A/N: Just a short one-shot on my favorite scene of InuYasha The Final Act! ;)

"Kagome!" The Inu hanyou screamed through the torrent of black and endless youkai. "Don't make a wish till I get there!"
"Foolish hanyou..." the youkai's hissed, "You have given her hope when she hears your voice."
"Kagome, don't give in! Wait till I get to you!" InuYasha yelled, "Out of my way!" He slashed through with his great fang. Only he came to the same web with Naraku still hanging.
"Damn, is there no end to this place..." InuYasha mussed. Suddenly a slow pink light was seen behind the web strings catching InuYasha's eye. It started to expand as if it was a cut, then Tessaiga started to pulse.
"Tessaiga...?" InuYasha looked at his fang as the Meidou Zangetsuha pulsed. "You want me to cut there?"
Swinging his blade into an arc, InuYasha surged forward. "MEIDOU ZANGETSUHA!"
A bright light flashed in front of him, and surged over him as he fell through the path his fang had opened. And then, she was there.
Black, hair, her brown eyes, and her small smile as he came face to face with her.
"InuYasha...?" Kagome whispered.
"Kago--" InuYasha felt her pull him into a tight hug and he wrapped a protective arm around her back. She looked up at him, their faces now just barley apart.
And if there was nothing to stop them, interrupt them, it was only them. They leaned and pulled their lips together. Their one kiss, but that was all they needed, one kiss to prove that they belonged together. They had been born...to see one another, and nothing would ever pull them apart, ever again.
