Kagome flushed a deep red, staring at him. She'd sold her body to men for years, but this…

 

This was new.

 

The client watched her, amber eyes bright and hopeful as he held a wad of cash out to her. “Here,” he said a little gruffly, “here's a grand - more than your usual price. Will you just…” He huffed, unable to bring himself to speak the embarrassing words. “Look, they say you're the best. Will you please just do it?”

 

Her heart skipped a beat as she reached forward, her fingers clasping slowly onto the crisp bills. They slid easily out of his clawed digits, and she quickly tucked them into her jeans pocket, lest he change his mind. Her mocha eyes flickered upward, meeting his again. She nodded, still blushing madly at the thought of what she had just agreed to.

 

He looked relieved as he sat down on the bed. Kagome slowly climbed onto it behind him, sitting on her knees; her eyes tried their hardest to focus, and she nearly giggled when she spotted them. `There you are!' she thought triumphantly, taking a deep breath and reaching forward.

 

She barely touched one when Inuyasha jerked involuntarily. “Sorry,” he mumbled, turning a bright red himself. Once he'd settled down, Kagome tried again; she was determined to get over her strange hang-up with this request. `It's not even all that weird,' she thought, grabbing a firm hold on the soft appendages. As she rubbed them, he moaned loudly. Kagome happily noticed that his leg between to twitch as well.

 

`Of course an inuhanyou would want his ears rubbed!' she thought with a smirk.
