Some days later the repairs in the village were completed and everything started to be like it was before the wolfs had attacked. Omiko and Kitsu hadn't told Sakura about Omikos pregnancy, cause they didn't know how to do it without giving her a heart attack.

Omiko was in her hut and Kitsu was hunting in the woods. Omiko was grinding some herbs when she suddenly felt the presence of three youkai entering the village. Despite the fact that she wasn't a full miko she new some things her sister had taught her and so she hurried to stop the youkai from doing any harm to the villagers. As she approached them she saw the strangest group she had ever seen walking towards her. In front was a tall man with yellow eyes, long silver hair and dog ears. Behind him walked a monk, a woman with a huge boomerang on her back and girl with raven black hair and strange clothes. On the shoulders of the girl was a demon that looked like a small version of Kitsu. Another demon, a neko, was walking next to the woman with the boomerang. Omiko saw her sister standing in front of the newcomers.

"Stop. What do you want in this village?"

The dog-eared man looked at her and snorted.

"Mind your own fucking business."
The girl walking behind him gave him a glare.

"Inuyasha shut up."

"Keh. Stupid wench."

"Osuwari."
Inuyasha was smacked face first into the dirt.

"Oy wench what was that for?"

The girl approached Sakura.

"Please forgive him. He is just a jerk without manners."

Sakura chuckled at this comment.

"We are seeking for a place to stay for the night. Are we allowed to stay in this village?"

"If you promise not to cause any trouble then the answer is 'yes'. But I have no idea where you could sleep. There is no such thing as an inn here. "

Omiko walked towards them.

"My name is Omiko and you can stay at my hut. I got plenty of space."

The girl with the raven black hair nodded and smiled.

"Arigato. My name is Kagome, the dog eared guy is Inuyasha, the lech... ahm monk is named Miroku, the woman with the boomerang is Sango."

At this comment Miroku tried to look hurt.

"Kagome-sama why do you say such a thing?"

While he said that his hand touched Sango in a place where it shouldn't and he was hit with the boomerang. Sango smiled at Omiko.

"Just a warning Omiko-san. Beware of his hands."

Omiko nodded and laughed a little.

"Hey Kagome what about me?"

"Oh gomen Shippo-chan. This little kitsune is Shippo and the neko is called Kiara (please tell me how to spell it right)."

Omiko smiled at them.

"Now follow me and I'll get you something to eat."

They all followed her to the hut and entered. After they made themselves comfortable Shippo looked around.

"Where is the food you were talking about? I'm starving."

"Shippo where are your manners? That's impolite."

"Gomen."

Omiko laughed and smiled at Shippo.

"As soon as my husband returns from the hunt we'll have dinner."

Kagome looked at Omiko.

"You are married? But you are so young?"

"The age doesn't matter if you love someone", Omiko told her.

Kitsu was walking back to the village, his prey on his shoulders. The deer was an easy kill and its meat would feet him and his mate for some weeks. He entered the village and as usual he was greeted by the villagers and he greeted back. When he reached the hut he smelled three demons inside and he dropped the deer and readied himself to fight. Kicking the door open he jumped in, knocking over somebody in the process. Then he stopped dead in his movement when he saw Omiko talking to the demons and some strange people.

"What is going on here?" ,he demanded.

Inuyasha stood up and glared at him.

"I could ask you the same thing youkai."

Kitsu fumed as he shouted back at Inuyasha.

"How dare you talking to me like this in my home?"

Inuyasha looked surprised.

"Your home?"

Kagome had heard the conversation and turned to Omiko who was giggling.

"How can this be his home? You said you live here with you husband…"

Suddenly realisation hit her. She pointed at Kitsu.

"Don't tell me he is…"

Omiko grinned.

"Yes he is my husband. Or should I say my mate?"

Kitsu looked confused.

"Omiko-chan who are these people?"

"They are hunting a evil youkai and they asked for a place to camp so I offered them a place to stay. By the way, where is the food?"

"I left it outside cause I thought you were in danger."

Omiko got up and kissed him.

"Thank you for worrying love."

He kissed her back and gave her a hug.

"I'll get the food. I bet you are all hungry."

They all nodded and so walked outside and carried the dear into the hut.

Kagome looked at Inuyasha.

"Why don't you ever bring back a deer when you go hunting? You only catch rabbits."

"Keh."

A groan came from Miroku, who was knocked down by Kitsu some time ago, and he sat up.

"What happened?"

Sango giggled and told the houshi what had happened. Inuyasha looked irritated at Omiko.

"What is it?" She asked.

Inuyasha looked uncomfortable.

"Are you pregnant? Cause I smell something what I think is the smell of pregnancy."

Now everybody was focussed on Omiko and Kitsu. Omiko smiled and nodded.

"Yes I am pregnant. And I'm proud of it."
