Kagome and Inuyasha went back to her time to tell her mom what had happened and to say good bye. They lived to be 500 years old. They had two children. Jiro and Kaede, named after their departed friend. Inuyasha and his half brother Sesshomaru finally got along.

Sesshomaru and his wife Lura moved into the village after Naraku was killed. For a birthday, Inuyasha, Locke, and Miroku built them a house. They had two children, Vash and Claire. They lived on 650 more years.

Locke and Raquet live on to be 700 years old. They had three kids. Loki, Azreal, and Mary Anne, they were all named after movie names that Locke had liked. Locke went back to see his family once. He never left Raquet's side for more then a day and she did the same.

Miroku and Sango lived 60 more years, which was a lot for humans. They had twenty kids. It was Miroku's idea, but Sango always loved the idea of having another child. They were always helping people out. Miroku built a small church and a hospital next to the town.

Shippou lived Inuyasha and Kagome till their second child was born. He was away a lot, but he always came back to visit twice a month. He got together with Sesshomaru and Lura's child, Claire. They were both seven when they met. They lived on to see 550 more years. They had two children. Logan and Amy. Amy was named after her grandmother's original name.

They all remained friends forever. All the children loved listening to the stores their fathers told about the quest for the shards of the Shikon jewel. The group that had quested for the shards, stayed in the village and protected it from any demons that attempted to take the jewel. (They all perished in a bloody death.)
