InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ The Magic of Spring ❯ Well? ( Chapter 6 )

Kagome just looked at her. She didn't know what to say. She didn't want to make Sango angry at her by saying the wrong thing, but the truth was it wasn't her first time having sex, and especialy not with Inu-Yasha.
"Sango, there are some things I havn't told you about Inu-Yasha and me."
Sango stood there. She thought, how can my best friend lie to me?
"So you mean..."
"I mean that Inu-Yasha and I have had sex before. We were all alone at my house one day when he came to get me. My mom was gone and well things just kinda happened. And the time I went on a walk with him. And the night we got engaged."
Sango's eyes nearly bugged outta her head. After standing there in disbeliefe she finaly said,
"Well, it doesn't really matter. Congrats Kagome."
A small smile crept over her face. When Kagome noticed this she ran and hugged her best friend.
"I know I should have told you but I didn't know how. We should go back in and celibrate with everyone else."
Sango smiled and they walked back in.
"Lady Kagome, I hear ye are pregnant. Let me be one to say congradulations."
Everyone looked around and cheered and hugged Kagome.

Miroku went over to where Sango was sitting and sat next to her.
"Sango, can we go somewhere and talk?"
She looked at him puzzled and then agreed. They walked outside and then into the woods. When they came to a clearing he sat her down and began to talk.
"Sango, I know I have been a jerk. I ask women to bare my children in every town. Now I have asked you once before and you slapped me on the face. This time I am not going to ask you to bare my children but to be my wife. I love you Sango and I want you to be mine. I want my life to be with you. what do you say?'
Sango stared on in total and complete shock. She didn't know what to say. She didn't know weather to hit him or to say yes. Finaly she spoake.
"Miroku, if I agree to marry you, you must stop asking other women to bare your children."
He looked at her smiled and said softly,
"I will."
She smiled and then gave him a hug.
"Only one thing I ask of you my dear Sango. That is that you marry me tomorrow."
Sango stopped in her tracks. She stood there and thought about what he had just said and before she knew it she had answered ok. The two walked back to the village hand in hand.

As soon as they saw the hut they let go of their hands and proceeded back into the party.
"Sango, where did you guys go?"Asked Kagome.
"Miroku wanted to talk to me. I'll tell you about it later."
Kagome smiled and nodded her head then went back to see what Inu-Yasha was doing.
~~Later that night~~
"Sango you promised to tell me now spill it."
Sango nodded her head and lead her out into the night air where they could talk alone.
"Ok, here it goes. Miroku took me to a clearing. He then spilled out his LOVE for me and asked me to marry him."
Kagome's eyes bulged and her jaw dropped open.
"Well, what did you say?"
"I told him yes." Sango's eyes closed and her face scrunched while she waited to be ridiculed by her friend. When she didn't hear bad things she opened her eyes.
"All I can say is congradulations and whens the big day?"
"Well he wants to get married tomorrow."
Kagome thought and said ok. The two of them went back to Kagome and Inu-Yasha's hut to talk about the wedding plans. They no sooner sat down when they heard Inu-Yasha yell loud enough for the whole village to hear, "It's about time."
The two girls laughed and sat there planning. It was about 2am when they both went to bed. Inu-Yasha had stayed at the other hut so he and Miroku could talk about, well you know what guys talk about.
A/N: ok i'm gonna end here for today. I might add on to this chapter and I might not. New chapter will be posted tomorrow morning no later than 8am. Sorry its so short. The next chapter picks up where this one leaves off.
