” she answered quietly knowing that it truly was but not wanting to talk about it with her friends because they didn’t get it and if she told them the true they would ship her to the nut house.
“Hay Kagome is your boyfriend coming to the show?”

She rolled in her pink sheets think of what the day would be like , how people would react , and what he would say. She rubbed her eyes before rolling her leg to the side of the bed then standing. She walked to the to her bathroom she slid her cloths off lazily. She stepped into the shower letting the hot water hit her body .When she was done with her shower she put a soft rob on and walked down stairs to get breakfast. She walked into the kitchen were she saw her mother flipping pancakes, her brother playing with his game boy, and wait, Inuyasha.

“That my name.” He said in a friendly tone giving her a smile

“When do you think just now wench.”
“So your coming to my show are you?”

“Mom, can I have a pancake please?”

“Thanks.” she said gobbling down the plate in front of her. With in a madder of minutes the plate was empty.
“Ok I’m to get dressed.” she said running up stair. She slid her closet door open and searched though her things for a second. “Got it.” She said grabbing two hangers one had light faded jean skirt and the other had two tanks on it. The top tank was black and the one under it was white. Kagome put on her skirt and tanks then headed to a small table with make-up and things for hair on it and a small chair in front of it. She quickly made her way to the chair. She glazed at the clock once seated. “ 1:00 that gives me a hour to get ready and get to school.” she said with a small but noticeable smile.She put her make-up on then curled her hair into small ringlets. By the time she was done it was 1:25 she put on an other coat of lip gloss on then ran to the stairs“COME ON LET GO GUYS!” she yelled stepping down one step the family and Inuyasha appeared at the end of the stairs. Kagome was half way down when she jumped to the bottom making her chest go up and down no one seemed to notice, well if you don’t count Inuyasha.Inuyasha swallowed a lump in his throat “Kagome, um…. You look um good.” he said with a sheepish smile.She glazed up at with a big smile. “Thanks.” She said turning to walk out the door. “Dear, I have to take Souta to his friends and I have to go get grandpa from your aunt. I probably stay the night because it will be late when I get there so I need Inuyasha to take you home.” she kissed Kagome on the forehead then walked off with Sota.“So should we go?” asked Kagome.
Inuyasha nodded and they walk a safe distance till they were safe for her to get on
“Can I get on now?” she asked with a big smile planted on her face Inuyasha did respond just turn his back to her and let her get on. There was about five and a half minutes of silence.“Kagome, that song you wrote what … what was it about?”

“About real life I guess.” she said not looking at him knowing what he was talking about. Many more minutes of silence passed as Inuyasha touched ground at the top of the shrine steps. Kagome stepped off of Inuyasha.
“Inuyasha there something I want to tell you.” she said grabbing his hands as they walked toward the small bench beneath the God Tree. “Inuyasha , I don’t know how to say this so I just will, um” she looked away. “I think that I’m jealous of Kikyo and you and I think you know that but I um love you and I want to know if you love me too?”Kagome now looked at Inuyasha intently ’YES SHE LOVE ME!’ Inuyasha grabbed Kagome and hugged her with a huge smile on his face.
“Yes, yes Kagome I love you and Kikho was never in your way ” He stopped hugging her and pushed her back enough so she could look at his face then as the soft wind blew and her hair flew in the wind.
