Chapter 1

Meet the Landlord

Summery: Inuyasha owns a chain of apartment complexes. Kagome is moving in to one with her sixteen- year old daughter, the result of a one-night tryst between the two.

 

Kagome placed the last book on the bookshelf, “Ah, finally after a weekend moving we are nice and unpacked.” She sighed.

“Well mom, if you let me help it wouldn't have taken as long.” Akahana chuckled.

 

“'Ana I couldn't let you do that not with the baby.” Kagome smiled and rubbing the small redheaded baby Akahana held to her breast.

 

“Mom you're the one who let me become a surrogate!”

 

“Yes my child-“ Kagome was interrupted by a knock. “Oh that stupid water man can't find the meter, I bet.” She sighed again before going to answer her front door.

 

Unbeknownst to her a handsome man was outside the door. Kagome opened the heavy cherry wood door.

 

“Ugh… hello Ms. Higurashi is Akahana here?” The late-twentish man asked. Uncertainty resided in his electric blue eyes.

 

“What the hell do you want with my sixteen year old?” Kagome exclaimed infuriated at the pedophilic man.

 

“Koga is that you?” Akahana called and rushed to the door. “What in the seven planets are you doing here?” she asked frantically, clutching the baby to her bosoms.

 

“Yeah Aka, you forgot the baby's bag from my house when you were over.” The Koga- man stated and lifted a small blue and black diaper bag up.

 

“Akahana Higurashi are you sleeping with this man?” Kagome yelled infuriated that her daughter lost her innocent virginity.

 

“Mom, that's Shippo's father!” Akahana shouted grabbing her mother's risen hand. Saving Koga from a certain bitch-slap.

 

To the outside world this scene between mother, daughter-surrogate, and baby's father. Inuyasha, the complex's manager and co-owner, walked up the hallway;womanwho moved in with her daughter and adopted grandson hadn't married yet.

Where the tall man with opaque hair and electric-cobalt blue eyes came in didn't come to the tired manager.

 

Just to screw with the pretty woman, Inuyasha planned to ask if he was the daughter's father, a trick that he plays on most of the single women with teenaged children.

The woman looked quite like a creature so beautiful that when each time that he tries to reach an orgasm it is her flawless face that he would imagine instead of the gorgeous woman he is inside.

 

“What the hell do you want?” The daughter asked her pale-blue eyes a color that he has known and loved for his entire life; his mother.

 

“Where is your mum?” Inuyasha asked the striking girl with a child latched to her boob

“Hello!” A very chipper and high-pitched voice tweeted. “Inuyasha, my love, this is my sweet little cousin Kagome!” Inuyasha's least favorite, but hottest resident called jarring the attention of the small warring-zone

 

'why does she always have to come at the times I'm having the most fun?' Inuyasha thought and turned around to face his favorite person in hell.

 

“Kikyo, I'm not going out with another man of your chosing the last time I did, I receive Akahana for an Easter present.” The woman who had that man in a choke-hold barked and relised her captive and went to the bipolar woman and actually hugged her.

 

“Well Kagome, this man here is Inuyasha, he is the complex manager.” Kikyo said in her cheery voice as the petite raven headed woman's once grimicing face then smiling face turned to pure shock and rage. “You look like you've met Inuyasha before.” Kikyo cocked her slightly.

 

`Kagome sounds familiar.'

 

 

“Kikyo I know him only because he's my sperm-donor. Akahana's father. The one you set me up with.”
