Chapter 2: the journey

Kirara woke up hours later and went down stairs to where her parents were. " morning" she said with a yawn ryu and kystal smiled " hello sleepy head" her mother said in a happy tone. kirara yawned again " hello." she sat down next to her parents at the table. The news came on talking about last night's attack " though we are not possitive on the attack or who caused it, we have decetives under going this attack. Please keep your childeren and pets in doors, have a safety escape route ready. please stay tune for any more coverage." Ryu sighed a little, Kirara looked over " are you ok dad?" " I'm fine just concerend about attack." Ryu said looking at Kirara.

" Yeah, but who or why would someone attack us?" Krystal asked. " We don't know." Kirara said. In the shadow still the spy was drawing a picture of Kirara " Eeeeeehehehe master be proud of me!" as soon as he was done he vanished. Kirara looked up and blinked " what is it Kirara?" ask her mother " I thought i heard something but I guess I was just imaging it." She said. Meanwhile the demon came running though the castle doors tripping over his feet " MAAsTER!!!!! I have what you want!!!" once again he triped over his feet " OOOF! Gah stupid carpet!" The other demons snikered at his clumsyness " AW SHUT UP!" yelled the small demon still the demons snikered at him, the demon growled " WOULD YOU ALL SHUT UP!?" the demon started laughing, due to the demon had a chipmunk like voice the demon turned red with anime flame : SHUT UP!!!!!!!!! " -_- +.

Just then a voice roars " This had Better Be Inportant!" a pair of Blood red eyes glares at the demon " yes master! I got very important info! about this girl with powers you would want!" There was a small smirk a pair of pure white fangs gleamed " Well... lets here it" The mysterious voice said with a small growl. " AH yes master! the girl's name is Kirara, and she has the powers of a werewolf, werecat, ice wolf..." the demon was cut off " AN ICE WOLF!?" Yelled the voice the demon turned white as the voice roared. " y.y.y.yes an ice wolf master" the demon studdered the voice laughed an evil laugh " Find her and bring me that girl named Kirara I want her powers for my own!" the demon " yes master!" he ran off and he triped over his feet again the demons laughed " SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" yelled the demon as he ran off again.

Meanwhile back in Kirara's village.....

Kirara was walking around her village looking at the bodies that the demons and vampires attacked, when one of them caught her attation. To her surprise tears formed in her eyes " No.... No NOOOOOOOOOOO! please don't die!" it was her best friend Kyu. Claw marks were on her shoulder and chest, vampire bite marks on her neck. Kyu struggled a little Kirara ran over to her and held her up a little " Kyu no please don't die." Kyu smiled a little " Hey your a brave wolf." she said to Kirara " shh, you need to regain your energy kyu" said with tears falling down her cheeks " hey come on kirara, don't cry your a strong person with a good heart.

You have the look of a human but you have the animal powers withen you." kyu began to breath a little hard more and more tears fell from Kirara's cheeks " no.. please don't die kyu." Kyu smiled again " it will take a lot more then just these few bites and scratches to put me down for the count" kyu chuckled a little " Kirara i want you to hold on to my pendent it's when we first became friends and there is a picture of us in frout of the school." Kirara nodded a little and carefully took Kyu's pendent and placed it around her neck with her first pendent of her family. " kirara do me a favor, if you go out and find the cause of this beat the living crap out of the demon and beat their sorry butt!" Kirara nodded " i'll do it for you." Kyu smiled again " thanks kirara, Your a great friend."

Just then a doctor came and took kyu to the hospital. Kirara Felt her heart sink she closed her eyes, her tears Hitting the ground , Slamming her fist into the ground " I"LL KILL THEM FOR YOU KYU!" She Yelled " I"LL DO IT FOR YOU KYU!" later that night the villagers went to a meeting for the attack " We are in the process of taking all of the injered people to the doctors and treating them, Though many did Not surive." the Mayor said He read off a list of named of the people who did not surive kirara Was a little relived that he didn't call on Kyu. " Though we will need To Send someone to go and find the cause of this attack. Reports say that the demons and vampires disappeared at the first sight of the Rising sun.."

Kirara Stood up " I'll Go! I made i promise to Kyu I would GO and Beat the living crap Out of who ever did that to the village and to her!" Everyone even her parents where shocked and surprised to here Kirara Say that she would do that even the Mayor. He saw Something in her eyes that made him let her go " Is it ok with you Ryu and Krystal?" Krystal cried " NO! not my Kirara!!!" Ryu nodded in approvel " Though i am concerened for her safety" ryu said krystal looked at kirara and could see her animal powers where angry and sad. She sat up " I'll let her go as well" the mayor nodded " Kirara You are a good friend and a hero we will get you ready for your journey. you will leave tonight." Kirara nodded. A few mins. Later kirara was ready to go she hugged her parents One last time " I'll be ok I''m Doing this for Kyu and for the village" She said with a determaned tone. Her parents nodded as Krystal began to cry " Oh Kirara Do come back safe!" cried her mother , kirara nodded and waved her good byes to her village as she set off on her journey.
