Chapter 2: All Fun and Games



Inuyasha walked into his English class.
'Kouga-baka.' he thought as he heard Kagome.
"SANGO!" Kagome squealed. "Algebra II isn't that hard!"
"Maybe for You, I hate that class."
Inuyasha looked on as Kagome explained how to work this oh so 'simple' problem.
"Thanks Kagome," Sango said smiling.
"Kagome," Inuyasha interrupted. Kagome looked up surprised.
"You called me Kagome."
"I would like you to show me, how to do that," he said ignore her comment and pointing at the book. "I am failing that class. Maybe you could help me after school?" he said smiling. Kagome blushed. He looked so sexy smiling at her like that. She nodded in reply and wrote down her address.
"At 5 maybe?"
Grabbing her address he walked past her and to his seat.
Sango pushed her friend. "You already have a crush on Inuyasha,"
"NO!!" Kagome said immediately. "NO!!" she screamed again. Her face becoming darker each second.
Sango smirked. "I know what your thinking." The bell rang, and the teacher entered the class. As the teacher began to talk Sango whispered to her friend.
"Kagome, you are thinking bout Inuyasha ne?"
Kagome blushed. "It is my business."
"Oh I see it. Your picturing Inuyasha pressing you against the wall. And," Sango smirked, "and he grabs your chin and slowly tilts it upward? But it doesn't stop there. His hand that was on your waist is now slowly creeps under your shirt and up your body." Kagome's hands were flat on the desk, she was staring strait forward. Inuyasha's ears twitched and so did his eyes.
"And his hand grazes across your breast." Kagome saw these things in her mind, and she squeaked loudly. The teacher looked at the two girls.
"is there anything you would like to share with us girls?"
Kagome as a dark shade of red and shook her head. Sango had a mischievous smirk on her face. Kagome saw this and feared what her friend would do. But Sango simply replied with no, and the teacher began her lesson again.
After class Sango smiled. "Gomen, I was just have some fun with you."
Kagome waves her hand. "it is okay, just don't do it again," she said seriously, the images were still fresh on her mind. And then to make things worse, at that moment Inuyasha walked past her. On his way making sure to touch her gently.
The conversation he had just heard proved to be quite useful. Kagome's actions expressed her feelings. It shouldn't be too hard to make her fall for him. OH! this bet was as good as one. He smirked as he heard her gasp.
But wouldn't you think someone would feel some remorse for playing with someone's feelings?

Kagome's eyes widened as she felt light fingers touch her lower back and under the shirt of her uniform, but then the touch was gone, as quickly as it had come. And she had felt Inuyasha beside her, and she saw him leaving. Sango looked at her friend.
"Kagome? You okay, I said I was sorry, I really meant it!! It was just a joke!"
Without moving she spoke. "No Sango, it isn't that. Have you ever felt someone touch you as they walked by?" She felt a little juvenile for asking this question. After were surrounded by hormone driven teenagers.
"All the time," she said, "that prick Miroku." Kagome giggled at her comment.
"well lets go Kagome, or we will be late for our next class."

Finally the bell sounding the end of the day rang.
Students quickly left the room. Kagome dropped another book in her brief case.
"Good luck," Sango said. A mischievous grin playing on her lips.
"Nani?" Kagome questioned tilting her head to the side in confusion.
"Your tutoring session with Inuyasha."
"Oh that, well lets hope I don't need luck!"
Kagome and Sango parted at the walkway leading to Kagome's grandfather's old shrine.
"Bye!" Kagome called after her waving. Kagome turned to walk up the stairs, almost bumping into the person in front of her.
"huh?" she said looking up. She saw a tail waving, then meeting the owners face she smiled. "Kouga! What are you doing here?" (okay I let him keep his tail. I am a sucker for them things! ^__^)
"Kagome! I want you to be my woman!"
(XD XD XD HIS WOMAN!! I LOVE IT!!) Kagome fell over. "Nani?!" she said twitching on the ground. He grabbed her hand and helped her up.
"I was too forward Kagome-sama. Please pardon my rudeness, but since I saw you I haven't stopped thinking of you, and I would be honored if you would go out with me."
"Kouga...I...I, ...lost." she finished.
"Oh I see, you want time. Then very well, bring me your answer in the morning." He kissed her hand and brought out a sun flower. HE handed it to her. "See you tomorrow Kagome-sama." and he left.
Kagome stood there for minutes. What just happened. Did Kouga just ask me out?! it was so quick...What is going on here!? Did he say 'his woman?' She began walking up the steps slowly. She wasn't sure if what she saw had really happened, but the sunflower in her hand assured it. She sighed and walked in her house.
"I am home Mama!" Mrs. Higurashi walked into the foyer.
"how was school?"
"Tiring. Mama...I have a boy coming over, it is just for tutoring, at 5? Is that okay?" "it is fine Kagome, but I am taking your grandfather to the doctor, he has to have a check up or something, so I wont be home at 5,but Sota should be getting here about that time. So you will be fine!"
"Um, Mama, speaking of Sota, where is the buger?"

Her mother glared. "Gomen" Kagome whispered. "he went to play soccer with one of the neighbors."

Kagome looked in the mirror. Her appearance never really bothered her. She always thought she looked nice, she didn't have to impress anyone so she really never gave her appearance much thought. But today, she wanted to look better than nice, but not scream 'HEY I WANT YOU!!' She flipped her silky black hair over her shoulder. She was wearing blue jeans that flared at the bottom and were frayed as well. And a blue short sleeved t-shirt with The Adventures of Min-Goddess in bold blue and white print. And a cute Anime style rat making a v-sign with his fingers, while smiling. Under it said. Gan-chan . Downstairs she heard the doorbell. "COMING!" she yelled running down to the door. Opening it she was greeted by Inuyasha leaning against the frame. He was dressed in baggy black pants and a whit t-shirt, and a brown leather jacket. He was smirking sexily. Seeing her open the door, he walked in.
She closed the door. "You could wait until I said 'come in.'" She turned around to see him standing in front of her, he placed a hand on ether side of her, and moved his face dangerously close to him. She didn't move. her whole body seemed paralyzed.
"So lets get started?" he asked. She felt feeling in her body again and held up her arm. "In there." she said. He walked in the direction she had pointed, her following him.
They laid on the rug and Kagome opened the book, and began showing Inuyasha how to work the various equations. His look was confused. She saw him like this and giggled. that was a picture in her mind that she would lock up and keep forever, for her self. It was a special moment, she had had few of these since her fathers death.
"No! Inuyasha, like this..."
"Inuyasha 3 is x and 4.56 is y."
"circumference is 2 times 3.14 times the radius."
"No," she grabbed his pencil and worked out the problem. "Pay attention to how I do this," she demanded, but he was listening. He was staring at her. She was feisty, underneath that good girl shell. And she was beautiful.
Kikiyo. he shook his head. this Girl isn't Kikiyo.
"And that is all it is!" she said triumphantly. When hearing no sound she looked up. "Why didn't you pay attention!?"
They were nose to nose. the closeness. She could feel his breath on her face.
"Inuyasha, why..." she stopped. His head had tilted and his lips moved towards hers.
"KAGOME!! I AM HOME!" the door in the foyer slammed and Inuyasha looked away, just as Sota came through the door.
"We have a dog?" he said confused.
Inuyasha growled.
"Sota!" Kagome said in a harsh voice. "Don't get smart right now, I don't have time for that game today, I am tutoring Inuyasha."
He nodded. "So that is an Inuyasha?"
"SOTA!" all that was left was a cloud of dust. Kagome sighed.
"We are done for today Inuyasha," she rubbed her temples, "Let me show you out."
She led Inuyasha to the foyer.
"Tomorrow same time?" Inuyasha asked.
"Yeah..."
He reached down and brushed her cheek. "okay then," he leaned down and brushed a kiss across her lips. It was as light as a feather. She leaned up for more, but he walked past her.
"Tomorrow." he said leaving.
"yeah," she muttered. After closing the door she sighed and leaned against it.
What is going on here?


Okay end of second chapter. I was going to make it longer, but my fingers are cold, it is 12:29 and I have to be at school in the morning.
~*Shippou*~ Okay some mistakes I made. Miroku: his eyes are blue, not black. Kouga: in case I said black, his eyes are blue too. Grammar and Spelling don't count! Was it any good. Please review, seeing them makes me want to write more. I want to please the readers.
