Chapter 1
"Happy Birthday Kagome!" Kagome's parent's yelled when Kagome blew out all three candles on her cake. "I can't believe your three years old already!" Kagome's mother said. Even though it was way past Kagome's bed time her parents said it was okay since it was her birthday."Okay mom can I open my present from you and dad now?" Kagome said "I want to know what's so special about it that I couldn't open it in front of my friends."Sure, now is fine" her mother said. "YAY!" Kagome screamed and ran to the present on the table in the living room. She opened the box her parents had told her not top the afternoon at the party (making it so much better). In the box was the most beautiful neclace Kagome had ever seen. It was a beautiful blue stone on a silver chain. "Wow it's pretty." Kagome said in an awed voice. She put it on ."But why didn't you want me to open it in front of my friends?" "Because..." her father started. All the sudden a servent burst in the room "Queen Midoreko! King Micheal! You and Princess Kagome are in great danger! There is an intruder in the castle and AAAAHHH!!!" The servent fell over dead.There was no sign that he was hurt excep for the blood coming out of the corner of his mouth. A tall man wearing a black hood that covered his face was standing behind the dead servent."Well,well ,well Midoreko," he said in a vocie that sent shivers up Kagome's spine,"I thought you were smarter then that, not believeing I would follow through with my threat. And all they talk about is how you and that stupid man are such great rulers." His voice was high and mocking. "Now you will pay the price!" The strange man lunged at Midoreko, Micheal and Kagome. They screamed and ran. Midoreko screamed "Run Kagome!" Kagome ran and ran. She ran out of the castel and in to the surrounding woods. She triped on a tree branch and hit her head. She was out cold.

Okay this is my first fan fic so I would like some reviews. Good or bad they're still reviews! Only one thing, no flames please like i said this is my first fanfic and I know there's gonna be a lot of things wrong.o0oo0o by the way my computer was acting up so the first time I posted the first chapter it wasn't the finished one. Sorry! And one more thing this is the first chapter I've ever written. sorry it's so short but ill try to make them longer in the future.
