"Ahhh!" Panicked and wanting to get away from the freaky feeling he was having he ran forward forgetting about the wall in front of him, but instead of hitting the hard brick and painting that blocked his escape he fell straight through it or at least thought he did.

---An Old Face---

He stumbled forward on a soft patch of something. Getting to his feet he wiped the dust that had collected on his pants and shirt.

"What the hell just happened?" He rubbed his eyes to adjust them too the dimness of wherever he was. "Where am I?" Now he was so confused that anything that made sense to him would mean nothing. "Maybe I should look around for a way out or at least see where I am first."

He took a couple of steps forward before running into something solid. "Owwww, Damn my foot." He hopped up end down to calm the pain in his foot before falling over onto a mushy object. "Shit." He jumped up from the object and turned around. "Wha! Is that Kik…Kikiyou?" He swallowed the lump that was forming in his throat.

Still looking at what he fell on he saw a young woman laying on a padded concrete platform. Her pale face glowed with the light reflecting her white haori and red hakama. Her eyes were closed and her hair was pulled back in a low ponytail, hair falling out of the white tie that held it. It definitely was Kikiyou but why would she be here?

I…I don't understand, I thought I buried her, I'm sure I did, didn't I"

Inuyasha looked around the room again seeing that there were many rows of lit candles in a corner with a picture of her at the top of them. Also encircling her were candles as well, flickering with a blue tint.

"Ok calm down Inuyasha, your not going crazy this is real. But how? And what does Kagome have to do with her? I might as well confront her, it's the least I can do to actually get this messed up puzzle put together. Now to find away out of he…"

"Inuyasha…"

"Wha, who's there?"

"Hello Inuyasha."

"Who are you and where are you?"

"I'm in your mind can't you recognize me? Don't tell me you've already forgotten about me."

"Kikiyou is that you?"

"Yes it is, help me Inuyasha I'm trapped here and I want to be with you, don't you want that?"

"Ye…yes I do. Where are you I'll help."

"I'm here you just have to set me free."

"What do you mean you're here your…dead." His voice died out, he didn't want to have to say dead he felt like it hurt him to much and her to know she was gone.

"You may think that, but inside I'm as real as you want me to be, so real that you could touch me…." Her voice was now just above a mute.

Real? Touch her? What does that mean…?" After thinking for a while he figured it out.

"Touch her, she's right here all I have to do it reach out to her and real she is as well."

"I see you've figured it out my dearest Inuyasha, but seeing me it not enough you must…" Pausing to check if Inuyasha was listening.

"Yes? Please tell me." Eagar to know he began to tremble.

"Very well. You must kiss my lips Inuyasha, please you must if you want to see me again." Her voice raised trying to hurrying Inuyasha.

"I do not have much time left and it will be a while before I can come back so hurry."

"Kiss her, how can I, it's just her body and lifeless, but maybe if I do this it will actually work. But do I really want to do this, I mean sure I wished that she was still alive but is that she died was that her destiny, and say I do this will she be angry or will she care?" Thinking hard he forgot the little time Kikiyou had left.

Inuyasha! Do it already I can't wait any longer either do it know or don't at all but I assure you, you will regret it." She began to grow angry at how much time he was wasting.

"I'll do, I mean what could it hurt?"

It could hurt a lot Inuyasha didn't know exactly what he was doing and it was something that should have never been messed with.

Inuyasha walked up to the lifeless body, standing over it he leaned in and kissed her cold lip.

"Yes. Thank you Inuyasha, you fool."

Suddenly a strange glow formed over Kikiyou's body and she rose form her resting place. Thousands of lost souls floated around her entering her one by one. She hovered over the ground now that Inuyasha was standing on. Her hands came to touch her face to see if she was really alive once again.

"Yes I'm really alive, and who would of thought it could be so easy, Inuyasha what a fool, but you served your purpose now you must die."

Inuyasha was beginning to freak out, he did it to see if it would work, but he didn't really expect it to.

"Inuyasha you have served well, but unfortunately it is time for your life to end. Please do not take this the wrong way my intensions were not meant to hurt any one, but you, so don't worry about my dear sister Kagome, I won't hurt her. Much."

"What the fuck are you talking about!" Inuyasha had no idea what she was saying. All he knew was that he wanted to be with her and he thought it about Kikiyou as well. Never would he have thought her to be so careless as to trick him into freeing her than kill him. And to know that Kagome was her sister, older to be exact has come to more of a shock to him than anything.

"Hahaha, did you really think I would keep my word, after all you did let me die! And I will never forgive you. You selfish bastard, and now my sister, you disgust me!" She shouted in rage.

"No! It's not true, you speak of lies not truth! And for that I can not forgive you! What does Kagome have to with this also, what do you want from her?!"

"I don't want to hear anymore of your pathetic speeches, I've heard enough. And as for my sister she's posses something very useful to me the Shikon No Tama. Ever since she pieced it back together I've wanted, but I had to die right when I was so close!" Her voice echoed throughout the house corridors.

"So I was just your useless puppet." He bowed his head in shame.

"No, you have it all wrong you were useful, maybe a puppet but I wouldn't exactly say that. And yes at one time I wanted you again more than ever, but it didn't turn out so. It only turned into hate and lust." She soothed out her voice.

"I can't take it anymore, this is nothing, but nonsense! You use your hate for greed and your greed to bring nothing, but hell! I loved you at many times and you were to blind to see it, but not this time I've been used for the last time by you and now I shall put your cold heart back where it belongs…in HELL! He griped his hands tightly drawing blood from the long claws he wore on his finger tips. His loud cries rang in Kikiyou's ears.

"My intentions was not to fight you, and I won't kill you just yet my goal right now is get the jewel back. Now move!" She yelled raising her hand in the air; a strange purple electric beam shot out of her hand hitting Inuyasha. It sent him back into a corner of the small room.

"That's better, now on to my duties, oh and don't move it won't take long to get it back and I don't wanting you sneaking around getting in the way. I'll be back to finish you off soon. Farwell Inuyasha." Then in an instant she flew out of the room, the door busting open.

"Damn, she got away." Inuyasha tried to get back on her feet, but his head was now ten times worse after hitting it against the wall. "My head, too much pain, I'll never get to Kagome in time…" His voice hushed; his eyes began to cloud over as he fell over passing out from the pain.

I think that was a lot better. It might seem like Inuyasha is a wimp, but he's not. I think if you got beat in the head three times I'm pretty sure it would hurt like hell.

Well now that that is finally over with I might as well get back to what I was doing. Catcha lata! =P
