Greetings and Salutations one and all, I am off of work and it was a fairly quiet day I have to say....of course I can't go out which really bites because of rain....wrinkles her nose slightly at mother nature...oh well anyway lets get started shall we?

inufreak831...-Yes for Akira I think so and as to Miroku to be honest I disagree a little bit. I think it has always been there. There is only so much a person can take before he or she snaps....Miroku's tolerance I think is just higher thanks to his training as a monk. So anyhow like I said I have to disagree just a little bit for I believe it has always been there...it just took some time to come out....

And I stated in an earlier chapter, that the soul she had taken from Kagome had grown into a new one as Kagome's had regenerated. What happens when she gets a full living soul...she becomes human again....so she lived way past her time in this story...gotten married and had kids...just not with Inuyasha

smittin kittin...-Thank you and yep...I figured sooner or later Miroku was going to turn the tables on her...and sooner or later as well Inuyasha would have grown. I think all the talks Miroku and the others did, where we thought he wasn't listening. I think he was...or at least part of him was. Yep they can't get involved....Tokaji's parents and their younger selves...to paraphrase Sailor Moon...I think it could reverse history were they to meet. And it is okay that you ask questions...shows that you are normal...

Mystic Hanyou...- Gives you a cookie....my point exactly. I pictured Miroku just snapping and doing what he has been wanting to do for quite sometime...now it is his turn to dictate to Sango. Yuka and Akira are just two of the main characters. Inuyasha and Kagome are the others. I wanted to establish that those two would also be playing an important role, but like Kagome and Inu they to have their problems. Miroku and Sango will have one as well to a degree, but their roles will become more visible near the end of the story. So the main characters are like this

Main will be Inuyasha and Kagome, Yuka and Akira

Main Supporting Characters will be Jinto, Eri, Ayume, Tsukasa, Miroku, and Sango

Other supporting characters....Kouga, Ayame, Sesshomaru, Kagura, Shippo, and Kanna

So I hope that explanation helps.

nm3...-Yep Ted Bundy...considered one of the worst serial killers since Jack the Ripper responsible as stated before for at least 46 known murders in 16 states all over the US. Chapter 24

To yearn for what is lost....and for what is to be gained

Jinto looked tired and thoughtful. The knowledge that Naraku has taken over the body of a Great Demon Lord is not good. Surely there is something, which can be done to help out the soul of Lord Inutaisho. Deep down he understands though, why his father said don't tell Yuka, Inuyasha he isn't so sure, but Yuka he was. Yuka was the type of girl, who would fight to the better end, but she would never believe that her family could do harm.

Older than her by a few decades despite the fact that they look like teenagers, Jinto has always known Yuka to be a gentle but stubborn soul. She was also very much like her father and loyal to her families honor. She would try anything to save Inutaisho from death. According to his father, before he left, he had contacted Sesshomaru and Kagura who had already begun searching for a way...now all he had to do was lie....

"HEY JINTO"

"Oh hi Akira..." The wolf demon replied with a confused look about his face.

"What is it?"

"What's what?"

"I know that look Jinto...how long have we been friends?"

The demon can't help but smile as Akira takes on this stance of you are going to tell me or else.

"Fine, but I need to tell you in private and just you."

Akira looks puzzled and is about to ask why, when Jinto cuts him off.

"You already know the girls will worm it out of each other, and all Ayume has to do is bribe Tsukasa with chocolate...."

Conceding that point, Akira disappears momentarily with Jinto as the wolf demon yanks him behind some bushes on the shrine grounds.

"So what did you hear?" Akira asked as Jinto tried to search for the right words.

"Before I tell you, you have to promise not to tell Yuka or Inuyasha. Trust me when I say that this concerns them as well."

"How so..."

"Just promise me!"

Akira nods his head and as Jinto seems to relax, he spills to Akira everything that was on his scroll and what his father had told him. With each passing the word, the young man pales...

"So Naraku took over the body of a Greater Demon, just like Inuyasha said..." He murmured to himself.

"Huh....?"

"Nothing Jinto, just what you were saying confirmed something Inuyasha and Kagome told me. Do you know the name of the Lord...?"

Jinto just looks silently and gestures over to Inuyasha and Yuka who are in an animated conversation with Kagome.. "It'shisfather"

"Huh..."

"It's his father...Yuka's grandfather, the former Great Demon Lord of the West Inutaisho."

Akira pales at this piece of news, the fact that they were going after Naraku, is fine but to inhabit the body of someone close.....

"IT can't be...."

"That's what my father said....but Shippo and Kanna confirmed it. They even said HE is livid about it, and that he won't be able to do anything either."

"Ouch...I bet Tokaji isn't happy, if it means he is going to be dragged into this...."

"You can say that again...by the way he is being told to come back to school..." Jinto smiles widely.

Akira starts laughing at this piece of news. "Yuka is so going to love this. She remembers him teasing her about it last time they had to go...."

Jinto chuckles at the memory. "He supposedly is starting day after tomorrow....."

"God I want to be there when she starts in on him....still what will we tell them about Naraku?"

"Like your dad said...we will tell them nothing..."

Watching as the two talk, Inuyasha and the others watch out of curiosity and well. Being the half demon he is he strains to hear only picking up a few words here and there.

Something about Demon Lord, and someone else named Tokaji. As they approach, being the hanyou that he is, Inuyasha asks point blank...

"So who's Tokaji?"

Whirling around at the sound of that name, Yuka looks at Jinto who smirks. "Yep supposedly he will be at school tomorrow.

Yuka at this piece of news grins widely and with intent as she whirls on the others with a gleam.

"HE is so mine...."

Kagome looks baffled as does Inuyasha.

"So who is he?" Kagome asks.

About to answer that he was Yuka's cousin, Tsukasa gets elbowed hard by both Ayume and Eri. Wincing in pain, Akira allows Yuka to think of something.

"He's my friend and it's a long story about that but needless to say...I owe him big time for some embarrassment that he put me through...." She replies as she begins to plot. In the meantime the others shake their head, only to jump at the startled shriek.

"We got to get going Eri, my mother is going to kill us if we are not back in the next hour." Ayume yells as she drags Tsukasa by his arm. The two look sheepish as they get pulled away and wave goodbye. In the meantime, as they are leaving Eri runs by dragging Jinto along with her and the wolf demon simply shrugs.

"What can I say....she wants me."

"Kagome what about those beads!" Eri yells over her shoulder and Jinto pales.

"Eri I was only joking..."

"JOKING!"

"Erk..." Jinto replies as Ayume and Tsukasa stop all of a sudden. Eri, like Kagome has a temper. But whereas it takes a lot to make Kagome really mad, Eri has a bit of a short fuse. They watch as she looks around for a weapon, as Jinto takes off running.

"Get back here wolf boy!"

"Come on Eri, I didn't mean it like that...." The demon shouts as he ducks a well aimed throw. Watching as she finds another, he continues running for his life with her hot on his heels.

Ayume and Tsukasa look at one another and hop in the car to follow. As they watch all the craziness, Inuyasha is roaring with laughter as Kagome just giggles uncontrollably. Yuka and Akira are holding on to one another and then decidedly take off as they realize that now they have a chance to be alone.

"We will be going now...same time tomorrow Inuyasha?" Yuka asks.

At the hanyou's nod, she smiles and looking to Kagome, who is staring at Akira with a purpose.

"Will you be ready?"

"Yes...."

"Bring paper then...as well as some paint..."

"Why...."

"Unless you can memorize right away, some spells and chants are actually a lot longer than what they may seem, not to mention rituals."

Inuyasha perks at the sound of the word ritual and eyes, his angel with purpose. Feeling his stare upon her form, Kagome feels a tingle go through her body. As she attempts to explain some things further about what to bring, these pictures of them together and how they were the other day had appeared in very vivid detail. Then some other pictures began to creep in of them doing other things and well, she was finding it harder to breath.

Holding up her hand for one moment, she stalks over to the hanyou, who drinks in her flushed gaze and the scent of her arousal. His own need rising, Kagome's eyes widen as her senses go into overdrive.

"Behave Inuyasha...."

Pulling her to him, he whispers four words in her ear. "I don't want to."

He begins to nuzzle his neck, as she half-heartedly struggles against him. But soon she can't help but give a little whimper of pleasure...

Watching as Kagome goes to stop him, Yuka's eyes widen as Inuyasha's scent reaches her nose.

"We better go Akira..." Yuka giggles as she yanks her boyfriend away from the shrine.

"Why what's going on...."

Yuka smiles as she simply taps her nose, and as she does so a low sound of pleasure is heard and Akira's eyes widen a fraction. Then looking at the demoness with a leer of his own, he whispers his own enticement....

"You know they have the right idea Yuka..." He murmurs in her hair, as his hands wrap around her waist. She winces a little as he hits a sore spot. But as he whispers some other things in her ear, she can't help but give off a low growl of delight.

"I know that sound and that means you will..." Akira whispers sexily.

Nodding her head, at some of the thoughts, she and Akira disappear down the street.

Back at the shrine, Inuyasha has effectively trapped his angel between himself and the wall of her home. As he lifts her up, her legs by instinct instantly wraps around his waist and he makes a sound of approval.

"You're mine Wench...."

"How many times do I have to say don't call me wench...Sit..." She says so soft, that as the spell is enforced his body rather than hitting hard on the ground, lands on top of hers. Chuckling, since he can't move until it wears off, he continues to nuzzle, her neck giving it little kisses and licks with his tongue. She shivers in need...

"Inuyasha..." She moans out as he finds a sensitive spot just above her belly button with his lips.

Looking up as she cries out his name, Inuyasha smiles wickedly as the spell has worn off. Gazing into her eyes, he slides back her body as his hands lift her legs u, so that as he rolls over she lies on top of him. Lifting his hips he pushes up against her sex, causing her to give off a low keening sound of pleasure.

"Again..." She whispers as she looks down at him from eyes full of love and desire. Happy to oblige her, he lifts his hips up and presses against the apex of her thighs, and she whimpers.

"More..." He smiles and as his ears perk, he hears the approaching sound of footsteps.

"Inside my angel..." He replies with a slow grin of promise. Her eyes are glazed in anticipation as he leaps up and claims her lips in a kiss that leaves her standing there in a daze.

"Excuse me Miss?" A person voiced behind her, startling the young woman.

"Sorry sir....um how can I help you....?" She managed to say without looking around. But she smiles when she hears a barking sound coming from inside the house.

"Oh my do you a dog here...?"

Kagome smiles mischievously. "I do but he is more of a big puppy..." Trying not to giggle as she hears a sound of outrage, the other people look around confused.

"Are you sure....?"

"I'm sure, he wouldn't hurt you...he's all bark and no bite...."

The sound of outrage gets louder and almost like a growl and the others look around nervously and Kagome grins as she says one word. "SIT!"

Hearing the thud, the customers are startled, but follow Kagome as she takes them on a tour of the shrine, with a smile of anticipation on her face.

About twenty minutes later, as she bids goodbye, she finds herself whisked away by the arms of a certain hanyou who growls a sound of rage and desire in her ear.

"Puppy am I? He says with a seductive quality as his hands lay claim to her body. "No bite...."

Kagome shakes as he pulls her back into the house, the minute that they are in he kicks the door closed, and thrusts her against it. Her front smashed, against the wooden frame, his hands roam her body at will, and she can't help but let out sounds as his hands start to shred her clothes from her body.

Barely managing to keep himself in check as he tears everything off of her form, he gazes in wonder at the sight of her naked skin. His senses aroused at the smell and sight of her arousal as even from behind he can see the moisture, he growls in delight.

Remembering her request he growls in protest, for he has thought about it often, but with her so close, eh always seems to forget in his need for her. His hands sliding down her body, the claws raking her skin ever so gently, she trembles as he spreads her legs and slides them back up the inside to just brush against her sex.

Trembling now as his hands find her inner core, she near passes out as he blows his hot breath upon the damp curls there and brushes a single finger down the enter.

Her body so much on fire that she aches to feel him, feel his skin, feel his hard body against hers...

"No fair....you're still dressed...."

Smiling as he turns around and steps back, he simply holds out his arms with a smile. "Then you know what to do my angel..."

Approaching him softly and trembling for the sight of him looking over her body sends her weak kneed, she begins to peel off his haori, and everything else, with such slow precision. With every inch of skin revealed, she places a solitary kiss, that claims him as hers, and he begins to growl with molten fire.

As she uncovers his desire, she pauses momentarily to look at him and licks her lips with such an innocent abandon, that he promptly kicks the rest away and looks at her with a hungry gaze....

"Where do you want me...?"

Kagome is momentarily startled, but seeing the smile, she approaches him and she places a kiss upon his neck giving it a little bite. The shoulder where she marked him with the rune, seems to tingle as her lips brush against it and the shock waves of desire roll through Inuyasha like a flood.

"So you are hungry for me, my Kagome."

Her head nods in silent need as she presses kisses down his chest. Giving him a little bite, here and there the demon in him growls and yips with joy at each mark, anxious for his own upon her skin. He knows it is not safe for him to initiate the rest of Stage two as much as he desires.

As his hand wanders to her hair, he feels her lips and he almost pushes into them with a scream as they just playfully nip him right at the tip with her teeth. Watching out of half lidded and dazed eyes, she slides her body up against his and he pulls her towards him in a demanding kiss. Whirling her around intending to tease and to drive her to the point of insanity, he brushes his hard length between her heat and she nearly cries out from the pleasure....

"IINNUUYYYAAASSHHHAAA!!!"

Instinctively her hips seem to clench around his waist and he moans..."Kagome don't...I...I ...I am barely keeping control...fighting not to fully take you like I wish...."

Just comprehending, she releases...much to both their disappointments. To make up for his need, Kagome smiles a slow look of wanton desire...and she pushes him down to the ground, in front of her.

One leg going over his bare shoulder, she whispers a seductive command. "Taste of me...."

"With pleasure my Kagome..."

Bending forward, his tongue rolls as he licks through her femininity with such precision, that she melts and yet burns even hotter. Continuing to move his tongue his hand move to separate and squeeze her bottom in the same rhythm and she lifts up onto her tiptoes, her legs spreading as wide she can. Her efforts are rewarded, as he is able to lick even lower where his hand from behind begins to pierce her inner core.

Screaming her passion, her love and his name, Inuyasha beginning to work and to move his clawed finger gently and yet with such speed and accuracy, that he begins to feel her clench all around his claws. Then to torture her, he moves agonizingly slow and with such care as she tries to speed him up, but he restrains her with his other hand upon her hips.

"Inuyasha Pleassseeeeeee!"

The fire burning brighter and hotter within her, her senses reeling as the feelings envelop them. He near staggers from the force of her emotions and the sensation, that he has built up within her body, as his own rises to meet hers enveloping them in a light of purity and love.

Together, by sheer will of passion, they explode in a blaze of light love and hope, for an angel soars into the heavens within the arms of her demon lover....

Trapped within his own body, the soul of the Lord Inutaisho fought off the darkness. His pain as it encroaches intensifies with every passing day. "I want to be free...."

Looking deep within his soul, he remembers what it was like centuries ago. The battles, the women....especially two....

Yukina, she was the demoness who gave him his eldest son Sesshomaru. She was beautiful and kind and always knew what to say when he needed her advice. She had long reddish hair and amber eyes, and well she was a challenge. At first she had rebuffed his suit much to his annoyance, but with persistence he won her heart.

Whenever he faced a problem, she would often be the level headed one, for more often than not, he would want to go out and fight, causing her to sit him down and make him think rather than continue on.

Her loss at the hands of death itself was devastating. She had died in childbirth and for the longest time, he couldn't even look at his eldest son Sesshomaru. He reminded him so much, in his stance, his calm and logical way of thinking. He thought it was too late by the time eh realized his son was so cold and emotionless...until he met a certain woman...

She was a human, named Izayoi and at first he didn't want anything to do with her until Sesshomaru became ill. Trying to find the best healer around, her name came up and when eh had her brought here by force. She simply looked at him with those expressive dark eyes. Asking what he wished of her, he told her without any protest or screams and she simply nodded her head.

He watched her grace and beauty as she approached his son's room, and saw as her heart went out to the little boy. Sesshomaru was indeed very ill, but after about a month under her care, he became better.

To insure against a relapse, he asked her to stay for a while and to look after him.... She complied with a gentle smile that he couldn't help but return. Sesshomaru resented it...his father had gone to all this trouble to get him well and rather than spend time....he wanted the healer....

Despite his young protest, Inutaisho had fallen in love once more and mated with the human woman and a year later...Inuyasha was born.

Inutaisho feels the regret in his soul at the thought of his hanyou son. Sesshomaru in a fit of jealous rage, had gone to try and take on Ryokotsei despite the demons obvious strength. He had gone after his wayward son, with his new mate and child not to far behind him. Wanting her there to not only make sure she is safe...but also so that she was available should he or Sesshomaru be hurt. Telling her to hide with Inuyasha....he went to rescue Sesshomaru and face Ryokotsei....

Not willing to go any further into his memories...the pain does it for him. Sesshomaru had escaped, and much to Inutaisho's surprise...it came at the cost of his own life. He and the dragon demon were to evenly matched and they had all but destroyed one another. Ryokotsei was sealed, and he was dying... Remembering the things he had completed with Totosai, he calls to his family. Telling them to take care of one another and he then went to join his first mate Yukina...but it fell on death ears.

From the heavens, he yelled and screamed as he watched Sesshomaru, banish Izayoi and his brother from the Western Lands. Blaming them for the mistake that caused the end of his life....wanting so much to protect Sesshomaru, and to guide him, he knew Izayoi and Inuyasha needed him to look after them now. Regretfully he looked at Yukina and she smiled warmly. " I know...they need you now.....protect them for as long as you can..."

He did....until the time came, when what he could do...wasn't enough...it was Yukina's spirit that told him as Izayoi's flew to join. Her heart ached as she saw her son's brother being harassed and bullied by the others who couldn't accept him. Wishing for her son to love his brother, she was stunned as he to tried to kill him and she was disappointed....

In the end...they agreed to give Inuyasha a chance to know the love of a young woman....at the time her name was Kikyo....

His soul rumbles at the thoughts of what happened then. She to joined them and her spirit was near destroyed, by Inutaisho in the heavens. She had learned after the incident what had happened and did not believe it. But luckily, the women saw what Inutaisho could not. She still loved their son....they watched as years later she became Kagome....the one who was truly meant for their son. Her soul loved Inuyasha without question and she began to heal his heart....

Turning their gaze now upon the elder...they watched as a young woman named Kagura, approached him time and time again....

Inutaisho commented on her persistence, despite the fact that she was the enemy, she made his son react. Soon his mates, started manipulating certain events here and there....and well inadvertently it was because of them...that he is in this predicament.

He was reborn...but now without the knowledge of who he was...until to late...Naraku had taken over his body and had gleefully shown him his past and the future that he intends.

"I need to be free..." He whispered as he yearned to regain the family that was lost to him.....his wives he will always hold dear to his heart...but he never knew his sons...."I need to be free!"

By will alone...the light surrounding him pushes back the darkness and for just a little while longer he is safe....

Next chapter...some more Yuka and Akira as well as Inu and Kagome as the second day of training commences for Yuka, but in the meantime Kagome teaches Akira what she knows. Tokaji enrolls at school and will soon be introducing himself.... In the meantime
