“Bitch, I'll make you my bitch.” He was stating. His eyes no longer held their golden hue. Now they were a crimson color. Kagome could see that from the mirror on the wall. He was acting on sheer dog demon instinct. Kagome stood stiff and still as he ran his tongue from the bottom of her neck to the underside of her chin. She shivered.

 

“Taste….Good.” He was talking in simple terms in low growls.

 

When his clawed hands picked her up she squeaked. He was carrying her.

 

To where?

Chapter 7 The Amber Within

 

“Inuyasha….” Kagome whimpered as he took her into an unknown corridor. She didn't recognize. He opened the door at the end and slammed it close locking the door. Kagome swallowed hard and struggled a bit. He growled and gripped her tighter.

 

“Still bitch.” He growled. Yeah right as if she was going to listen. She squirmed and kicked her long legs. Dropping her off his shoulder he slammed her on to a mattress. Kagome squeaked and crawled backwards.

 

“Uh…Inuyasha…” Kagome said trying to snap him out of what ever state he was in. She was scared yet swallowed all fear. He crawled on the mattress like the predator he was. Low growls were emitting from his chest as he spread her legs as he climbed up to her. He laid between her legs resting his upper body on hers. Kagome frowned and strained her neck to get away.

 

`I didn't think this would happen between us…I mean I like him… NO KAGOME! He's part of a job…Nothing more…But hells. You're falling for him.' Her thoughts said as they raced around. She swallowed hard as he licked a trail up to her lips tasting her salty smooth skin.

 

“Inuyasha….Stop.” She said her voice all breathy. He growled and nipped a spot below her jaw line. He sat up for a moment looking in to her emerald eyes before his lips came crashing down on hers.

 

Kagome was breathless. This kiss…This kiss was nothing like the one at the prison. This kiss was violent, brutal and demanding. She lost all thought as he slipped his rough tongue in to her mouth tasting her. She was so sweet and exotic. He couldn't get enough of this. Her body against his, mouth to mouth, tongue to tongue. He rocked his body against hers a little. Kagome broke the kiss and moaned. He took this opportunity to his own advantage. He pinned her arms down and pulled them above her head holding them with one clawed hand. Kagome pulled back abit not wanting this to be the way.

 

“Inuyasha please…Just knock it off now…” She stated firmly. He grunted at her and held a claw to her neck where the black dress tied up. With a flick of his wrist it fell to the tops of her breast. He nuzzled her neck enjoying the sweet fragrance.

 

Kagome smiled for a moment as a thought came to her head. She let a fake moan go and bucked her covered hips to his. He stopped for a moment and howled a bit at the friction she created. This loosened the grip on her wrist allowing her to go free. She managed to push him over acting like she was going to straddle him. Instead she rolled off the bed and ran for the door holding the top of her black dress up.

 

It took Inuyasha a minute to realize what had happened. His crimson eyes returned to their amber hue. He blinked a bit before realizing what he had done and what he could have done to his Kagome. Yes, his Kagome.

“Sesshy! I'm bored.” Rin whined as she leaned over his shoulder of the comfy black desk chair. He raised an eyebrow at her.

 

“Your bored?” He asked again as he typed away on the computer.

 

“Well yes! I've been sitting here all day…Now I'm bored.” She stated looking around the plain office. It had gray walls and a large collection of books. She felt the chair twist around and two hands dragging her down.

 

She landed in the lap of her husband. “What are you doing?” She asked running her fingers through his straight long silver hair.

 

“Entertaining you.” He said smoothly as he began to kiss her. Rin moaned a bit. How she loved his kisses. His hands reached around and gripped her ass pulling her closer. He slipped his tongue in to her mouth before having to break away.

 

The intercom next to them let off a static like noise.

 

“Umm. Excuse me…I'm looking for a Kagome Higurashi…” A voice came over the other end. Rin looked at Sess. He shrugged at her.

 

“It's linked to the one outside. Some one must be looking for Agent Higurashi.” Sesshoumaru stated smoothly. Rin smiled a bit then frowned.

 

“What's wrong?” Her husband asked her tucking a raven loch behind her ear.

 

“He sounded like a guy. What if he is her lover?” Rin asked. Sess saw no point he just continued to look confused.

 

Rin sighed. “I thought Kagome and Inuyasha made an awesome pairing.” Rin said dreamily.

 

Sess nodded. “Your right, both are stubborn and hot headed.” He smirked as Rin playfully smacked him on the head.

 

“Sesshy!” She said before giggling.

“Um Excuse me are you on the list?” Hojo asked the young boy who had come up to the fence asking for Agent Higurashi.

 

“Err. I don't think so. I'm her kid brother. Souta.” The young boy with dark hair said smiling. Hojo smiled back.

 

“Well I don't think Mr. Takahashi would mind you seeing her.” Hojo said. Souta nodded and thanked him as Hojo opened the iron gates to let him in. Souta lugged a black duffle bag up to the mansion, it was heavy for his small size. He was only a kid. Well his brain was that of a thirty year old man.

 

ding-dong

 

He rang the doorbell to the huge house. The cherry doors swung open to reveal a small toad imp-like demon.

 

“What do you want.” The imp sneered.

 

“Um I'm looking for Kagome Higurashi.” Souta said. The little imp was thinking when a voice interrupted him.

 

“Let him Jaken.” Sesshoumaru said. He could see the young boy entering the foyer, he looked like Kagome. Rin let go of her husband's hand and walked over to Souta. Jaken waddled off muttering a few words.

 

“Hello.” Rin said to the little boy. Souta looked up at her.

 

“Hello Miss.” He said politely, Rin smiled at his manners.

 

“Tell me boy…How do you know Higurashi?” Sesshoumaru asked leaning in the doorway. Souta looked up at the silver haired man.

 

“I'm her younger brother sir. I just came to visit her and give her some….err…New things.” Souta said.

 

Sesshoumaru eyed him before saying “This way to her room.”

After Kagome's brush with Inuyasha she had sunk her body in to a warm bath. She felt the water wash away all her emotions. She piled her hair up so it wouldn't get wet as she ran a soapy rag over herself.

 

There was a knock on her bedroom door.

 

“Coming!” Kagome called from the bathroom lifting herself out of the white tub. She wrapped herself in a cotton robe and opened the door.

 

“S…Souta!” Kagome squealed as her little brother lunged to hug her.

 

“Sis!” He said happily.

 

Kagome stopped hugging him for a moment.

 

“It's nine o` clock at night! What the hell…I mean what the heck are you doing here?” Kagome asked sternly as she tapped her bare foot on the beige carpet.

 

Souta gave her an angelic look. Kagome narrowed her eyes. “I brought you new gadgets.” He said trying to change the subject. Kagome was happy that he though of her but she knew her mother would be worried.

 

“Souta?” A male's voice said from down the hall. Kagome poked her head out her door frame to see Miroku leaving Sango's side to high five her little brother.

 

“Miroku!” Souta chimed as they slapped palms.

 

Sango looked over to Kagome, a confused look on her face.

 

“Oh Sango, this is my genius ten year old brother, Souta.” Kagome announced. Sango smiled at the young boy and shook his hand.

 

“So you're the one who gives Kagome all her toys?” She asked. Souta nodded.

 

“Did the contacts work? Did you get the vase?” Souta asked the three that surrounded him.

 

“You bet.” Another voice came. Kagome looked up and her green eyes clashed with Inuyasha's amber.

 

Souta's blue eyes widened at Inuyasha. “Your Inuyasha Takahashi the millionaire!” Inuyasha flashed a smile at the kid.

 

“Yeah, that's me.” Inuyasha said ruffling the kid's black hair.

 

“ Ehem…Souta answer my question.” Kagome said sternly trying to ignore Inuyasha. Her heart rate sped up a bit as he placed a hand on her shoulder.

 

“Well…Technically I was supposed to walk to Darres' house but I decided to drop by and see my favorite sister.” He said trying to avoid her wrath.

 

“I'm your only sister…Besides is Darres' waiting for you?” Kagome asked. Souta nodded. Kagome turned to Inuyasha.

 

“I'm leaving the estate to take my brother to his friend's house.” Kagome said. Inuyasha grabbed her fore arm before she walked back in to her bedroom.

 

“No your not. I'll have Myouga my driver take him.” Inuyasha said. Sango and Miroku watched the other two bicker.

 

“Why can't I take him? He's my brother!” Kagome snapped back. Inuyasha growled.

 

“For your own safety! Anyways Souta give Myouga the address and he'll take you.” Inuyasha said closing the discussion and allowing Kagome to say bye to her younger sibling.

 

He walked the little kid outside to the garage area and servant quarters. He knocked on the door and a short bald man cam out.

 

“Yes Lord Inuyasha?” the man asked.

 

“Take Souta here to his friend's house.” Inuyasha stated. The bald man bowed and ushered Souta to a limo.

 

“Wow a limo!” Inuyasha heard Souta say as he walked back to the main house.

 

`Now all I have to do is apologize to Kagome.' He thought.

There were flashing lights and yellow tape around the Sinakasu Museum display area. A young woman stepped under the yellow taped and she kicked at the rubble around the area of the explosion with her boot.

 

“A mess. I'll get these thieves. It looks like there was more than one…” She said as she picked up half of a dart.

 

“ Detective Eri!” A man called her. She twisted around in her black uniform.

 

“What is it?” She snapped. She hated it when people interrupted her.

 

The man gulped a bit. “I…Umm…Well it turns out there has been a major bulk of the powder sold off.” The man said.

 

Eri raised an eyebrow. “What?” She asked.

 

“The ingredients to make both bombs can be sold anywhere, but a man we interrogated said he sold a major load of it off.” The man said. Eri dropped the dart back to the messy floor.

 

“Well who bought it?” She urged.

 

“Kouga Wolf. The multi-millionaire. “ He said. Eri smiled.

 

“Got it. I'll take it from here.” She said smoothly flipping her shoulder length black hair over her shoulder.

 

“Yes ma`m!” He said and walked off.

 

“Kouga Wolf….I'm coming for you.” She muttered before leaving the scene and climbing in to her blue BMW.
