They walked into the library. Midoriko was lounging in a chair reading a book. She glanced up at them and put her book down. She looked at the girls who she considered like her daughters. The group sat down in chairs. Kagome on Sesshomaru's lap, while Inu and Kiya were in their own chairs. "I knew that you would most likely have more questions." "What did you mean that my father took the charge after my mother's death?"

"It's not surprising. You were off studying to rule the land for several years. Kiya is the daughter of your mother's best friend, while your father was a best friend of Kiya's father. Yes, Kiya, I know every detail of the battle, but it's your story. Your father took care of her for a while until she decided to run away. By the way I will pass on if/when the evil is defeated. You, Kagome, will have all of my powers, which means I won't be needed."

The last statement caused all of the group to go, "What!" Well… technically Sesshy just barely raised an eyebrow. "I think the girls should spend some quality time together after all they will save the world together. Also, any question they have they can ask me telepathically."

The girls just looked at each other and shrugged. Kiya got up and Kagome followed after giving Sessy a kiss. They just walked out the door and down the hall talking.

A.N- Just Remember, how many people do you think actually find a soul mate? Hmm?

The great miko looked at Inuyasha and Sessy.

"You two will protect them! You, Sessy, will do so because you are a knight and Kagome's mate. You, pain in the butt, will protect them because you owe me. Alsoyoumightbecomeaknight."

Inuyasha heard her mumble something but didn't catch it. "What was that?" "Nothing!"

"If you were planning on telling Kagome her fate why did you tell me and not erase my memory?"

"I told you some of her fate to make you feel better, and I didn't erase your memory because well… I didn't feel like it. I told you what might have happened so you would know. If you two had been together… Stop glaring Sessy! You could have worked, , and destroyed demons, because of your (A.N: this is plural) history and issues, but the balance also applies to demon and humans."

Sessy spoke up next. "Lady Midoriko, is there anything else you would like to say?"

"No! Well… I must take my leave. You know the whole dead thing." With that they just watched as she faded.

"So brother, what do you want to do?" "I don't know. Is it my job to entertain you?"

"No. What to spar? I'm bored."

"…."

"Fine let's go!"

Once they left the library they walked down the halls and into a special garden that magical and transformed into whatever the occupants wanted. There was a small waterfall in the back right corner. There was a circular area with benches in the center. There were cherry trees, Sakura trees, weeping willows, and several more types of trees scattered throughout the garden. Roses were the flower of choice. They were sitting on the benches.

"So Kiya! What was with going to the gathering with Inu?"

"Well… I needed protection from those stupid males."

"Right! Yeah! I believe that! Really!"

"Yes that is the reason! You saw how the men were acting!"

"Yes… But I also know that you told Inuyasha most of your story first. How do I know? I smelt the tears on you when he carried past our room. I also know you, like a certain male hanyou, are so stubborn that you won't reveal yourself to anybody you don't trust."

"…."

"Yeah, you don't like him."

"…"

Yeah, I know! What took me so long? Well… First writer's block followed by midterms and laziness which was followed by three writing assignments. (two are now done) Just remember no killing the author! I love reviewers! Flames will be accepted and used to make s'mores!
