'Chapter Eleven - Stupid Girl!'

~`~ Special Note: As of next chapter this fic. Will be listed under, PG-13 for stuff to come as battles and junk. As well as… Miroku - Nuff said, and Inu-Yasha. Both will be in the story more lately… All right, that's it. So if you search for it in quick search or what not, pick the rating as PG-13. Thank you. ~`~

"Inu-Yasha?" She managed to get out, the memories, not even hers flashing before her widened amber gaze.

He smirked coldly as he saw his own optics reflected in her large pools. "Come, you walk on your own." He commanded, dropping the girl like a rag doll to the marble floor.

She glared to him still, a hand coming to rub her sore neck. She didn't bother to glance to the door she already knew was there in case the Demon saw. "Fine." She said back to him, getting to her feet.

"The door of the left of my own will lead you to him. Tell him your purpose." He said sternly.

She nodded and padded out of the room, slowly walking so her foot falls wouldn't be heard as much. She looked behind briefly to see nothing in her path. 'Time to go, Kagome.' She thought to herself, turning back only to smack into another. "Eep!" She fell backwards, looking up to the rather confused male. 'I-Inu-Yasha?' She thought briefly meeting his gaze now.

"Watch it, wench. What are you, another Slave for my brother?" He snorted, not meeting her eyes. His arms were crossed and he seemed to only have glanced to her briefly before he looked away.

She slowly got up, about to shout a comment but did remember her place. "Actually, I was sent to serve you." She said slightly unsure of him now. She saw his dog-ear flick to her words. She growled inwardly, knowing what she just said.

He snorted, "I don't want a Slave. Especially not some worthless girl like you."

"I'm not worthless!" She blinked slightly, covering her mouth now. 'Great going, Kagome.' She shouted to herself.

That caused his sensitive ears to flatten. He looked to her now, actually taking in all he saw. He kept the look of surprise from his face, but that didn't let what escaped his mouth to hide, "Kikyo?"

"Lord Miroku, are you heading off already?" The elder woman asked, the onyx haired boy picking up his discarded staff.

"I should find, Kagome. As well as… Sango." He said softly, looking to her door. "I will go quick as to not draw attention as I pass."

"…Miroku, if Sango was captured she will be auctioned off today. She would be found at the Slave auctions. Ye' know where that be, child?" She asked, turning her deep colored eyes to his profile.

"Yes. Then that is where I am headed; Kagome hasn't been back in a few days. She may have been taken as well." He said once more, taking another step towards the door.

"Ye' are planning to go to a Slave auction, for Demons as a human?" She inquired slyly.

He thought this over, the small chime of the pendants the only sound upon the air. "…You have a plan don't you, Lady Kaede?"

"Aye." She nodded to his question a knowing smile upon her lips. "We must hide ye' human scent however." And so she shuffled around her hut, the male setting back down, having to wait once more before departing.

~

"Like this?" She asked timidly for once, her head bowed as she sat upon her legs. Her eyes only looking down to the floor.

"Good. Now, you only get up when…?" He asked, looking down to the kneeling girl.

She kept out her tone of anger towards him for asking the same questions over, "…When I am chosen to move."

"If you are not chosen to move?" His arms were tucked neatly behind his back, his eyes hiding a glint from her.

"I stay here unless told otherwise by… Lord Sesshomaru." She said softly.

"You got it." And actually, the whole dungeon filled with… Praise?

"N-Nani?" She blinked her intelligent brown eyes to look out her cell. The first time the halls actually seemed to have light to them. She bowed her head to those who shouted out of turn. Running over to the bars to look out, people other than… Hojo to interact with for the first time.

"We have been watching you, Miss. We are just glad all your training has gone well." Said a woman across from her. She looked almost like herself only her hair was a very light brown and let loose to her knees.

"Thank you all then, for your kind gestures." She bowed once more, not keeping the smile from her face.

"Sango, we should practice more." The dusty haired man said, about to make a grab for her arm.

"Aw, let the girl calm down." Said another.

"It's not like you do anything." Replied a rather small child near the side of their cell.

Sango blinked once, not caring that her cellmate backed off to the side of the room. But, she was curious about this small red-haired child. "Hello." She said simply, looking to his bright green eyes. He seemed a bit unnerved around her, but nodded, showing the lovely blue bow that was still attached to his locks.

"That's, Shippo. He's very shy sometimes, but… Never this shy, I wonder why." The girl she began talking to earlier state in the best whisper she could across cells.

"Shippo-Chan is it? I'm Sango." She smiled to the boy, sitting down near the corner of her cell so she could see him better.

"I know, I heard the others talking." He smiled brightly to her. "It's nice ta' meet cha."

"You too." She kept a kind smile, but she knew this aura from the seeming human child. His aura was… Demon.

~

"Uh…" The young girl blinked, watching as the male took a strand of her hair. He sniffed it, and snorted. "What exactly are you doing…?"

"You're not Kikyo." He crossed his arms over his chest once more. Golden eyes intense on her.

'Great observation.' She thought dully but knew better than to say it aloud. "I know. I'm Kagome, totally different from…Kikyo." She managed to get out.

"She smelled nicer." He grumbled under his breath.

He didn't know that would cause this, 'Kagome' to get mad however. "Well I'm glad I don't smell better than a dead girl." '…Oops…' She thought solemnly, clapping her hands once more over her mouth. True her visions told her the girl 'Kikyo' was dead but… They also implied something between Inu-Yasha and her a long time ago… And that was definitely stepping over the line.

"Humph, how would you know, Stupid girl?! You didn't even know, Kikyo." He spat back to her. Lips turning into an amused smirk at her withdrawal from her statement. "You afraid I'll kill ya' for saying something? I don't want a Slave, so I could give a shit what you say."

She blinked once, twice, a third time for good measure. It was a demon that didn't get upset over what a human said? This was one weird situation. She slowly let her hands fall from her lips. "Well, I have to serve you, your brother told me so."

"Do you always do what someone tells you?" He kept his arrogant smirk that unnerved her to a degree.

"Well…I…" She didn't know what to say to her situation. True, she's an owned Slave. She must do what she's told. But here's a demon lord, more or less, telling her… Not to?

"What, need someone else to come here and tell you another command?" He snorted. "I got one, go tell my brother I don't want some stupid girl."

"W-What?" She tilted her head; it was true she was spacing out… And kind of missed most he said.

"Go. Tell. My. Brother. I. Don't. Want. Some. Stupid. Girl." He repeated slowly, almost like he wanted to get on the teenager's nerves.

"I am not a stupid girl, I am very... Well, pretty well educated!" She shouted to him. And then he… Laughed.

A/N:

Hey! Chapter Eleven done. I know it's short but I wanted to stop there because I have much more to put. So, if I didn't stop this chapter would be too huge. And Shippo was shape shifted as a young kid if you didn't figure it out. Also, Inu-Yasha laughing at the end. It does have a point in the next chapter. It wasn't pointless, and you later understand why Kagome doesn't feel threatened if she talks back to him. All right, enough to say. Leave a review and Chapter Twelve is on its way!
