The sun was setting, and the sky took its evening hues. The purple of Miroku’s eyes, the magenta of Sango’s eye shadow, the peach of Kagome’s fair skin, and the crimson of Inuyasha’s fire-rat haori.
Ah, yes. She had met these people many times before. Inuyasha, the leader of the group, was hanyou. She thought hanyous were weak but overprotective, and thought that he himself was rude and badmouthed, and his sword was over-sized.
The girl with the strange clothing named Kagome said she had come from a different era. She never understood anything about Kagome. But what she really didn’t understand was why she would travel with a lowly half-demon like Inuyasha.
The others were alright, but not really perfect. The monk Miroku with libidinous thoughts who asked every girl he passed to bear him a child, the pretty young taijiya with her little fire-neko demon and her boomerang weapon Hiraikotsu, and the small fox child Shippou with his kitsune tricks and his Kitsune-bi attack.
She was sitting in a field of beautiful flowers. Her long chestnut hair flowed down her shoulders, brown eyes sparkling at the sight before her. Pretty white daisies with delicate petals surrounded her, the sky in evening hues. Not a cloud in sight. The sun was going down, but shot slight beams of light, making her hair shimmer.
“Sakura!” she heard someone call. She looked towards the south, her back facing the sunset. A girl was running to her, arms out at her sides. “Rin-chan!” Sakura said back. She recognized the small, childish voice, and quickly picked one of the daisies to put in the girl’s short raven hair.
“Hey Rin!” Sakura exclaimed once the child had reached her. Rin cutely smiled. She ran pretty fast, but her breathing was still the same as usual. “Hi!” Rin responded. Sakura stood up from the ground covered in flowers and gently placed the daisy in the young girl’s hair, stem first.
