Chapter 1:
The village was silent in the early hours of the day, all except two little girls, sisters; Naomi and Eruka the twin daughters of the village leader. They were playing tag, when they over-heard some humans from outside the village. "Oneechan, I'll go tell Otousan okay? You stay here," Eruka instructed Naomi, they may have been twins but Eruka was the smarter, wiser, slightly older sister. "Hai," Naomi said without question, not even 5 minutes had gone by when Naomi started fidgeting 'I don't think Oneesan will mind if I go check it out,' Naomi thought being curious about the humans.
She ran in the direction of which the voices were coming from, once at the edge of the village she could see the humans and a little boy? "Why? Why can that half-breed stay in the village but not me?" The boy asked the humans never said anything but just tied him to a tree and left, demons would see him as a tasty little morsel. When Naomi heard her father approaching "Otousan!! We have to help him!" Naomi shouted running towards her father "Help who?" He asked lovingly "Him!" She screamed pointing at the little boy, who by this point was frantically trying to get loose of the tree "Oh my," Her father said while untying the boy.
Once in the village Naomi and Eruka noticed that the boy wouldn't talk or play with them or any of the other children.
"Hi I'm Naomi and you are?" Naomi gretted him cheerfully "Sesshomaru." He said coldly "Want to play?" She asked "No," He replied "Why not?" "Because I don't play," He stated
"Oh, I didn't know." Naomi said sadly. Later that night when everyone in the village was heading off to bed Naomi and Eruka's father walked outside to Sesshomaru "Are you going to come inside?" He asked in a fatherly tone "No," Sesshomaru sighed "Okay then suit yourself," The man said and started walking away, when he stopped when he heard the Sesshomaru sigh again "Tell me son, what's troubling you?" He said sitting down next to him "Why would you care about an outcast like me," He said "Oh come now we were all outcasts once," The man chuckled "Really?" Sesshomaru blinked dumbly at him "Yeah, that's what this village is all about, we take in misfit demons like yourself, whether it's because human's drove us out of our villages, we ran away, or whatever, here we all belong, except filth." The man said making sure he got that last statment in "Filth?" Sesshomaru asked again "Humans," The man stated "Oh." The conversation ended there. "I think I'll sleep out here," Sesshomaru mentioned staring up at the moon, a beautiful wanning crescent "Well pleasant dreams then," The girls father said heading back into the mansion "Hai," Sesshomaru said almost smiling, he wasn't alone.

Remeber tis Alternate Universe Story, and Sesshomaru is suppose to be six, I don't care if he's more like 16 when Inuyasha is born, that's in Rumiko's storyline and this is my storyline.... which I'm making up on the spot :p
