A/N: I don't own any of the Inuyasha characters- darn lawyers aren't
that good!
" Yo, Kagome!" Eri- one of her present-time friends- said.
" What's up Eri?" asked Kagome.
" There's a strange guy in the school. He's dressed in red, has long
white hair, amber eyes, and he's wearing a necklace and some sort of cap!
It's hilarious!"
uh-oh, It's Inuyasha. Kagome thought.
" Where is he Eri?"
" Just inside the school. Everyone's gathered to see him!"
" Let's go!"
They ran to the school building. Sure enough, there was Inuyasha, nose
to the ground trying to find Kagome's scent.
" Look at the doofus, sniffing at the ground like that!" said one boy
near Kagome.
" Yeah, poor fool." his buddy agreed.
Kagome gave a small " humpf" and pushed past them to get to Inuyasha.
She got there just in time to see the principal arriving.
" Thank you Hojo for bringing me here. Young man," the principal
addressed Inuyasha, "Who are you and who are you looking for?"
Inuyasha growled at the princiapal, clearly annoyed with the
disturbance.
" I'm Inuyasha and I'm looking for Higurashi Kagome." Kagome turned an
interesting shade of red when almost everyone turned to look at her.
" Well, are you family?"
" Sort of."
" Well, I'll let you look around for her, but I'm sorry, hats aren't
allowed in school."
" Feh. Fine." Inuyasha turned away from the principal to look around
some more, and he spotted Kagome.
" I'll be taking your hat now." the principal said just as Inuyasha
rushed forward. The end result was that the principal ended up with the
hat, and Inuyasha's ears were exposed. Everyone's jaw dropped.
" Kagome! Why do you have to come here!? That wimpy wolf will get all
the shards if we don't hurry up, or Naraku might get them!"
" Um, Inuyasha?"
" What wench?"
" Your ears are showing."
"So?"
" So?!"
" Um, Inuyasha, did you say your name was?" The principal asked,
nervous.
" And what of it?" Inuyasha asked.
" What are you?"
" I'm a half-demon."
" Good Lord." The principal said, and started crossing herself. " Hojo,
get that priest that is visiting today!" I don't trust that monk
though, his clothes were old fashioned, and he appeared around the same time
as this fellow. the principal thought. That rosery was odd too, and
that question he asked......
" I have the monk." Hojo said. When the monk stepped forward, Kagome
was shocked to see him.
"What are you doing here?"
