Description: The mysterious boy is a 15 year old in the feudal era. At this age, many are considered to be men... but his short stature makes many think otherwise. He wears a blue silk robe that shimmers in the light, with sandels adoring his feet. Two short katanas are wore at his side, with two sais behind them, used for defense in close combat. He has long black hair, pulled back into a ponytail... blue soft eyes on his face, masking his true nature.

I can never forget him... the face of pure evil. He's been in my life as far back as I can remember. He's changed forms once again by absorbing the demonic powers of Sesshomaru and Inuyasha... becoming as powerful as their father, the great dog demon. Even this didn't satisfy his urge for power. On that last day, we made our stand against him... our efforts were in vein...
We were in village just south of the bone eaters well... In front of the house I grew up in. Kagome and Miroku were with me, our saddness uniting us. Kagome was convinced that Inuyasha could be saved since he was just recently absorbed into Naraku's being. She sat down on the ground keeping mostly to herself, her bow and arrow laying next to some old cruddy sword. My father once told me this sword could slay one hundred demons in one motion... and I've seen it in action countless times myself. I gazed at it, realizing it was nothing but a shell of its former self.
I looked over at Miroku, tears coming down his eyes. Sango's death hit him the hardest... he just didn't have the will to go on anymore. A sudden wave of sadness flew over me as I looked down onto the cold earth, knowing that It was my fault... but fear quickly took over me as a black cloud filled the sky from the north east.
"... Do you feel it Miroku?"
He paused for a moment, wiping his eyes as he looked up at the sky.
"Its him..." Anger filled his eyes as he remembered Sango's death. "I'd know that demonic aura anywhere..."
Kagome quickly rose, feeling the presence herself. She flung the quiver for her bow over her shoulder as she rose, putting the tetsuiga
around her waist as she rose. It seemed to give her hope... something I just didn't have anymore.
"Inuyasha..." She cried out his name... a loud crackling laugh was heard coming from outside the village. She grasped the tetsuiga for strength... Miroku began to unwrap the beads from his hand.
"So you intend to fight me?" Another laugh is heard as Naraku makes himself visable to us... the new power he had taken from Sesshomaru and Inuyasha had changed his form once again. He actually looked better than before, the tentacles in his arm gone... the eye in the middle of his chest closed up. Before us stood a man with black flowing hair with white dog ears, a man that some would even find adorable... yet we trembled with fear.
He looked over at me, a smirk across his face. "I should thank you boy... I enjoyed watching her die."
"Bite your tounge Naraku!" Miroku was blinded by anger, unwrapping the beads from his hand. At that point, he didn't care if he couldn't save Inuyasha... all he wanted was for Naraku to be gone from this world.
"WIND TUNNEL!" Kagome and myself got behind Miroku to shield ourselves.
Naraku laughed once more, putting up a pink barrier around him. It drew its power from the skikon jewel that Naraku had assembled, resting on a necklace around his neck. This new power was all Naraku needed to be truely invincible.
"Fool, do you think you can use my own curse against me?" He moved his arm forward, releasing wave after wave of poison insects directly into Miroku's wind tunnel. Miroku was so determined to rid this world of Naraku that he continued the wind tunnel even after the poison insects had begon to enter his body. I gasped in horror as the aging Miroku continued to fight Naraku, a losing battle. Eventually he fell to the ground, his entire body overtaken from the poison.
"Miroku!" Kagome rushed beside him and tried to help him... Sango was the last word that escaped his lips. Naraku continued to laugh as Miroku's eyes rolled back into his head. I took the tetsuiga from Kagome and forced it into the ground, using what spritual power I had to create a barrier around us.
The sadness I felt over Miroku's death was overwhelming... I just looked down at him in Kagome's arms in silence. I had just finally realized that fighting Naraku in this form was pointless.
I... just couldn't fight him anymore... I don't have the will to continue. We stayed in the barrier as the onslaught continued... Naraku leveled the village to ruins, destroying anything that moved.
Kagome layed Miroku onto the ground with tears in her eyes. The thought that she could still save Inuyasha lifted her spirits, giving her something to fight for. She ran out of the barrier to face Naraku, her bow in hand. I couldn't bring myself to follow her, overcome with grief.
Naraku turned around as he felt Kagome draw near, continuing to laugh as she took aim. "Hit the mark..." She said as she fired the sacred arrow at Naraku, piercing the barrier and striking Naraku. A smirk filled his face as he reached down and pulled out the arrow, snaping it in half.
"Your nothing like Kikyo... your power is pathetic... a waste of my time..."
Terror filled Kagome's face. She realized she would die without Inuyasha, a fate she never imagined. In a flash, Naraku put his arms in the air, tentacles sprouting everywhere out of the ground. In a drawn and quartering like fashion, the tentacles grabed her limbs and pulled them apart. At first Kagome fought the attack... her body was in no shape to fight, fatigued from the previous battles with Naraku. She finally succumed to his attack leaving her bloody and broken on the ground. She knew she couldn't be saved as the blood poured out of her body.
Naraku, now finished with the village and Kagome, came back towards the barrier, breaking it by a simple wave of his hand. I didn't even flinch... I continued to look at Miroku's limp body, once so full of life and love. His laughter broke my silence... I raised my head up and turned to face him.
"Are you afraid?"
"No." I replied with a cold stern face... "You killed my father, my mother... and my friends... I've got nothing left to be afraid for" Naraku got closer to me, I could feel his breath down my neck...death was innevitable.
"You are all that stands between me and complete domination of this land... yet you cower in fear... your as worthless as your father." I'll never forget that smug look on his face.
Naraku raised his arms and formed a ball of energy with the strength of the shikon jewel and the strong demon power that now flowed through his veins. The pink ball of energy grew larger and larger... its power was so strong that it moved my whole body back just from being around it. With a smile, Naraku threw the energy ball at me... the last thing I can remember is bright flash of light.
So why am I still alive? Am I alive? Something just didn't seem right... my eyes opened slowly to a world I once knew. I awoke on a strange bed in the house I once lived in. As I left the hut, I spoke to some of the villages... many of them my friends... to ask them about what had happened. No one knew who I was... no one knew about Naraku... and no one cared.
Confused and slightly injured, I left the village I once called home. Everywhere around me, the land looked younger... there were more trees, more fields, and the sky was a bright blue. I couldn't remember the last time I gazed at a blue sky... with Naraku around, it a constant dark gray.
And so, I countinued out of the village, down an old beaten path... looking for something, anything to guide my way. I had no idea where I was going... I was hungry, blood continued to flow from my fresh wounds. I had given up on living by that point, stuck in a strange world where no one knew me.
And then, I saw someone I once knew...
