To Kagome the idea of the shower wasn't as bad as she first thought. Inu Yasha explained to her how the knobs worked, where the towel were and not to take too long.
The one thing that did get to her, however, were the zipper and button thing on her jeans. The best part of the morning had to have been watching Inu Yasha's face change from fear to lust to concentration then back to fear as he fastened it for her. He must find her at least sexual attractive, so she'd have to use that. She promised the Lord that she would have his son, and by god she would. This wasn't in list of specialties so she's have to find somebody that could help her.
Driving to school was ok for the most part. Inu Yasha sat quietly in the limo while she read the history books. She was tutored by the best over the last 12 years, but she knew nothing of the 500 years that she missed. It shocked her to learn that The Noble dog demon was assassinated 16 years ago, along with his human wife. They found the killers ripped to spreads by what they guessed were rabid dogs, but she knew better. Poor Sesshomaru must have been so sad.
Reaching the school, Inu Yasha led her toward the office. She noticed that he made a point to ignore everybody on the way there. Glancing from face to face she watched as the girls swooned, while the guys seemed to want to courage to talk to him. It appeared that everybody idolized him and he hated it. That can't be true, she'd have to ask him about it later.
She had been so caught up in trying to figure out why Inu Yasha acted that way that she didn't realize that he had already led her into the office, introduced her, and they were now making their way into the principal's office. How'd that happen?
“Lady Kagome” the man smiled nicely and he bowed slightly. He was about 6 foot and clearly a demon by the enormous demon aura. However, she could tell he was kind yet stern and just. He had basic short blue eyes and brown hair. “Welcome to Taishu High school. I'm Principal Sakura and I am in charge here.” He motioned for the two teens to sit. “Lord Sesshomaru explained to me that you are actually from the pasted and was sent here by the fates to marry Inu Yasha.” He looked over at the angry face on inu Yasha and happy carefree face of Kagome. “I gather you don't like this Inu Yasha” he smiled to himself.
“Would you?” he growled out.
Winking at Kagome Sakura answered. “Would I mind being married to the famous Priestess herself? Not at all actually”
Inu Yasha looked up. “Famous? We never learned about her is school.” He pointed to her. “She's just some chick.”
Kagome tried not to laugh. Just behind the principle was a poster with her name Printed on top. She didn't know she was famous, but he should have at least put two and two together.
“I think you are mistaken Inu Yasha. What priestess have we learned about.”
“feh, Madoriku”
“And do you remember her middle or last name?”
Inu Yasha paused.
Looking over to Kagome he smiled nicely. “Kagome would you be so kind as to formally introduce yourself”
Kagome turned to a confused and irritated Inu Yasha. “Lord Inu Yasha, my name is Midoriku Kagome Masni Higarashi of the Western Lands.” She bowed.
Inu Yasha just looked at her. “So you are the one that killed all those demons, and saved all those people?”
“I am” she smiled. “But those days are over.”
Inu Yasha started to rub his eyes in irritation. This was too much to handle. “Why do you go by Kagome instead of Midoriku?”
“Because Midoriku is not my real name. It was given to me my village's elder. Kagome was a common name. They felt as if I needed a more immortal name. I never liked it though.”
“I think we should get down to business” Sakura interrupted. “I will put her in math, science, English, writing, PE, and calligraphy with Sango, at Sesshomaru's request. Your last class, however, will be in the computer lab being tutored on modern Technology by a Kouga.”
“KOUGA!” Inu Yasha jumped on his feet.
“At Sesshomaru's request” Sakura finished.
“What?” he growled.
The principal smiled. He knew that they were mortal enemies. Actually they have a mutual respect thing going, but are the best at every. They have competed in everything since they were young little and usually come out in a draw.
“It's the Lord request and I seen no problem with it.”
“I don't believe this. Kagome lets go” Inu Yasha was out the door in a flash.
Kagome stood and bowed, leaving in the same amount of hurry.
Leaning back in his chair Sakura laughed. Yep, Inu Yasha was already jealous. Sesshomaru knew what he was doing.

He couldn't believe it. He just couldn't. His own brother giving his fiancé to that letch Kouga. Ok, to be fair he really wasn't a letch, but very confidant. What if she fell for that ass of a wolf? Like hell he would let that happen. That wolf is definitely not welcome to anything that belongs to him, but he didn't really want Kagome; did he?
The bell rang for the final class to get out and all the children ran for the door, except Inu Yasha. He wasn't paying attention. It took a few moments to register and even then he walked slowly out the door and down the hall. He had to meet Kagome at the library.
Walking up to the doors he opened one halfway and scooted in unnoticeably. Take a step he looked up only to freeze in anger. Kouga was sitting on the table in front on Kagome, who was sitting in a chair giggling.
Looking up Kagome smiled at Inu Yasha's presence. “Inu Yasha” she stood and walked happily over to him. “Guess what, Kouga's going to take me to a movie tonight.” She smiled happily. “What ever that is”. She added in the end.
