Hi! This is my newest story, The Corrupted! I want to warn you now; this is not a happy story. It will have its good parts, even some fluffyness and lemons, but will not be a happy ending type of story! It contains rape, death, blackmail and bribery among other things. So Be Warned! This is also my first try at a semi-dark fic. So don't be surprised if it totally sucks!

SUMMARY- Okay; now this I'm not good at because I either give it all away or leave you confused and bored. So, here it goes!

Kagome is the holder of something special and powerful, something Naraku wants, He will do anything to get it. Tragedy and hardship follow Kagome everywhere, but she is determined. She gets the help of a cold and detached detective, Sesshoumaru. They chase the crafty and insane Naraku to the point of no return, a trap. In a blinding moment of truth the time them has become now and they fight for their lives and for justice.

But Kagome's cursed life will not be done with; a curse can never be lifted when it is what the person lives for. Tragedy is always going to be her best friend. Her only friend.

There! That's what its about! That and Kagome overcoming her fear of men, caused by being raped mercilessly.

Chapter 1: And so it begins.

Kagome is being raped, is told that he knows of her relationship with Inu. She does laundry, mom comes home later. Inuyasha comes and finds out about bruises and guesses correctly. He shows her what sex is supposed to be like. Leaves in his Ferrari and Kag's mom comes into her room angry. Inuyasha had left her a rose.

Chapter 2: Never Again

Inuyasha desperately calls Sesshoumaru, who is a detective. He gets pushed off the road by another car and hits a tree. Does not die immediately and has a knife stuck in his temple with his hands wrapped around it. Kagome finds out, meets Sess at funeral, who decides to help her find the killer. (Nar) Kagome is fingering the rose when she feels him die.

Chapter 3: Oppression

Kagome is paid a visit by Naraku and goes to the first person she thinks of…

Chapter 4: Drive

Kagome packs, waits, and drives. They pick up evidence showing that the car was pushed off the road.

Chapter 5: Living, and Fearing

Moving in, Sess kisses her, regrets it, and Kagome confronts him. Next day they go to put Kagome's family into WP Program. Souta is not there. Atsuko is tied up.

Chapter 6: Desperate

Naraku takes Souta and hides him. He entices them out to a remote spot where he manages to kill Souta right before her eyes,

Chapter 7: Bloody Rose

Kagome kills Naraku and Sess and her drive away to tell them the good and bad news.

They get into a car accident and Sess dies. A rose is right next to his body where he flew out of the car. She picks it.

Epilogue: Tragic

Kagome visits the brother's graves and tells them how she has a job as a detective and how her and her mother are doing so much better. She lays each of the roses respectively on each grave. A single tear falls on Sesshoumaru's grave.
