Summer Sorrow
The midnight hour's translucent light
The only illumination
In a life so dark and bleak
Summer's warming winds
Only increase the ice
The mid-summer rain
Opens wounds
That long to be forgotten
Eluding the light
Which shall reveal all
Showing his faults
As nonexistant as they are
Trapped within his self-imposed prison
The stench of death and decay
Asphyxiates his inner beauty
Frozen tears
Surround his heart
And become a frigid casket
Buried alive
It slowly dies
