Chapter Two: Betrayal

Kagome began her packing to get ready to leave return to home along with Shippo. Kaede walked in the hut and spoken, “yeh leavin'?”

”Yes, afraid so… I had completed my mission, it is time for me to go home and I am taking Shippo along with me”, Kagome replied.

 

“Very well, take care of yehself and the child”, respond Kaede as she sit down before the fireplace in middle of the hut.

 

Kagome nod once and said, “Of course, I will… Thank you for everything you had done and help us all, Kaede.” She moved and hugging old miko.

”Yeh're welcome, child” Kaede hugs in return.

 

Shippo hopping enter the hut, shrieked “I can't find Inuyasha and Kikyo!”

”Alright! Kaede, could you do me a favour and tell them good bye for us?” Kagome look at old miko.

 

Nods in replied by old miko. “Alright! You got everything ready, Shippo?”

”Yep! Yep!” kitsune bouncing toward Kagome and jump on her shoulder.

 

Kagome pick up her big fat yellow backpack, walk toward the outside and looked back in respond “Good-bye, Kaede.”

Bone Eater's Well is coming in their view. `I don't see any sign of Inuyasha around, where could he be? Probably with Kikyo somewhere' Kagome thought as she looked around around the open field.

”Hey Kagome, what is wrong?” child look up to Kagome while she is lost in thought.

”Oh, I am just thinking… Are you ready to go?” Kagome replied.

 

“You are not going anywhere!” shadow voice from deep in the forest behind them.

”Who is there?!” Kagome yelled in reply as she looked behind.

 

“You are not going to anywhere! You must return Kikyo's complete soul and Shikon no Tama!” shadow figure show itself, and appeared it is Inuyasha with transformed Tetsusaiga in his hands.

Shippo shrieked, “Are you gone insane?! No way, you re going get rid of my mother!!”

 

 

Author's Note: I apology again for wrote such short chapter due to author block I have right now. I promise soon as my author block go away, hopeful next chapter will be longer and better.
