The Bond Between Them

Chapter 13: The Party

The party started about an hour ago and Inuyasha was already trashed. He stumbled around people making his way to Sesshomaru with a drink in each hand. Miroku was playing bartender and decided that Sesshomaru could use a drink. So he made two tall Zombies handed them to Inuyasha and sent him on a hunt for Sesshomaru.

Inuyasha found Kagome and Sesshomaru grinding each other to the song `Milkshake' by Kelise on the deck behind the house.

"Hey Bro this is from Miroku," Inuyasha said shoving the drink in between them.

Sesshomaru rolled his eyes and took the drink. Kagome went to his back and continued to grind him while he took a sip from the glass.

"Inuyasha what do you want to do next?" Kagome asked him.

"I want to watch you two and Miroku and Sango play some beer pong and then our drunk asses can go swimming." Inuyasha declared then laughed at the horror that crossed Sesshomarus' face. "Come on Sessh loosen up for once."

"Fine we'll play," Kagome said and smiled when Kagome gave hi a pleading look.

They wound up playing three rounds with Sesshomaru drinking most of what they had lost because Kagome wasn't in the mood to get very drunk. There was a knock on the door and Kagome went to answer it.

When she opened it she found their other friends from school had finally arrived, Koga, Ayame, Rin, Shippo, Yura and Kaya came in. Koga and Shippo faced Miroku and Shippo in another round of beer pong and then they all made their way out to the pool.

Even though it was the middle of October the night was decently warm out and the pool was heated so the pool wasn't that crazy idea. Sesshomaru swam up to Kagome and put his arms around her cupping her breasts while she was talking with Kaya. Kagome blushed and moved his hands to her waist. That didn't seem to help because his hands just kept wandering lower.

"I'm sorry Kaya will, you excuse us." Kagome asked.

"Yeah sure Kagome," Kaya said giggling, which only cause Kagome to blush harder.

She took Sesshomarus' hands and dragged him across the pool to a place more hidden in shadow. "Sessh we're in public," She protested weakly as one of his hands slid under his bottoms. She moaned, completely negating her protests.

"Who cares," he whispered and leaned in and kissed her. It was slightly sloppy because he was slightly drunk. She moaned into the kiss as his fingers played with her clit. She pressed him close to her body but leaving enough room to slid a hand down his body to his partially hard member. He bumped her hand with his groin and groaned.

All ceased when a beach ball hit the back of his head. He turned around his hand still in her bikini bottoms and glared at Koga. Kagome removed his hand and slid behind him to hide in embarrassment.

"Come on you two lets play some volleyball." Koga said, smiling widely.

"Sounds great," Kagome said before Sesshomaru could protest.

Kagome had to admit watching all the others try and play volleyball while drunk or halfway there was highly amusing. She and Rin were the only ones not really drinking and halfway through the game decided to sit out and just watch them. The game ended and the girls beat the boys, 5- 3.

"Kagome come back in," Sesshomaru pleaded, giving her his best puppy dog face.

She giggled, "I'm all pooled out Sessh."

"Come on Kags were gunna play Marco Polo." Inuyasha slurred.

"No thanks, but I will get some drinks, who wants?" She asked knowing that would keep her out of the pool. To her horror everyone raised their hands.

"I'll help you Kagome," Rin said.

"Thanks," they went inside and came back out a few minutes later with everyones' favorite drinks and paused the game to hand the drinks out. They all sat by the edge of the pool drinking from their cups and making stupid jokes. Kagome hugged Sesshomaru from behind, to keep him warm and from swaying like the rest of the group. He leaned into her and sighed. She kissed his cheek and pulled him closer to her.

"Who wants to watch a movie?" Yura asked.

"What movie?" Miroku asked.

"I don't know how about a scary movie?" Yura suggested.

"We got the bootleg version of `The Grudge' that looked like it'd be scary." Inuyasha suggested.

Everyone agreed and made their way into to the living room. Kagome left to go to the bathroom, when she came back everyone was engrossed in the movie, she went to sit by Sesshomaru but noticed he was missing. She went to go find him.

* * * * * * * * With Sesshomaru outside * * * * * * * *

He was feeling a little sick so when Kagome left to use the bathroom he went back outside to get some fresh air. The cool breeze felt great against his hot skin. He stumbled over to the garden and leaned his head against the old oak tree for support.

He felt two hands slide around his waist. "Kagome?" He asked, he figured she would follow him out here once she realized he left.

The only response his got was the hands sliding down his body and grabbing hold of his member. He moaned lightly and closed his eyes. She moved once hand from him to grab something behind him. He felt her wrap a blindfold over his eyes and smiled. She turned him around and lightly pushed him against the tree. She pushed her body up against the length of him and ground her hips into his. Slowly taking off his shirt. Something seemed wrong but he couldn't think of what.

She guided him to the ground and pulled off his bathing suit shorts that were dry by now. He shivered against the cold air. "Kagome, why won't you talk?" He asked, his voice was breathy and slurred.

All thoughts left his head when he felt her slid his member into her mouth, sucking on him like he was the sweetest candy.

Kagome couldn't believe what she was seeing; Sesshomaru was lying on the ground completely nude with Kagura sitting on his legs sucking his dick. It took a few times but she finally found her voice. "What are you doing?" Her voice was soft but sturdy; unfortunately Sesshomaru was too far-gone to hear it.

He whined when she removed him from her mouth, but she sat on his member, so he was brushing against her entrance.

Kagura took out the knife from last night and held it threateningly over his neck. Kagome didn't think, she ran and tackled Kagura off of him. But Kagura was ready for it and flipped her over so she was on top of Kagome with the knife to her neck.

"Kagome, where'd you go? Come on stop teasing." Sesshomaru complained, he was about to take off the blindfold.

"Tell him you'll be right back," Kagura hissed. Kagome remained silent; Kagura applied some pressure.

"I'll be right there Sessh, I just forgot something." Kagome said, tears coming from her eyes, when she saw him relax back to the ground.

"If you don't break up with him, I'll kill him, I never want to see your nasty face around him again." Kagura hissed applying a little more pressure.

"You wouldn't," Kagome said.

"Try me, if you're wrong then he's dead, are you willing to gamble his life, I thought you loved him." Kagura said.

"Why?" Kagome asked.

"If I can't have him no one will. Now be a good little girlfriend and finish him off. But you better be out of his life by tomorrow night." Kagura said then jumped back from her and ran off into the night.

Kagome lay crying until she heard Sesshomarus' voice. "Kagome please, it's cold."

She wiped the tears from her eyes and moved over to him., she placed a hand on his cheek and he nuzzled into it. She wanted to remove the blindfold but as drunk as he was she knew he would see her bloodshot eyes.

She leaned in and kissed him roughly, she tried to move onto him but it hurt to know that this would be their last time. `Not like this, our last moments can't be like this.' She thought to herself.

She pulled the blindfold from his face, "please Sessh can we just go to bed?" She asked trying not to look at his face.

"What's wrong?" He asked sitting up and trying to turn her face to his.

"I got called away, that's why I left for a bit, Sango and I had a fight and I just want to go to bed." She lied.

He was sobering up, "sure Kagome, do you want to talk about it?" He asked.

She shook he head, and started to cry, he pulled her into his arms and rocked her gently, planting loving kisses on the top of her head. After awhile he shivered, she looked up at him, he had goosebumps all over his body. "Let's go inside," she said. They stood and he got dressed, they went in said goodnight to everyone and went upstairs to bed. She held onto him as close as possible that night and he held her back as she cried herself to sleep.

Kagome left before Sesshomaru or anyone else woke up, she needed to think so she went to her favorite tree I the park and sat in the top branches.

"What am I gunna do, if I don't break up with him he could be dead, but how can I break up with him. And apparently that's not even enough; she wants me out of his life. I could just tell him, but if I do maybe she'll still try and kill him." She cried for hours trying to figure out a way around this but she couldn't find an alternative. She saw Sesshomaru walking in the distance toward her, then she heard foot steps from the other direction and saw Hojo doing his morning jog through the park. She climbed down resigning herself to her fate. She made it down the tree just in time to get in front of Hojo, he stopped and took his head phones away from his ears.

"Hey Kagome what's up?" Hojo asked.

"oh nothing much, say Hojo, would you like to go out tonight, see a movie or something?" Kagome asked, she knew Sesshomaru was in hearing distance now.

"Sure Kagome, but aren't you going out with Sesshomaru," Hojo asked not realizing said person was watching them from behind a tree.

"Oh him, he bores me, I want something new, so what do ya say?" Kagome asked her heart was breaking.

Hojo smiled, "of course I'll pick you up at eight," he kissed her on the cheek put his headphones back on and jogged away completely oblivious to the fuming man staring daggers at him.

Kagome turned to see Sesshomaru step out from behind the tree, the look in his eyes was murderous. She tried everything to keep from crying as she felt her own heart breaking with his. "I'm sure you heard," She said, not too proud that her voice was steady. He just stared at her, "I guess you were right after all, we are all worthless bitches just out for a good time." With that she turned and ran, she isn't want to know what he had to say and she couldn't stand to see the look on his face so she ran. When she reached home she fled upstairs flung herself into bed and wept for her heart and for his.
