The Happy Three

Kagome walked along the tall scented grass. It was a beautiful day the sun was shining and it should have made anyone happy, but Kagome, she was not happy.

She remembered meeting with Inuyasha in Kaede's hut to discuss there future together or apart.

“I Love you Kagome but I also love Kikyo, she died for me and I can't just leave her now”, Inuyasha stated.

Kagome thought back to that moment, she began to cry. The wind blew her tears quickly away from her face. She knew that Inuyasha was right. Kagome could never out do Kikyo, because Kikyo gave her life. So deep in thought Kagome didn't notice Inuyasha following her.

“Kagome”

Kagome turned to see Inuyasha behind her looking very said. He smelled her tears from afar, though at this time he didn't see any tears, and was coming to see what was wrong. After she saw his face she turned back around a kept walking.

“Kagome wait, please don't be angry with me”

Kagome stopped instantly with those words

“I'm not angry Inuyasha”

She turned to look him in the face and he saw her tears roll down her face and then he understood. He had not made her mad, he had broken her heart.

“ I understand Inuyasha, I really do, you have chosen Kikyo over me”, Kagome said trying to hold back the urge to stop balling.

“ I haven't chosen either Kagome, I want you both”, Inuyasha said rather seriously

“ I doesn't work that way Inuyasha, it is either me or her you can't have both”

“ But why Kagome. Why can't we all be together”

Kagome had never thought of this. She had to admit it sounded nice to longer worry about whether he wanted Kikyo or her, she would always know. Kagome look at the ground confused and worried. What could she say, she didn't know what to say.

“Sit boy”

Inuyasha tried to say no but didn't have enough time before he was “sat”

“ You pervert Inuyasha, what makes you think either of us would agree to this”

“ Why did you do that you stupid bitch, and Kikyo has already said yes”

“Really”

“Yes really”, Inuyasha stated before standing up and grabbing her hand and pulling her close to him and wrapping his arms around her. He kissed her passionately taking in her smell. He put his hands under shirt and started massaging her nipples with his thumb receiving a moan from Kagome. He continued his assault on her lips and breasts until she begged for more then he slowly pulled away from her just enough so he could look into her soft brown eyes. She smelled nice, better than Kikyo.

He smiled and looked at her then he spoke softly,

“We would be together, a family”

“but Inuy….”

“I want you to bear my pups”

“Kikyo…..”

“Not Kikyo, you”

Since the fight with Naraku, Kagome had not been able to travel back to her own time. She missed her family and had none in the War in states era. She was lonely. The thought of a family made her think. She could be with a woman, or could she. The thought of waking up next to Inuyasha for the rest of her life also made her think. She loved him, more than anything else in the world.

“How would this work Inuyasha,” Kagome stated not fully understanding the amount of trouble her statement would get her into.
