The fire
chapter 2!!!!!! whoot whoot! , I don't own these charachters i just love inuyasha. hope you enjoy! ^_^
For the past two weeks everymornig was the same. Sango and kagome met up and walked to the subway, the Inuyasha would meet them on the train.
they had all became good freinds. But today was diffrent. A nother guy was with inuyasha. he had short black hair with deep blue eyes.he stood the same hight as Inuyasha.
"Good morning" Kgome greated
" morning" Inuyasha yawned.
The girls looked at the guy. " Oh yeah this is Miroku"
"That a real nice way to introduce your best freind, hello ladies"
"Hi" they said. They chatted on as the train moved on. Kagome and inuyasha just stood smileing away at eachother.
"Oh today at science, I'm gonna skip"
"why?"
"Cause i need a break from learning the freaking elements!"
Kagome chuckled. which sounded like an angel to inuyasha. Kagome caught him staring ather. she blushed.(oh my god Inuyasha is staring at me!,I don't know why eveyone says he's hot headed. he the kindest person. A man bumped into her as she was getting off, causeing her to fall. Inuyasha caught her befor she hit the hard floor. " Hey bastard watch where your going!" Inuyasha yelled as the man hurried off.
"Are you okay?"
"yes thanks inuyasha" Inuaysha set her to her feet, not leaving far from herside. At school it was quite funny. Hojo was warming up tp kagome, and everytime Inuaysha would get really over protective.Kagome apsoultly loved it.
" OH SHIT INUYASHA WE HAVE TO GO DO A TEST!" Miroku yelled.
"Dam it! bye kagome bye Sango" Miroku began to run but came back and took sango's hand." nice to meet you" he kissed it gently. Sango became red as a tomato.and with that he ran after Inuyasha. Hojo came up to them
( oh hell i don't want to be mean but I don't like hojo, he's allways in my face)
"hey kagome! so...are you free tonight" (no not that qeution)
"NO SHE'S NOT!" Inuyasha yelled from a window on the second floor. " how on earth did he hear?" Hojo asked
"I don't know" Kagme said puzzled.The bell went.she was saved for now. (so all i have to do is avoid hojo for the rest of the day..no problem)
Inuyasha sat high on a tree on campus. He did'nt want to go to class, so he fell asleep for a couple of hours. when he woke up he herd sirens, and people screaming.
"whats going on!" heh gasped. Jumping down he saw fire trucks all around. Science floor was on fire.black smoke rose from the blazing fire.
He saw sango and Miroku standing with the crowed of students. the smell of tears hit his nose as he appproched.
"Sango? whats wrong?"
"Kagome's trapped in one of the science rooms! the fire men just arrived, Inuyasha i'm so scared, they might not make it in time!"she broke on to sobbs, tears flowing from her brown eyes. Miroku hugged her to comfort.
(Kagome's traped!) Inuyasha yelled in his mind. "Kagome!" he yelled. He herd her faint cry for help. Inuyasha ran to wards the ladder. he sprinted up the ladder.
"Hey stop!" he herd some call. " No i won't stop some one i care dearly for is in trouble!" Inuyasha reached the end shooting towards the building. with his claws he scratched out the window, makeing it shatter. People gasped from bleow. the class room was in blazing flames. the heavy smoke was makeing it hard for inuyasha to breath. " Kagome ! where are you ?!"
"Inuyasha!" he herd her call. Kagome was sitting low on the floor to stay as far from the smoke as she could. ( darn its getting hard to breath, inuyasha hurry)
flames surounded her, she was traped. Suddenly a wodden beam in the ceiling fell on top of her, pinning her flat against the warm floor.It did'nt harm her, it just had her pinned to the ground."oww its so (cough)(cough) heavy" she gasped for air. which made her lungs burn.
Inuyasha herd her coughing from behind a flaming door. his heart was raceing " Hang on kagome! i'm coming!" he kicked the door down smashing it to peices.
"Kagome!" he shricked when he saw her pinned to the ground. "Inu(cough) yasha!" Inuyasha ran over.
"Inuyasha i'm stuck, its two heavy for you to lift"she cryed tears coming down her face.
"No kagome i'll get you out" Inuyasha grabed firmly to the beam and threw it with ease.Kagome stared in shock and awe. Befor she could say anything he swooped her in his arms. "Are you okay kagome?!"
"I am now" she smiled. Inuyasha looked around for an exit. but then he saw the flames about to ignight on a gas tank. "shit!" he ran to wards the window smashing through it as the room blew up.the fell from the two story biulding. (oh my god were going to die)
But to her surprise inuyasha landed gracefully on top of the firetruck,then to the ground. Fire men came rushing toward them.
"that was incredible, and stupied" one said. But nither inuyasha or kagome were listening. Inuyasha hugged her tightly,as she was shakeing.
"are you sure your okay."
"yes..th..ank ..you inuyasha" she sobed into his shoulder. Kagome was coughing non stop. the firemen gave her some oxegen. Eventually the fire was put out. but it had done so mutch damage,that they were going to close the schoolfor a coupleof days while the checked for dangerous gases. when they did open againt he students would'nt be haveing science for a while.
Sango and miroku came up hugging kagome. Then kagomes mom drove up in a black carolla. "Kagome are you allright?!" she cryed. she ran up embraceing kagome. "Yes mom i'm fine, Its all thanks to Inuyasha" Kagome's mom looked up and down Inuyasha and hugged him tightly
"Thank you so mutch for saveing her, how can i ever repay you."
"I'm just glad Kagome's allright." Kagome was in total awe of inuyasha.He jumped in to blazing flames to save her.
"Kagome come on lets go home" her mom said walking to the car. Berfor she left with her mom she threw her arms around Inuaysha.
"Thank you " she whispeared, then pressed her lips to his cheek. Inuyasha turned bright red, like the fire truck. she smiled and hopped in her car and they drove off.
Inuyasha stood in shock holding his hand up to where she had placed her soft lips. Sango and Miroku laughed at his exspression.
(did she just..) A doopy grin was plastard t his face. but he stoped when he herd Sango and Mioku Laughing.
Kagome sat in silence in the car as the drove to her family's shrine (her house).
( Inuyasha is just amazing, he saved my life.he treats me so kindly) even thinking his name made her heart race. then she realised somthing.
( I think i'm in love with Inuyasha) Kagome gasped in realization. "Kagome whats wrong?" he mother asked worried.
"Oh its nothing mom, just thought of somthing" her mother stared at her for a momment then concentrated on driveing. Kagome rolled down the window, letting the cool breese hit her face, she looked in the mirror,seeing ash all over herself. As soon as she got home she took a hot shower. It relaxed her tense muscles, then she got out and floped on her bed.Thinking of the fire made her start to tremble.( stop kagome its over) she told her self. "I'm gonna sleep to get my mind off it"
slowly she drifted to sleep the thought of Inuyasha in every dream she had.
Inuyasha sat outside the school campus waitng for his family to pick him up. A black marcadees came rushing down the street. It skretched to a top, and beutiful weoman came out of the passenger seat. Izyoai, Inuyasha's mom. she had long black hair and brown beutiful eyes.
"Inuyasha are you allright?" she hugged him tightly." ya mom i'm fine" he grunted. he looked to the car where his father, Inu no Taisho sat. "you okay?" His father stared at him with hard worried eyes."for the second time yes!, lets just go home."
Inuyasha sat feeling uneasy, he did'nt realise it but if he had'nt of woken up, he could of lost kagme for ever. His air caught in his throut.
"I will never let that happen" he said so low he did'nt think anyone would hear.Inu no Taisho looked at Inuyasha through the reaveiw mirror.
"what did u say ?"
"Nothing dad nothing"
They pulled up to a giant masion. Inuyasha bulted out of the car and upstairs. Inuyasha's room was in the huge attic.It had dark blue walls anf a king size bed near the belcony. On the other side,near the front of the house were two large red comfy looking couchs, that face a large flat screen tv. but hangin on the wall near Inuyasha's bed ,hung a sword.It was'nt anything fancy.but It was a powerful sword.Inuyasha ran his finger's along it.
"Tesusiga, I have'nt used you since the summer" Inuyasha walked Into his bath room. His silver hair had ash all in, as well allover himself.
Inuyasha tore of the black bandana tied to his head. "I hate this peice of shit!" he swore at the cloth as if it were a person.
On top of his head were two dog ears, That looked incredibly soft. Inuyasha striped down and walked in the shower. The hot water relaxed him greatly.
once he was finished ,he steped out and shook like a dog befor grabing the towl hanging to his right. His ear twitched to the sound of someone enter his room,with ease he got dressed and walked in his room. There laying on his bed was a 2 year older guy ,with long white silver hair that spread out around him.
"Sesshomaru what are you doing?"
"none of your beusness half breed."
"fuck you get off my bed." Sesshomaru sat up glareing at his borther. "I just came to see if you were allright"
"Ya right"Inuyasha scoffled.
"It true" he teased." you have my baseball bat" Sighing angerly he threw the bat at him.
to fast to see , sesshomaru left. Inuyasha walked around and went to stand on his belcony. the air was cool because it was night. Suddenly the phone wrang.
"INUYASHA THE PHONE ITS FOR YOU !" he herd his father yell. He picked up the phone and layed on his bed.
"Helllo?"
"Hi inuyasha"
"Kagome! hey how are you. are you sure your allright?"
He herd her giggle" Yes inuyasha i'm fine, I just had a nightmare and... this is kind of emabarassing but.. i wanted to hear your voice"
Inuaysha's checks became hot.' she wanted to here my voice!'
"oh really" he tried not to laugh
"hey i can hear you trying not to laugh" Kagome was embarest that she told him that.but she could'nt help it. things just came out eaiser talking to him.
Inuyasha chuckled then cleared his throut.
"so ya looks like we don't have school tomorrow" Inuaysa said
"Ya i was wondering you wanna hang out?"
"dam it, can we hang later, i gotta go to a family baseball game"
"sure, my freinds from my old school wanted to hang anyway. where are you playing maby i'll come watch"
Inuyasha's heart began to race in excitment. If kagome were to come and watch him he would win for sure.
"its in sakura park, its my family vs th wolf clan"
"wolf clan? what a werid last name"
'shit i said to much ' Inuyasha cursed.
"well they are weird.so i'll see you tomorrow"
"Good night Inuyasha" Inuyasha sighed as he hung up the phone. "Kagome..." he purred.
"SESSHOMARU GET YOUR DOG DEMON ASS OUTSIDE WE GOT TO PRACTICE FOR TOMORROW!"
