Kagome sits on the front porch drawing a wedding dress. She then sees the jeep pull up. She walks to them smiling.

"Back so soon? Did you have fun?"

"No!" Kayko scoffs.

"We just been ground for the rest of our lives." Kasumi adds.

"Starting now. Go up to your room both of you." Inuyasha tells them. Kagome looks around.

"Where's Kikyo?"

"We played a couple of harmless tricks on her and she freaked out a little." Kasumi shrugs.

"A little?" Inuyasha questions and holds up the engagement ring. "We broke up."

"Oh geez." Kagome gasps and pretends to feel bad. "This is all my fault. I should've never suggested she go." Kagome puts her hand on her chest.

"Tricked would be more like it. Like mother like daughters." Inuyasha looks between all three of them.

"I'm really sorry Inuyasha." Kagome tells him this time feeling really bad.

"We are too Dad....really." Kayko says.

"Will you forgive us?"

"Upstairs the both of you." He tells the girls. They groan and walk inside leaving Kagome and Inuyasha alone. He sighs and shakes his head.

"I gotta thank them one day." He smiles. Kagome looks in shock.

"You're relieved?"

"I think I am." He looks down deciding to change the subject. "Where's Sango?"

"She and Miroku went out on a picnic together." Kagome smiles. Inuyasha leaning against the jeep.

"No I wonder how long it will last until Miroku's wondering hands get the best of him."

"She beat him before they left." Kagome says. "Are you really putting the girls on punishment?"

"Nah, but it's better to let them think it." They both share an unforced comfortable laugh together. Kasumi and Kayko watch from upstairs.

"YES!!" They slap each other a high five.

"Kayko, Kayko, Kayko. They are sharing a laugh together."

Later that night Inuyasha parks his car in front of a building. They all get out the car.

"Girls what are you two planning?" Inuyasha questions.

"Can't tell." Kayko smiles.

"Yeah don't ask questions just go with the flow." Kasumi tells them. They walk into the building and stop at the door in the back. Kayko clears her throat.

"Ready, let's take you two back into time." Kayko smiles.

"Back into July 15, 1986." Kasumi says as she opens the back door. They all walk out and see a small boat. Inuyasha and Kagome gasps in shock. Kagome shakes her head.

"How on earth?"

"Nope don't ask questions. Come on follow us." Kayko tells her mother. Inuyasha smiles as he takes Kagome's hand and walks to the boat. They are greeted by Sango who's dressed in black pants and long sleeve button down shirt tucked in. She bows her head down.

"Welcome good friends. I am Sango and I will be your waitress tonight. Please follow me." Sango tells them as she steps on the boat. Inuyasha and Kagome steps on the boat followed by Kayko and Kasumi. They walk aboard and see a small table for two.

"But the four of us are eating." Kagome tells Sango.

"Actually we ate already." Kayko smiles.

"Yeah Sesshoumaru and Rin took us out." Kasumi says. Kagome looks at Inuyasha, he shrugs and pulls her seat out. She sits down in her seat and Inuyasha sits across from her. Kagome looks around the boat and sees a sign.

"The Queen Elizabeth II?" She says as she looks at Kayko and Kasumi.

"Well we thought it would be nice to relive a happy day before we entered to make you crazy." Kasumi winks at them. They all start laughing. Kasumi, Kayko and Sango walk into a small kitchen where Miroku is cooking. He looks up at them smiling.

"How is everything so far?"

"Everything is going great. They're speechless." Kayko clasps her hands laughing. Kasumi pours wine into two wine glasses and puts them on the tray. Sango takes the tray and walks out the kitchen to the table.

"To start off your dinner, here you go." She places the wine on the table. Are you two ready to order?" She smiles.

"Well I guess, I'll have the special of the house." He shrugs. Kagome nods her head.

"Me too." She giggles.

"Good choice." Sango smiles taking the menus. Inuyasha starts laughing.

"Oh we had a choice? It looked like the only thing on the menu." He smiles. Sango stands there and thinks about before looking him.

"Hmm...you're right. It was the only thing on the menus. And guess what? It's almost done." She laughs and walks into the kitchen. Kagome laughs and shakes her head.

"She never changed after all these years. Things people do." Kagome giggles. Inuyasha looks at his hand on the table.

"So that must be trying to tell us something."

"Oh come on. I don't believe in that nonsense." Kagome shakes her head looking at wine glass.

"Well maybe you should. I mean anything can happen." He looks at her. Kagome feels his eyes on her and she shifts comfortable not meeting his gaze.

"Well that is true." She sips her wine. Sango walks to them putting their plates in front of them.

"Can I help you with anything else" She puts her hands on her hips.

"Yeah. How much did all this cost?" Inuyasha questions her. Sango laughs waving her hand.

"Don't worry. I told them to put everything on Inuyasha Shikon's tab." She winks at him. He rolls his eyes.

"Thanks."

"Just kidding." Sango laughs and walks into the kitchen.

After Inuyasha and Kagome are done eating. Kayko puts on a radio playing slow music. Inuyasha looks at Kagome.

"I guess that's telling us something." He holds his hand out. Kagome takes his hand as they walk to the middle of the boat. They begin to sway to the beat of the music.

Inside the kitchen Miroku and Sango bumps into each other. Miroku stares at her.

"Have I ever told how beautiful you were?" He smiles at her. Sango blushes and looks down.

"Along time ago in college." She answers. He nods his head.

"Well you are beautiful."

"Oh Miroku." She smiles then growls as his hand gropes her breast. She grabs the tray and hits him over the head. He teardrop comes from his eye from the pain.

"Old habits die hard." He tells her rubbing his head. Sango squares her eyes at him crossing her arms.

"Perverts die harder."

Kayko and Kasumi sits on the second floor of the boat watching their parents dancing together. They slap each other a high five and continues watching them.

The next night Inuyasha shows Kagome his wine collection.

"All of these sold big." He tells her. She laughs a little and decide to get right now down business.

"School is starting soon Inuyasha. What are we going to do with the girls? We just can't go in two different directions and act like this never happened." She hugs her waist. Inuyasha sighs looking down.

"I know. How about you keep them for a half year then we'll switch."

"What about school?"

"Then the only way is holidays and summers we switch." He shrugs and pulls a wine bottle off the rack.

"It took me forever to find this brand of. I know it was served on July 15th, 1896." He sighs.

"That's our-"

"Our wedding date." He finishes her sentence. "The day I committed myself to you forever." He puts the wine back on the rack. Kagome looks down. Inuyasha places his hands on her shoulders.

"What happened to us Kagome?" He questions her in hope. Kagome looks up at him with tears in her eyes.

"Money Inuyasha. Social Classes. That's what happened to us." She tells as her voice cracks.

"But Kagome can't we-"

"I-I been hurt once by you Inuyasha. I can't do it again. I just can't. Kayko and I are leaving tomorrow." She backs up from looking him in the eyes. "Kayko and I are leaving tomorrow morning." Kagome shakes her head and walks upstairs. Inuyasha sighs feeling horrible.

The next day Kasumi stands outside with her father and Sango. Kagome hugs Kasumi tightly and kisses her cheek. As Inuyasha hugs Kayko tightly. Kagome looks at her broken-hearted daughter.

"You can come to stay with us next summer ok honey?" Kagome forces a smile on her face. Kasumi nods her head trying to hold back her tears. Kagome then looks at Inuyasha and forces a smile on her face.

"Take care." She says quietly.

"You too." Inuyasha says feeling lost. Kayko and Kasumi hug each other tightly knowing everything they went through was all for nothing. Kayko then walks to where Kagome and Miroku are. Kasumi shakes her head and runs in the mansion crying. The taxi leaves, Inuyasha sighs as he and Sango walk into the mansion to go with their lives.
