She couldn't believe her eyes, standing in front of her was Sesshomaru. His hair was loosely braided down his back. His upper body was accented by the skin tight black stretch shirt, khaki pants were somewhat tight around his butt then loose around his legs. `He truly is gorgeous, Sango was right about that.'

She stood, deciding to play along with Sangos' little game. "Hi I'm Kagome," she said extending her hand toward him.

He turned it over and placed a kiss on the back of her hand. "It's nice to meet you Kagome, I'm Sesshomaru." He released her hand and they sat down on the love seat.

Sango and Miroku smiled at each other and sat down across from them. "Sesshomaru is a business major at your school Kagome." Miroku said.

"Really, I thought you looked familiar." Kagome said.

He smiled at her, `this night will be much better then I thought.' "Yes I believe I've seen you around school as well, what are you studying?" `As if I don't already know.'

"Well I'm an English major, I'm hoping to become a English professor." Kagome said.

"Very interesting," he said then began to look over the menu. The rest followed suit after they ordered their meals they began to talk again.

"So Sango are we doing anything else tonight or just hanging out here?" Kagome asked.

"Actually we're going to see the movie The Forgotten." Sango said.

"Cool I've been meaning to go see that movie it looks very interesting." Kagome said.

Sesshomaru put his arm around her when she shivered. "Are you cold?"

"A little they always like cranking up the air conditioning in here." Kagome said.

"Don't worry I'll keep you warm." He said pulling her closer to him.

"My aren't we bold," Kagome laughed as she snuggled closer to him.

"I don't see you trying to pull away." Sesshomaru stated.

"Well your warm, just don't get any ideas that I'm easy or something," she said poking him in the side.

"The thought never crossed my mind Kagome." He replied laughing softly.

Sango and Miroku gave each other a small high five and started their meals when they arrived, noticing that their company didn't seem to realize their food was in front of them.

"Their so cute," Sango whispered to him.

"Yeah we should've done this to them a long time ago." Miroku said.

Sango nodded in agreement. "Hey Kagome I thought you said you were hungry, lost your appetite?" Sango asked amused.

Kagome blush and removed herself from Sesshomarus' warm embrace to eat. He found himself slightly disappointed that Sango had broken into their conversation. He mentally sighed and began to eat as well.

After their plates were removed from the table Kagome went to lean back against the couch but once again found a warm arm pulling her closer to something a little harder.

She giggled, "You know I'm not cold anymore."

"So," was his only reply.

She shrugged and snuggled closer to him pondering on how perfectly she fit in his arms.

`How come I never noticed any of this before, its not like we haven't sat like this a million times before.' She thought.

Sango checked her watch, ok guys time to head to the movies we'll take my car this way we don't have to bother with the two cars. She pulled out an envelope of money that Inuyasha had given her before she left school that day.

"Sango put away your money you shouldn't have to pay for this." Sesshomaru said reaching for his wallet.

"You're right Sesshomaru but I'm not Inuyasha is this is his cash." Sango explained pulling out enough for the bill and a decent tip.

"Ah see," he said replacing his wallet into his pants.

They got up and walked out of the restaurant to Sangos' car. During the movie Kagome hid her face most of the time in Sesshomarus should but still watched enough to enjoy the movie. She didn't really mind scary movies but the suspense always got to her making her jump every few minutes during the movie.

Sesshomaru smiled at her antics paying more attention to her then the movie. He leaned down and whispered in her ear, "scared Kagome?"

She shivered at how his voice caressed her being. "Only a little."

"So then why do you have a death grip on my shirt?" He smiled when he saw her blush and released her hold on his shirt. He pulled her closer and stroked her hair lightly the movie momentarily forgotten.

The movie ended and they followed Sango and Miroku to the car holding each others hands. As the got in the car Sango turned to them.

"Where to?" she asked.

"I guess home, I have to help a friend of mine study." Kagome said while smiling at Sesshomaru.

He smiled in return, "I think your friend can wait a little while why don't we go for a short walk in the park."

"Yeah I think he'll understand but how will you get home?" Kagome asked.

"I'll find a way," he replied.

"Okay then Sango can you drop us off at the park by my house?"

"No problem Kagome," Sango said she turned around and started the car.

At the park Kagome and Sesshomaru got out of the backseat of Sangos' car. "Bye guys I'll see you tomorrow, I had a lot of fun."

"Yep, we have to do this again," Sango said.

Sesshomaru pulled Kagome to his chest, "yes we do. Goodbye Sango, Miroku."

Miroku chuckled, "see ya man, now you too play nice." And Sango drove away leaving them to their own devices.

They began to walk down the familiar path into the woods with Sesshomarus arm around her shoulders.

"So, Sango set me up on a blind date today." Kagome said

"Really, that must have been a disaster," He said.

"Actually it wasn't the guy was a perfect gentleman." Kagome said.

"I see Inuyasha set me up on a blind date as well. I believe it was the first smart thing he has done in his life." Sesshomaru said pulling her closer.

"Really do I know her?" Kagome asked.

"Maybe she's about your height with soft black silk for hair, and her eyes…"He stopped and turned so he was in front of her staring down into her eyes. "I couldn't help but get lost in them," he said softly, she blushed. "Tell me this blind date of yours would you ever consider going out with him again?" He searched her eyes and tried to find an answer.

She cupped his cheek with her hand never looking away from his eyes; she gently pulled him down to her face and whispered. "I wouldn't like anything more." They closed the distance in a soft kiss. Her lips felt so soft he lightly bit her lower lip asking for permission to go farther.

She granted him his request opening her mouth. He gently began to explore her moist cavern pulling her closer to him. She moaned into his mouth and he became slightly more aggressive in his actions. She felt her knees begin to buckle and held onto him fearing she might fall. They eventually pulled back from their kiss.

"How have we gone by this long with out this?" He asked breathlessly.

She caressed his cheek, "remind me to thank them tomorrow." She said.

He smiled and leaned in for another kiss, "I never want to stop kissing you." He once again pressed his lips against her, his hands roaming her back while his tongue once again began to roam her mouth.

She broke the kiss staying only centimeters from his face, she blushed. "Sessh I don't think I'll be able to stand much longer." She admitted closing her eyes.

He nodded in understanding and stood up straight, "we'll continue this later."

She nodded and snuggled close to his chest listening to his heart beat. "We should get back to my house you still have to study." Kagome reminded him giggling at his groan of displeasure.

"I am not spoiling this night with studying there is plenty of time for that tomorrow." He said leading her toward her house.

"Works for me," she said, smiling brightly.

Finally there together woo hoo sorry it took so long I just had to get some stuff out of the way before I hooked them up hope you guys like this chap. Ok you two you can stop sucking face now.

Sessh: <<pulls back from Kagome his eyes glow red>>
