Three Days of Hell By Mija

Chapter 1~Becoming

~~~Kagome got out of her bed sore. It had been two days since she and her group of friends had fought the last demon to posses a shard of the sacred jewel, and she was still sore and achy. But what mattered most to her was the fact that this was her anniversary so to speak as well as her 16th birthday. One year to date she had been dragged down the shrine well by Mistress Centerpede to the Fuedal Era of Japan in the past and met Inuyasha, freeing him from the spell Kikyo had bound him to for 50 years. Alot had happened since then. They had met Shippo, Miroko, and Sango and learned of Naraku. So much had happened that it felt more like years than a year but alas it was only a year. Today was her 16th birthday and the anniversary of the day she had released Inuyasha from the Gods Tree and begun thier journey to find the shattered shards of the Shikon No Tama.

~~Knowing how Impatient Inuyasha was Kagome hurriedly got dressed and got her pack out of the closet already filled with the supplies she would need for thier journey in the fuedal era. She knew it was her birthday and no doubt her family wanted to spend it with her but she had promised the group she would be back this morning. She didnt like to keep them waiting, Especially Inuyasha who would no doubt come threw the well to drag her back by force if she kept him waiting to long. He was so arrogant and impatient that way, but sighing she realized that she liked that about him, in fact, in the year shed been in his company she had found she liked alot of things about him, in fact she was totally in love with the half demon and he was totally clueless about her in that way. Besides what good would it do? she thought?? Hes so in love with Kikyos resurection he hardly knew she was alive. Ok so that was stretching things. She knew Inuyasha cared for her somewhat. He was protective of her and a bit possesive, but mostly she felt he did it because she was his responsiblitly as well as the only one of them that could detect the Shikon jewel shards he coveted more than anything.

~~~Sighing Kagome grabbed her pack and went downstairs only to gasp in surprise when the shout of "Happy Birthday Kagome!" filled the air and out popped out her mother brother and grandfather.

~~~Her mother held out a cake she had made with 16 lit candles on it. It read Happy Birthday Kagome, not a child anylonger! on it. Kagome was a bit confussed by that at first but quickly dismissed it as they gathered around her singing happy birthday to you. Not a child any longer? she hadnt been one in a long time why would her mother write that?? After they sang to her she blew out her candles making a wish as promted by her eager family. And even though Souta knew better he still asked what she had wished for. But the rules were that you couldnt tell your wish to anyone lest it not come true. So she just grinned and stuck her tongue out at him which he replied in kind. Although she was in a hurry her mothers look and her soft pleas for her to at least share a peice of cake with them won her over.

~~~"Where the hell is she???" Inuyasha growled to himself as he paced the ground before the well waitng for Kagome to come back from her time. He didnt know why he was surprised she was late. She was always late he grumbled. But today was special. Even though he wouldnt admit it, today was important, it marked the one year anniversary of his so called rebirth. Thats how he saw it. His rebirth. He had died 51 years ago when the witch he thought he loved had betrayed him and pinned him to that tree for 50 years. It was just one year ago that Kagome had been bought from her time and had set him free from his limbo, giving him a new chance and a new life.

~~~He growled. He hated to admit, even to himself, how much that stupid girl meant to him, but if he was honest with only himself he had to admit that Kagome was someone very dear to him, someone he cared way to much for, someone who could no doubt bring him to his knees even without the stupid subduing spell she had on him. She looked so much like Kikyo, yet so much not like her that sometimes it made his head spin, till he realized that Kikyo was Kikyo, Kagome was Kagome and no matter how much they might have looked alike at first, they no longer had anything in commen in his thoughts or heart. They were soo different that he wondered how he could of ever thought Kagome Kikyo.

~~~Inuyasha growled again as he peered down the well once again, only to see no Kagome. Didnt that stupid girl know how important today was to him?? To them?? What the fuck was taking her so long??? he growled. Just then he sensed her. Stopping he peered back into the well and watched as out of nowhere she appreared at the bottom in that silly futeristic dress of hers along with the ever present pack that held all its goodies. He growled at her as she looked up and smiled at him.

~~~"Miss me?" she asked with a warm smile. He growled.

~~~"Keh!...Your Late!!" he growled louder only to stop mid growl. Something was not right. He looked back down into the well and scrunched up his nose as he sniffed the air above her. What the Hell was that?? He growled. Something wasnt right. Something was soo not right it scared him.

~~~"Inuyasha? whats wrong?? are you ok?" Kagome asked seeing his face and the odd look apon it. She climbed out of the well dragging her pack with her, not bothering to berate him for not helping her out or with her pack. Something about the look on his face made her feel very uncomfortable.

~~~"What the Fuck is that smell??" Inuyasha growled in his mind. It was pratically seeping from every pore on Kagome. It wasnt a bad smell, in fact it was a smell so good and intoxicating it had him getting a hard on so fast it made his head spin. He felt things he had never felt before and instincts he had once supressed coming to the fore of his being. It was then he knew. "FUCKKKKK!" he growled to himself, he knew that smell now, she was in heat. And a Kagome in heat was always a bad time for him, but something was different this time, something about her smell was not like it had been on the few other occasions he had had the displeasure of coming across. This scent was different, stronger, more intoxicating and more alluring than anything he had ever felt before.

~~~Unconsciencly he was reaching for her, to do what, he wasnt sure, but luckly hadnt found out due to the itchy sting upon his kneck which distracted him. He mindlessly slapped out at it and heard a garbbled groan.

~~~"Myoga you blood thirsty parasite!" Inuyasha growled holding the flattened flea in his hand. It had distracted him from Kagome.

~~~"My Lord Inuyasha..soo sorry My lord but i must speak to you in private...it is most urgent my Lord." Myoga said softly but urgently looking at Inuyasha then to Kagome. A fleeting look of uneasiness passed before his eyes before he masked it and looked back to Inuyasha.

~~~"Whats so damn important that you cant tell me in front of Kagome??!" Inuyasha growled.

~~~"So sorry Mistress Kagome but this truelly is an urgent matter that only concerns my Lord Inuyasha and myself, if you please?" Myoga replied looking apologeticly at Kagome as his eyes pleaded for her to understand and permit.

~~~"Sure..I'll go on ahead to the village and catch up on stuff with Kaede, Miroko, Sango and Shippo, I will see you back at the village Inuyasha??" she asked hopefully.

~~~"Keh!..whatever bitch i will get there when i get there, not like you got any say in it." he replied sarcasticly.

~~~"Whatever Inuyasha." Kagome sighed rolling her eyes, used to his foul manner and bahavior. She picked up her pack and walked down the path that led to Kaedes village.

~~~Inuyasha looked after her catching a wiff of that intoxicating smell yet again and before he knew it he was growling low in his throat and taking steps in the direction she was going. It wasnt till Myoga bit him on the neck again that he seemed to snap out of what ever spell held him and looked back at the flattened flea in his hand once again.

~~~"Lord Inuyasha...we must speak, this is of ut most importance." Miyoga said seriously as his body seemed to inflat once again after being in a flattened state after being slapped flat by Inuyasha.

~~~"What the hells so important Myoga??" Inuyasha growled as he let himself fall onto a squatting sit, looking longinly toward the path Kagome had taken which was empty now. Damn it! He could still smell her and it was driving him nuts!

~~~"Lord Inuyasha.........I came to warn you." Myoga replied hoping to get his attention back from Kagome to him. He prayed his Master was as strong willed as he believed him to be. Things were about to get very difficult for Lord Inuyasha as well as Lady Kagome. And he wanted his Lord to be prepared for what layed ahead. He cursed Shesshomaru in his head, thinking that if it wasnt his hatred for his own half brother, that it wouldnt be nessecary to tell Inuyasha these things, it would long have been explained to him by his older broher, as it should have been. But Shesshomoru hated his half breed brother and had left him to fend for himself ever since his mother had been killed by demons when Lord Inuyasha was just a child. Now it was up to him, Myoga, Lord Inuyashas faithfull retainer to tell him of things that should of been explained long ago, long ago when he had become old enough to understand such things.

~~~"So what the Hell do you want to warn me about you old goat?!!" Inuyasha growled bringing Myoga outta his mussings.

~~~"It..Its a very delicate subject My Lord." Myoga said nervously, he always hated to tell his Lord of anything which might cause him to get angry or make him feel ashamed of his self as he was want to do when ever he found out something distastfull about his demon side. As was the case now.

~~~"Spit it out Old man i dont got all day!" Inuyasha growled.

~~~"Yes My Lord." Myoga bowed, taking a deep breath before he began.

~~~"Lady Kagome is in heat my lord." he spat out.

~~~"Feh! like I hadnt smelt that already!" Inuyasha growled, he didnt like it when his so called retainer treated him like a half wit.

~~~"You dont understand Lord Inuyasha...this time is not like all the other times that Mistres Kagome was in heat, this time is special, it happens only once in a females life and it is a time for great caution for both her and you my Lord." Myoga replied. Inuyasha frowned down at his palm where Myoga stood looking at him sheepishly.

~~~"What the fuck are you talking about old man?" he growled. He knew Kagome was in heat and he had to admit if only to himself that this time was indeed different than the other times he had smelt her essence radiating from her in almost overwhelming waves.

~~~"Listen to me and heed my words well my Lord...today is the beginning of Mistress Kagome's becoming...for the next three days she will be most vunerable and the most dangerous to you and herself."

~~~"What the Fuck are you going on about??? Just spit it out already you old fart!" Inuyasha growled, the hairs at his nape and his body standing on end, knowing what ever he was about to hear was not going to be good.

~~~"You see Lord Inuyasha...today is Mistress Kagomes 16th cycle..<in otherwords 16th birthday>..."

~~~"Sooooo???!" Inuyasha growled yet again.

~~~"So Lord Inuyasha Mistress Kagome is no longer a child, her 16h cycle is the day of her becoming."

~~~"Becoming what????!!!" Inuyasha all but yelled in anger, frustrated with the beating around the bush so to speak.

~~~"Her becoming a woman." Myogoa replied as if that would mean anything to Inuyasha.

~~~"You see Lord Inuyasha..when a girl turnes a certain age..her body changes...becoming that of a woman, no longer a girl, in the next three days Mistress Kagomes scent will signal to all males that she is now of mating age, her body sending out a scent that tells any male who is aware of such things that she is ready to be bedded and mated."

~~~"What the freaking hell are you talking about??!!!!" Inuyasha yelled as well as growled thinking of any male, demon or human wanting to bed and mate with Kagome, didnt they know she was HIS??

~~~"Simple my lord, unlike any other time she has been in heat, this time signals her passing of innocense and her becoming a woman, unknowingly to her, her body is sending out a very potent and powerfull scent, that lets males know that she is no longer a child but a woman who is capable of mating and bearing children...being here in this time and not in her own puts her in great danger Lord Inuyasha for not only will human males sense it in thier subconscience, but demons and half demons who are able to smell the scent her body is sending out will also know, her scent is 100 times stronger than the normal heat she is usually in and when demons smell her scent they will be sent into a mating frenzy, each and every male demon within smelling distance from her will feel an overwhelming urge to mate with her, be it willingly or by force, and as for female demons, they will feel an urge to harm and destroy Mistress Kagome, its the oppisite of what a male feels for her, the females will feel threatened and try to take out any sort of so called competition and will try to kill Mistress Kagome...Lord Inuyasha, not only will YOU be feeling an overwhelming urge to mate with Mistress Kagome, but so will every male demon withing 3 miles of her, and any female demons withing this radious will want only to harm her...you must fight your urges to stake your claim on her, while you also protect her from harm Lord Inuyasha...I do not envy you at this moment...of course you have the option to just let her be bedded by any demon or male that comes near her in the next 3 days, saving you all that trouble........." Myoga said as he looked at Inuyasha knowing well that his master would not let such a thing happen to the woman he secretly loved. But the next three days were going to be hell for him and Mistress Kagome. He just hoped they both survied it in tact.

"The Hell I will!!!!!!!!!...Anyone touches Kagome in any way DIES!!!!!!!!!" Inuyasha growled possesivly and fiercly. Myoga had not expected anything less from his lord. But Could Inuyasha take the torment of her scent for the next three days without taking her, as well as keep her safe from all others??? The Next Three Days would prove to be intresting and intense, for both he and Kagome. Myoga could only warn him and then stay back and watch what came next.

~~~Just as Myoga had finished his last statement, both heard a scream coming from the village. It was Kagome! Inuyasha wasted no time in leaping off to her. When he got to the village he saw Kagome being lifted in the air by a large tail. It was a female snake demon and her eyes flashed red with utter hatred. Kagome was screaming as the tail tightened around her, Sango and Miroku did thier best to get at the Demon and kill her without harming Kagome.

~~~"That scent!!!...You must die human!! Die!!!!!" screeched the angry snake demon as she bought Kagome closer to her face, preparing to strike Kagome with her sharp poisnonous fangs. Kagome looked at her wide eyed and screamed.

~~~Before Inuyasha knew it he stood next to Kagome's body, which had fallen to the ground when he had savegly attacked the she demon trying to hurt Kagome. There was blood everywhere and body parts, but all Inuyasha could smell or think about was Kagome. Her scent was so overpowering and mixed with the smell of fear, it became more arousing to him. Without conscience thought Inuyasha dropped Tetsiaga to the ground and pounced on Kagome.

~~~"Inu...Inuyasha?!! whaaa what are you doing??!" Kagome said franticly, as she tried to push Inuyasha away from her. He was grinding himself into her and clawing at her clothes, ripping her shirt in a few places. The look on his face scared her and she didnt know why he was doing this.

~~~"INUYASHA STOP!!!!" Kagome cried out fearfully. It was then that Miroku and Sango gathered thier toughts from the atttack of the snake demon to what Inuyasha was now doing to Kagome. Without thought they both ran to her and when they couldnt yank Inuyasha off of Kagome, and saw what his intentions were, both Miroku and Sango conked him on the head at the same time with Miroku's staff and Sango's boomerrang. Inuyasha fell to the ground unconscience and unmoving.

~~~Kagome got up and scooted to Inuyasha, her first intsinct to see if he was ok, then she remembered what he was doing to her.

~~~"What the hell happened to Inuyasha?" Sango asked first. Totally thrown off and confussed.

~~~"I..I dont know..but..was he...was he trying to...." Kagome began but couldnt finish the thought, it was impossible. Inuyasha would never hurt her let alone try to..to rape her. ~~~"I do not know what has happened to Inuyasha, but his bahavior as well as the attack by the She Demon Snake makes me believe that something is not right here, and I think we take precautions till we are sure of what is going on." Miroku replied all serious like.

~~~"What sort of precautions?" Kagome asked.

~~~"First of all I will be taking Inuyasha out of the village and securing him before he wakes up, just in case what ever has come over him has not left." he replied picking Inuyasha's unconscience form into his arms.

~~~"Dont worry Lady Kagome, we will not be far, just beyond the village and I will stay with him and keep an eye out for him, Sango will be here in case anything else strange should occure." he added, before leaving with Inuyasha. Kagome began to cry. She didnt know what had happened but she had just been attacked by two demons in a space of less than an hour. One a female demon intent on killing her and a half breed dog demon intent on raping her. Inuyashas bahavior bothered her most of all and scared her. How could he do this to her? He must be under some sort of spell right? Thats the only thing that would explain all this because her heart would not believe that Inuyasha would ever do anything to harm her.
