InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Stealing a Soul ❯ Epilogue
*Epilogue*
~10 years later~
"Sakura! Where are you?" Kagome called to her 4 year old daughter. Who in a lot of ways resembled Inuyasha more than Kagome.
She had long white hair that went to her small waist, ears sprouting on top of her head. Her eyes held a tint of gold mixed with a light brown and growing claws. The only real thing she had of her mother was her figure, but she would dtill grow to be strong like them both.
"I think she went by the river, dear." Inuyasha rubbed her back.
"Geez, that's all she goes anymore and since this city is cleared completely you
don't have to worry about much." She sighed.
"Yea, which is really good since she's so active. Let's go get her."
"Ok." She wrapped and arm around his waist.
They walked into a clearing and saw a small figure sitting on a rock by the river.
"Sakura is that you?" Kagome called.
"Meguru meguru toki no naka de Bokutachi wa ai o sagashiteiru." She sang low before jumping off the rock and running toward her mother.
"Mommy! Daddy!" She called. She leaped into Kagome's open arms. "Look what I picked for you mommy." She shoved the wildflowers in Kagome's face.
"They're lovely my dear. Don't you think?" She looked over and winked at Inuyasha.
"Extremely lovely from a pretty little girl." He smiled back.
Kagome kissed Sakura's cheek and she snuggled in her dress. She soon fell asleep as Inuyasha and Kagome sat together with their new daughter on the rock watching the river sparkle beneath the moonlight.
Ok now I'm done and it really didn't take all that much thinking, but do my wrists hurt, Oh Yeah! Well have a good day from me to all my viewers! ~_*
Meguru meguru toki no naka de Bokutachi wa ai o sagashiteiru means "We were searching for love, because we wanted to become stronger." From a song I like "Every Heart"
