The two additions

(Now back to Inuyasha and Kagome)

"What? Him? Here? Now?" asked Kagome.

"Yes." Hissed Inuyasha.

"Well, well little brother, it seems you have finally acquired the bitch you like. I'm surprised you were able to actually accomplish such a feat." Snickered Sesshoumaru, "What did you do, pay her?"

"Shut up, "brother", what business do you have here." snarled Inuyasha.

"Feh, I will ignore your remark for now. The reason why I am here is because of business. This pest Naraku that you have been having trouble with has been nothing more than an annoying little pest who keeps trying to invade my lands. So out of my generosity I have decided to propose an alliance with your pack."

"Give me one good reason as to why we should help you." Sneered Inuyasha.

"Because if I wanted to get rid of him I would, but your pack seems to be able to locate him more thoroughly; bedside's I could kill you here and now without a moment of hesitation."

"Feh; I bet you could." Said Inuyasha.

"Inuyasha, be nice to your brother! Please!" said Kagome, but when both brothers went "Feh!" Kagome lost it.

"That does it you two; enough already! Inuyasha apologize and lose your pride, you to Sesshoumaru! I have had enough with your bickering just because of a stupid sword! If you two don't stop, I'll blast the both of you full of miko arrows until I can't hit you anymore! If you think I'm kidding, then try me!" screamed Kagome.

Both brothers looked at the miko and quickly exchanged apologies. After a few more minutes of scolding, and two partially deaf Inu demons, it was Inuyasha's turn to speak, "We'll accept your alliance only if you give back what was mine. We can talk about any extras later. One other rule, we try not to be insulting towards the other and we keep any comments to ourselves unless they are appropriate. Deal?"

"Deal." Nodded Sesshoumaru "Rin, Jaken, come." Said Sesshoumaru, and soon after he summoned the two, a double headed dragon swooped from the sky and landed next to its owner, sporting two creatures riding on it's back.

"You called my lord?" asked Jaken.

"Yes, the alliance has been made and we are to camp with my brother's pack until we reach the western lands. Do you have any pen or paper with you. My brother wants his land back and I'm not currently holding the original so we will just remake them."

Before Jaken could answer, Kagome was holding out a pen and paper for the Inuyoukai to use. Once the document had been written and read to Inuyasha, both the brothers signed it and the small group walked towards the camp.

"Inuyasha," asked Kagome, "since when did you own a castle?"

"Since birth, you think my father would leave me with nothing?"

"Okay! Sorry I asked."

"Feh!"

"Inuyasha, do you think Miroku and Sango will take this well enough."

"That depends on the hentai; I think my brother really likes that girl Rin. If he touches her, I don't think he will be living for very long after."

Kagome pondered the thought of how she might be able to help the troubled monk, but all her plans didn't work. Eventually she just gave up and decided to hope for a miracle. For the rest of the journey, there was an eerie silence.

****

(Back at the camp)

"Inuyasha, look! Sango and Miroku! They're hugging, and Miroku doesn't have his rosary beads on. He must have broken the curse!" said Kagome excitedly.

"I can see bitch, I'm not stupid."

"Inuyasha, Oswarii!"

BAM!!!

When the subduing spell wore off, Inuyasha stared daggers with Kagome. When the whole ordeal was over the group was settled together all around the fire after both Inuyasha and Kagome explained why Sesshoumaru was doing there. Both Sango and Miroku's faces were red with embarrassment. After three minutes of silence Sango said along with Miroku that they should probably get some sleep. As everyone but Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha rested against the warm veil of sleep, Kagome gave Inuyasha a quick peck on the cheek.

When everyone was asleep, Inuyasha turned his head towards his brother and started to speak. "I see Rin has become of age for choosing a mate. Has she been claimed by anyone yet?"

"No," said Sesshoumaru, "I have yet to find a suitable husband for her."

"Could that be because you want her as your own?"

"N-N-no."

"Quit lying, I've seen the way you look at her, and what you're doing right now just proves it even more." As Inuyasha said it, Sesshoumaru quickly stopped stroking Rin's head. When he did, Rin let out a whine in protest.

"Just admit it, you love her and don't want to have to let her go. Besides, she feels safe with you, and you have a life she would love. Why not just tell her?"

"I will. When the time comes I will. However Inuyasha, I have information about your castle that you may not like."

"What?"

"A human wizard has taken it up as his own residence. His skill in magic I fear is beyond anything I can comprehend. His power although dark, seems to be doing good."

"Whatever."

"Inuyasha, your insolence blinds you. The power of this one man almost killed me. If he joins with Naraku, the world will most likely end."

"As long as I have Kagome, I could care less."

The two bickered until sunlight. When the first ray hit it slowly traveled until it came to a stop right on Kagome's neck. It slowly climbed up until it stopped right on her eye. She slowly started to wake up and regretted doing so. The light seemed to be like that annoying piece of hair that doesn't land at all (you know the type if you own a cat). Finally she gave up and shook the sleep from her system out.

"Mmm. Morning." Said Kagome scratching herself lazily.

"Morning." Said the brothers in unison.

"What's for breakfast?" asked Inuyasha as soon as he could.

"Ramen, always ramen, nothing different, just ramen!"

"Good!" said Inuyasha nodding his head in approval. Sesshoumaru on the other hand looked very confused. Inuyasha put a comforting hand on his brother's shoulder. "You'll like it."

"I'd rather kill something Inuyasha, what can possibly be better than fresh meat?"

"Ramen!"

"Feh! My brother spends years with a human, and now look how softened your ass has become. Instead of keeping your Inu Youkai heritage held high with pride, you have succumbed to lesser mortal demeaning."

"Watch it, BROTHER!"

"Make me!"

"Feh! Just wait until you fall asleep! A pair of lips will be missing!"

"Your lips no doubt!"

While Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru were fighting, Kagome, Rin, Miroku, Sango, and Shippou patiently waited for their breakfast. After the bowels were passed out, a weak "Gomen" could be heard. After Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru stopped fighting, the two sat down to eat. Inuyasha of course had his down and begging for more in less than two seconds. Sesshoumaru just looked at him in disgust. Instead of asking Inuyasha to be more mannerly, he noticed that all the others were just as bad, for the exception of Kagome. She seemed to be just as polite, if not more so than himself.

"So this girl from the future seems well educated. If this is the way they act in the future, maybe I should see to this era. I might find something useful in it." He thought to himself.

After Inuyasha was done with his 23rd bowel, Kagome started to pack her bag and belongings when Inuyasha grabbed her wrist and dragged her into the forest. When Inuyasha stopped he turned to Kagome; with a pleading look in his eyes he brought her close to himself. "Kagome, I'm sorry about calling you a bitch last night, I didn't mean it, it just came out."

"Oh, Inuyasha how sweet of you, what are you trying to pull this time!" she said with an immediately following anime style drop-and-twitch from Inuyasha.

"I'm not trying to pull anything Kagome! I'm just trying to be uh, um…."

"Yes?"

"I'm trying to be nice to you for a change…… I thought you might like it, not that I mind doing it, but, I was hoping you might take our relationship more seriously so that you know I really do love you; because I know how much I can annoy you with my name calling and stuff, I never mean any of the stuff I say, it's just that I can't find any other words to use really. I just thought you should know incase I say something again."

Kagome's frown turned into a smile as she approached the Hanyou and leaned up against his broad upper torso and scratched his ever-swiveling dog-like ears. Just like last time she heard him purr softly. The sound of the rumbling in his chest strangely comforted her. He brought his mouth down to the top of her head and kissed her. When he inhaled, he could smell the glorious spices and herbs that she used to purify her hair with and make it smoother than silk. They both lay down, Inuyasha with his chest up and Kagome laying on him with her head on his chest. The two lay there in silence while Inuyasha stroked Kagome's raven colored hair. Kagome shifted her form so that her head was in the crook of Inuyasha's neck. Inuyasha went rigid with the touch of Kagome's warm breath against his neck. Soon the human side of his instincts kicked in. Doing so he lifted Kagome farther up his body until they could look into each others eyes. Inuyasha leaned his mouth closer to hers; Kagome leaning into his. The two met halfway and locked each others lips together. At first Kagome's face started to heat up, "What if I'm not a good enough kisser for Inuyasha? What if he doesn't really like my kiss?" Then she remembered that it was only Kikyo who had also been privileged enough to kiss Inuyasha in their lifetime. Privileged? Did she really just think that? Well why not? Inuyasha wasn't your everyday huge hunk of cute and adorable man now was he? No, he was surely more than that, he was the best thing a woman could ever possibly hope to have, probably better (Ladies don't try to deny that if Inuyasha came to your house, and wanted you for his mate, you wouldn't deny his wish for the world)! "Ohhh…" she moaned out loud, as Inuyasha licked her bottom lip for entry. Slowly she allowed him entry for her mouth; tasting and savoring every part of Kagome, Inuyasha ran his tongue over Kagome's, stopping only for air. Inuyasha finally gave into his instincts and took his mouth from hers; making her emit a small whine, and grazed his teeth along her neck very slowly. He stopped and looked at her hard, "Kagome, are you sure you want to be my mate?" he asked.

Her delay made a lump of agony in his throat. Had she been playing with him all along? Was she really that cruel? Jumping to conclusions Inuyasha stopped listening to the world for a few seconds. The water, trees, and other parts of the forest smelled different without hope of her liking him. His surroundings started to fade, could a single human woman really have this much power over him? Suddenly a strong jerk on his sensitive dog ears brought him back down to earth.

"Inuyasha! Hello, I said yes here! Hello, is anybody in their?!"

Inuyasha scrunched his ears to his head, not in pain but in a blinding agony. "Why must you be so loud! I'm far from deaf, but you talk like I am!"

"Well then in the future pay attention! Your mind star-*"

"Oh shut up." said Inuyasha planting his mouth firmly back on hers grinning and she letting out a small giggle; kissing his now to be bride put a new spin on his emotions. It was a feeling of security and love intertwined. In both their kisses they poured all their love and emotion for each other in that kiss, completing the first two courtship rituals.

"Inuyasha," Kagome sighed, "I hate to stop this, but the others probably are wondering where we are, and if we're okay."

"A little worry won't hurt em', *mmm* besides, we're comfortable right here. Why should we move?"

"INUYASHA! KAGOME! ARE YOU GUYS OKAY?! I CAN SMELL YOU! STOP HIDIN-*" a quick hit from Inuyasha, on the kits head shut him up immediately.

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to take a timeout from my story to write something I think we all should know. Here in America, we take our freedoms for granted, our loved ones we think will always be there for us, we will have something to eat when we need it the most, and/or our children can be free with no worries. This is not always so true. Our brave soldiers in Iraq are dieing for us to keep this American dream and privilege alive; however both our soldiers and enemies our dieing. I just want to say that if you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, or anything please pray for the children who will go home this evening, to a crying mother, or wait till a dreaded phone call comes home. The one message that hurts us all, when we are told that our father/mother/brother/sister whoever has died giving their life for defending their country. For the children that will lay in bed at night and not have their father come in to read them a bedtime story, to kiss them goodnight or to tuck them into bed. For the Iraqi children who's homes are destroyed or their parent(s) missing. Please pray or donate or whatever for these children. A life without a parent is so painful, it can burn and affect the soul of a child for its life. War is an awful thing for a child or anyone to experience. Please remember, that you should feel bad and sorry for these children. I also ask that you help any friend who is going through this type of trouble, whatever the reason this may be. Death is real, and will painfully occur to everybody. Please, reach out and help somebody recover from such a loss, it is the least you can do. Thank you.

Now back to Inuyasha…….

"OWWW!" screamed the kit. "KAGOME, Inuyasha, *sniff-sniff*, he hurt me!" cried out Shippou, displaying a false set of watery eyes like he was on the verge of crying.

"Inuyasha! Oswarii!" screamed Kagome, "can't you be nice to poor little Shippou for just a little bit?! If you did, you just might learn to like him a little more!" and with that she turned and left, carrying out the rest of her plan. As soon as the warding spell warded off, Shippou stuck his tongue out at Inuyasha shutting his eyes and savoring the feeling. When he put his tongue back and opened his eyes, he saw before him Kagome with a cocked eyebrow.

"Shippou, for you I suggest that if you stop acting like a brat who has to get the laugh, and try to be a bit more mature like Inuyasha sometimes." When she finished the sentence Inuyasha started to laugh like a madman. When he was done laughing, he was in the dust with a puddle of tears next to him. Kagome smiled at the fuming kit standing on Inuyasha's chest, blowing steam from his ears with his face red, trying to land a good kick or punch on Inuyasha. "YOUR JUST LUCKY YOUR BIG OR I'D LAND YOU A GOOD ONE!" he finally screamed, and stomped back to the camp. Just before he was out of sight he turned and shouted, "WE ALL ARE READY AND WAITING TO LEAVE! WE'RE WAITING FOR YOU GET HERE SO WE CAN LEAVE!" Inuyasha walked up next to Kagome, and with a quick peck on her cheek walked back to camp hand in hand.

"Hey Miroku? How did I break curse?" asked Sango.

"Well in a way it is complicated, but mostly simple. The type of curse was a continuation curse, the curse will last forever, but the curses defense weakens. Eventually what may be a matter of offspring or generations, the curse can be broken if one obtains what the curse is to prevent. In this case, the curse was to prevent me from having a woman like me, even for the fault of randomly groping them, and to prevent true love. That is, well, it would mean that you really do love me without a single possibility of you ever wanting to leave or hate me."

"Or in other words, you mean true love." Sango said.

"Yes, true love indeed." Said Miroku quietly.

"KAGOME! ME AND SANGO ARE GONNA SCOUT AHEAD, OKAY?!" Miroku shouted.

"SURE! BE CAREFUL THOUGH!" shouted back Kagome.

Kiara turned into his full demon form, immediately Sango and Miroku jumped on and took off. Sango eased herself against Miroku and let the wind blow her hair, and flow over her body. Miroku wrapped his arms around her waist and breathed slowly down her neck. Sango shivered in the pleasure in she was receiving. Finally she turned around and kissed Miroku firmly on the lips. The kiss is not what had made her so happy that she started to cry, instead it was the feeling she was receiving. The feeling that somebody liked her for her, that the person she cared for respected and feared her, and most importantly, she felt that she had finally found her family again. Joy and love was the only thing that was in her heart now. She had finally found a home, a home within her Houshi. The thought of him only loving and touching her was hers alone now. Nobody could take it from her.

"Sango, I love you so much. Even when I first saw you, I knew that one day we would be together. I never thought that this day would take so long to come. Indeed we were truly meant to be together."

"Yea." said Sango.

"Houshi, why do you love me?"

"I can't say really, it would take an eternity to reveal all the reasons why I love you."

Sango laughed and Miroku smiled, he loved it when he made her laugh. It always seemed to make him feel better. He remembered when he first made her laugh. Her pearly white teeth glistened in the light while she giggled at him. He remembered when he was stupid enough to try and grope her. Time heals all, and in this case it most certainly did.

*****

"Kagome, I need to talk to my brother."

"What do you want from him now Inuyasha?"

"Incase you haven't noticed yet, there is aura emanating around the ground. The stench is so familiar though. It smells like, like……. Death." Said Inuyasha, finishing the last word in a whisper.

"OH SHIT!" screamed Inuyasha.

"Kagome! We need to get everybody in a group now! Hurry!" Inuyasha continued.

"But why…." Started Kagome.

"Because I said, now MOVE!"

Immediately everyone was together with Sango and Miroku on the way. Inuyasha started to draw franticly in the dirt. His brother sat by him watching his every move and every now and then adding a line or so. When Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru finished they drew a circle around the group. Inuyasha moved over to Kagome. "Kagome, what I need to tell you is important. It depends on the rest of the groups lives that you listen. My brother and I have created an Aura shield. You without a doubt can see where the shield has its limits by the circle we've drawn. Listen to me very carefully, because this is the most important part. If you or anybody else leaves the circle besides me and my brother, without a doubt you all will die. If you shoot an arrow at the enemy, especially a blessed arrow, it will ricochet off the wall and without a doubt kill somebody. If I lost you I don't think I would be able to live. Please promise me you will listen to what I say. The creatures we are fighting are beyond any of your experience. Please, do this for me." Finished Inuyasha with a tear in his eye.

Kagome's eyes started to water as she realized what might happen. "No Inuyasha, I can't just let you fight without me. I may not be able to do much, but there has to be a way I can help. Anything!"

"Keep the group safe." he said, he then leaned down and kissed her forehead.

On the other side of the circle, Sesshoumaru started to talk to Rin, "Rin, I will be fighting along side my brother. Our fight will be dangerous and the outcome uncertain. I want you to listen to Miss Kagome at all times. If I do not return, get yourself, Jaken and all of Inuyasha's friends into my castle. Be careful with yourself. Before I go, since I might die, I want to tell you these to things before I fight. Do not under any circumstances, go outside the circle I have drawn unless I die. Then if I do, tell Kagome what I have instructed you to do, and ask her to tell you when to leave. When she does tell you, run with them immediately to my castle. Speak to no one unless Kagome says it is alright. The second thing is I love you and you are the best thing I have ever had happen in my life, and I would be honored if you became my mate." He immediately gave her a quick kiss on the lips and moved to Jaken. "Jaken, first give me your staff. Here is the Tenseiga," he said exchanging weapons, "If I am to die follow what Miss Kagome and Rin say I have asked, I am leaving them in your care. With the Tenseiga I expect you to reinforce the shield and make it stronger. Do you understand?"

"Yes master." Was Jaken's reply.

Just then Sango and Miroku flew into the circle landing in the middle. As they got off Kiara, Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru were already outside of it with their claws and fangs bared, and weapons in hand. Kagome explained the situation to the both of them with tears in her eyes the entire time.

"Wait for them." Hissed Sesshoumaru.

"Gee no shit! Oh and look, here they come. What the fuck?" said Inuyasha.

A giant skeleton made its way across the field, followed by many other assortments of the undead. The army itself stopped moving in one swift motion. An eerie blue light started to glow from the giant Skelton's head, "Welcome to my land. Unfortunately for you I don't like intruders. So either state your business or die trying to run away."

"We have traveled across this land so that my brother might reclaim his castle from you. We have no intention of stopping and we will get his castle one way or another. Give the castle over now and we will not kill you, refuse and face the consequences."

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Pathetic demon, think yourself so powerful that you might kill the almighty Sandro! Ha! What a joke; when you get to the castle, which you will do, expect a very hard fight; if you can manage to put one up."

With that he left leaving to fuming Hanyou and a retreating army of the undead. Immediately Inuyasha tried to attack them but was held up by his brother, who simply just shook his head without a doubt meaning no following should be done. When the last vampire was out of sight, the group found a small place to stay for the night and sleep there.

After several minutes of searching they came upon a small cave with torches surrounding it and a row of small fires leading into the blackness of the cave. They entered only to find a boulder with a seat cut out in it, and a limp/slumped over man in the carving. When they got closer they were astounded to see a red glow in the eyes of the skeleton as it looked at them. The sudden movement from the skeleton shocked the group. Finally it sat straight up and looked hard at them, almost burning them with his strong glare.

"You will sleep here tonight. I have already provided food, drink and boarding. You all should rest well for a week at the max. My minions will watch over you, until you leave. When you get to the castle expect a long and hard fight." With that everything went black, and just as soon as the light had faded out, the lights faded back.

In the place of the throne was a wooden and delicately crafted table. Huge fur and expensive rugs covered the stone floor. When they walked over to the table, on the left side they saw a huge buffet like table, overflowing with food from many different cultures. On the right they saw bottles of all types of drinks. There were even a few sodas. When Kagome noticed the sodas she almost did a back-flip. Indeed sodas were not available during the feudal era. So then how were there sodas? Kagome pondered. Eventually everyone grabbed a plate and dug in. To Inuyasha's surprise, there was a big black cauldron filled with Ramen. When everybody had seated themselves (and Inuyasha had found a big enough bowel) everybody ate and made merry. When everybody had had their fill, Sesshoumaru picked up what appeared to be saké and bottle of wine. Passing out the crystal glasses he had found, he poured everybody (including Shippou and Rin) a glass of their choice. Eventually everybody had had so much to drink that it was almost impossible to get out of ones chair. Somehow, the group managed to drag themselves to a map designating who was to sleep where. When everybody had said their goodnights and goodbyes they all stumbled into their rooms.

Notes from the author

Okay, I guess I have to explain myself when I say I want to be like the character Sandro. It really isn't because I want to be evil, instead it's because I'm lazy. If I had a choice to fight, I would always have someone fight for me, and if I start to lose I get my ass up and hide until safe. Seriously, being a necromancer has huge benefits, and some downers. But in the end I think its worth it.

My next chapter titled "A week of bliss and benefits" without a doubt is definitely gonna have lots of Lemons and fluff. I will get working on it right away, just please review!
