Chapter Fifteen

Kagome opened her eyes to the bright morning sun. She was in a tree ... in Inuyasha's arms. She was sitting in a tree with her head resting against his chest. She smiled and looked at his face. In her eyes, he was an angel. She sighed and started to get up, but Inuyasha's arms drew her tighter into his chest.
"Inuyasha?" she said as he put his nose in her hair.
"You smell good, Kagome," he said and opened his eyes. His free hand when through her now long white hair. Oh, how much he wanted her, how much he loved her.
"Uh ... thanks?" she blushed. Ever since he came back, he had been acting very different towards her. Not as if she was complaining though. He hadn't told anyone what happened when he was gone those few days. All they knew was that he had found his long lost niece.
"Kagome, I..." he interrupted and started to let her go slightly. He looked into those deep yellow and blue eyes.
"Hum?" Kagome looked at him questionably. Why was he staring at her like that?
"I..." Could he really tell her he felt for her? He could fight hordes of youkai and not even bat an eyelash, but when I cam to telling Kagome his feelings, he was a cowered. For some reason he couldn't do it. "I ... think there's a hot spring around here (...wow, they just pop out of no where, don't they?), if you want to talk a bath," he cowardly said the first thing that came to mind. Only after, realizing that he shouldn't have. He inwardly cursed himself for ruining the perfect moment.
"And what the hell is that suppose to mean?!" the inu miko yelled, most likely waking everyone else up in the process. Quickly she tore her self from his grasp.
"I didn't mean-"
"You ass, first you tell me I smell good, then you tell me to go and take a bath?!" she yelled loudly. "I don't understand you," she huffed and jumped off the tree limb, almost landing on a certain earth youkai.
"What the-" Terra said finally standing up when the hanyou almost jumped on her.
"Who the hell are you?!" Kagome asked getting ready to fight.
"I'm Terra, the earth youkai," she smirked and gave a little bow. "I came around here when you and the monk passed out-"
"Damn," Kagome hissed. "I forgot about Miroku," Terra forgotten, she ran to where Sango had Miroku's head in her lap.
"Miroku, are you all right?" she asked, making the two break eye contact.
"Yes," he sat up, still holding Sango's hand. "Thank you, Kagome-sama," he half-heartedly smiled. Kagome let out the breath she was holding.
"Are you sure?" she asked.
"Yes," he looked at the two women. "Though, we really need to start thinking about collecting the remaining jewel shards, and, more importantly, killing Naraku," he said lowly. Kagome inwardly sighed, it wasn't like she didn't want to fight Naraku, nor was she even afraid of him. It was just that didn't want to get a certain jewel shard back, from a certain snake youkai. It didn't help that they needed all the shards to complete the entire Shekon no Tama.
"Anyway," Kagome started, obviously thriving for a change in subject. "I was on my way to see if there really was a hot spring around here," she looked at the tree she was just residing in with Inuyasha, "because apparently I SMELL!!" A loud 'keh' was what they heard from the tree.
"Damn wench, if you would have finished listening to what I was saying, you would have understood me!" he said all in one breath.
"Oh, how much I wish I could sit you right now!" She yelled at the tree. She could almost feel the hanyou smirk.
"But you can't, you took it off, remember?" he said arrogantly.
"Stupid, egotistical JERK!!" she yelled and stormed out in search for the springs.
"Keh," he said to him self and took out his mother's book to where he left off. "Damn wench," he said half-heartedly to him self.

"This feels great," Kagome sighed and stepped in the water and sat with her back against the rocks.
"Yes, it is," Terra smiled and sat down next to the inu miko.
"Oh, Terra, right, you're taking a bath too?" Kagome asked the earth youkai.
"Um," she said.
"That's go-" before she had time to finish her sentence, she was pinned between the boulders and the youkai.
"It is good, isn't it?" Terra seductively whispered in Kagome's ear. The miko couldn't move, whether it was her free will or not. She was acutely aware of Terra's large breasts pressed up against her own.
"Um..." Kagome managed to say.
"Shush," Terra whispered and positioned her hand under the water between Kagome's legs. With two fingers, she gently massaged the area. Kagome shuttered, though, she was still unable to break eye contact with the earth youkai. Slowly, Terra started to trail her fingers up Kagome's stomach.
"I-I think I should get going," Kagome said and started to leave. However, the escape was futile, as she felt Terra's hot lips over her chest. Kagome shuttered shamefully as the youkai nibbled at her breast. The miko hanyou desperately tried to keep her coherent thinking and take her eyes off the earth youkai, which she still couldn't break away.
"No, stay here," Terra pleaded whispered.
"Um..." Kagome was still helpless as she felt Terra's breath on her neck. She couldn't even think, let alone get away. Something was wrong, and she couldn't get out of it. She didn't know why or how, she just couldn't move, as if she was frozen in place by Terra's eyes and her voice. Kagome involuntary gasped as Terra's whole hand started to massage her area, and the other started to knead her breast.
"Oh, Kagome," She whispered, closer to her cheek. The miko's veins quickly became ice and she felt Terra's fingers go in her.
"Stop," Kagome whispered, desperately trying to get back control of her body. Halfway in, Terra rotated her fingers then gently pulled out.
"Kagome," Terra whispered, her lips were now mere hairs away from hers.
"Why are you doing this?" Kagome asked, finding her will power return. She waited for the earth youkai to open her eyes, but she never did. Instead, Terra's lips tightly pressed against hers. Kagome abruptly turned her head as if being burned, effectively ending the chaste and uncomfortable kiss. Neither shock nor surprise crossed Terra's features. She just smile/smirked.
"Oh Kagome," Terra grabbed the miko's chin gently to look in her eyes. "I love you," she whispered against Kagome's lips. Pure shock mixed with horror was evident on the inu miko's face.
"That's enough!" Kagome said, finally regaining control of her own body. She all but pushed the female youkai off her. "I think you have me all wrong," Kagome stood up. "I love Inuyasha and Inuyasha alone," she yelled, vaguely noticing at the moment that she wasn't wearing any clothing. "You had no right to do what you just did!"
"Is that so?" Terra asked mockingly. She stood up as well, her hands slowly tracing the miko's curves before gently cupping her breast. "Then why did you let me?" She whispered in Kagome's ear. With a sudden jolt, Kagome backed away.
"I didn't 'let' you, you put some kind of spell on me or something like that, I don't know!" she yelled, but quickly quieted in hopes that nobody else heard them.
"You seem sure about that," the earth youkai smirked. "What will you do?" she almost laughed. "Tell your soon-to-be mate what just happened? Do that and he'll drop you like a rock," she said matter-of-factly. Kagome gasped.
"You wouldn't?"!
"What? You thought I did this just because I wanted to?" she walked closer to the miko. "Though," her expression changed suddenly. "I wouldn't mind doing it again some day," Terra smiled and in one quick motion, she groped her while her overly large chest was touching Kagome's. "It was fun, and I did mean what I said before." Kagome pushed her away abruptly.
"You are one sick and twisted person," Kagome spat.
"I come from the best," she shrugged. "Now, If you'll excuse me, I have other pressing matters that I need to attend to soon," she smirked. Kagome didn't give a thought to what the earth youkai said as the turned to walk to her clothes on the other side of the bank.

"I heard that Okaasan took the necklace off," Shippou said, jumping to sit on Inuyasha's shoulder.
"Get away from me," he said in a dangerously low voice. That didn't stop the kitsune, it never has, so why would it now?
"Why?"
"Go away," the hanyou repeated.
"You know what that means right?" Vilna decided to pipe in, and sat on Inuyasha's other shoulder.
"What?" Shippou asked, looking at the female kit. He ignored Inuyasha's constant eye twitching.
"That now Inuyasha-sama can bother you with out Kagome-sama 'sitting' him," she smirked.
"That's right," the hanyou finally said, loosing his annoyed posture and smirked. "She has a point," Inuyasha smirked.
"Oh, no," mock horror played on the kit's face. Before he was able to get away, Inuyasha grabbed him by the tail.
"Why would you hurt a poor defenseless kitsune?" a voice said from behind them. It was Terra's.
"Keh," the hanyou said and all but threw the kit. The two children ran after that.
"What the hell do you want? More importantly, what are you still doing here?" Inuyasha asked venomously. He still didn't trust this earth youkai. Who was she, and what was she doing? Was she a friend or a foe? All these questions Inuyasha wanted to ask, but wouldn't. The earth youkai looked grim, Inuyasha started to get nervous. Something told him that she was going to say something that he didn't want to hear.
"I want to talk to you. It's about Kagome..."

"Where's Inuyasha?" Kagome asked Sango, who still held Miroku in her arms.
"I just seen him walk over that way," she said pointing in the direction he went. "That earth youkai was taking to him, and he just stormed off.
"Oh, thanks," Kagome went pail, she had a bad feeling.

He was just walking, not running like he usually did, but he had never felt like this before, ever. 'Why?' he thought to himself. Why did she do that? Why did they fight before, over something so trivial? Why didn't he tell her how he felt?
"Inuyasha?" he heard her voice coming from behind him. He ignored her, until she jumped in front of him. "What's the matter with you, you left so sudden?" Anger and depression overpowered him.
"Get away from me you damn wench!" he pushed her to the grown.
"What the in the Hell-"
"Don't you ever come near me again. Don't talk to me, or even LOOK at me again!" he turned away to hide the evident pain in his eyes.
"What are you talking about?!" she yelled standing up. He couldn't possibly know ... could he?
"How could you do that to me?!" Kagome froze, he knew.
"It's not-"
"But I can understand," he said in a low voice, closing his eyes.
"No, Inuyasha listen-" she went to touch his shoulder, but he quickly flinched away.
"I should have shown you," he whispered, mostly to himself.
"Please listen to me," the inu miko pleaded, tears were streaming down her face.
"I guess," he finally turned to look at her, his eyes looked like glass. They were so hurt, which only made Kagome cry harder. "I guess I'm to be cursed by the women I love for all eternity," with that said, Inuyasha walked deeper into the forest.
Kagome fell to her knees and sobbed, salty tears mixing with the black earth. Earth. She thought suddenly. Her face soon turned to an expression of malicious. Her tears instantly dried as she stood. Her face looked emotionless and cold as she walked off to confront a certain earth youkai. She didn't see, nor feel, she jewel around her neck change.
