Just then Jaken came out and announced that their food was ready. Sesshomaru carried the food and watched as both Rin and Shippou snuggled closer to Kagome.

After a spending most of the day playing Shippou and Rin were exhausted and prepared to sleep. "Can't we sleep to together, mama?" "Fine, but I want you two to actually sleep." "Yesss!" She kissed and hugged the kids. Sesshomaru hugged Rin and tousled Shippou's hair. They decided to train extremely hard tomorrow, because of the recent interruptions.

Sesshomaru blocked Kagome's kick and put her ungracefully on her ass. (Okay, I took tae kwon do. I spared. I was put ungracefully on my ass several times by a much more experienced fighter, so it can happen. I got better.) She got up and went on the defensive as he started to use a combo of kicks and punches. She dodged and tripped him. She was about to feel proud, but then she realized that she was being pulled down as well. She landed on top of him. She had a pout on her face that was mixed with anger. Kagome could have sworn that a smile almost formed on the Lord's face. They got up and went to breakfast with a very happy Shippou and Rin. After that Sesshomaru left to patrol his lands. Kagome went into the garden followed by Shippou while Rin chased down Jaken to torment him. (He He) Kagome was brushing her hair when she noticed that Shippou needed it more than her. She picked the kit up and brushed. She was almost finished when she started to brush his tail. The moment she did that he let out a sound almost a purr. She was slightly confused and asked Shippou about it once she was done. "Tails are very sensitive, especially on Inu and Kitsunes." "Really? I never knew that." Rin had decided to give up torturing Jaken and played with Shippou who jumped off of Kagome's lap. That might be useful. No…I didn't think that, did I? Yes, you did. Ugh. What? I'm glad that you're thinking about making a move. How do you know I'm planning on making a move? I could just enjoy learning about what I am. Sure! I believe that. Sesshomaru returned about four days later and awoke Kagome at dawn to train. "You wake me up this early because you know I hate it, don't you?" "Now why would you think that" * has a mischievous smirk * "You are an asshole. You know that, right?" "Hmm" They spared for a while and neither had the advantage. Kagome was not as strong as the lord but was faster. She used this ability to win the match by grabbing and petting his tail. When his eyes closed and he started to purr lowly she tripped him and won. She just laughed and went to have breakfast. While the demon-lord was left standing in the training room irate but at the same time aroused. I can't believe she did that. She somehow knew what that did to me. He went to lunch where he saw a very smug Kagome. Your punishment will be severe. He sat down, ate, allowed Rin to sit on his lap, and had a calm that was eerie to Kagome.

Hey, I'm back. I know this is short but I just had to put it up. I'm not sure how good this is but oh well. There will be a lemon unless you, the readers tell me that you don't want one.
