It's been way too long or maybe not long enough. Driving down roads she knew all to well brought back everything she used to know. But it mostly brought up memories. This time some good memories came. As she drove she began to go back. She saw her mom driving. Happy s if the day drew promise of something great. She waved at her friends as she sang to the radio with Kagome at her side. They were heading home after going to the store where mommy had bought her a brand new toy. A bear she named Fluzzy. She had told her mother that Fuzzy was a name often used so she wanted to change it a bit. Her mother had laughed and had told her it was a great idea. But that teddy lays forgotten in the ruins of her home. She had kept nothing. Wasn't allowed back into her home. She waved at Myoga and Keade as her mommy stopped at one more place. A house. Whose house till this day she does not know. She tried looking up. Tried seeing who was talking to her mommy. It was a blur. A loud noise ripped her from her daze. A car horn not that far away from her car. She swerved. She had run a red light. Cars where close to piled on the road a mess like Kagome's car was now placed. With the cussing and the finger pecking set aside she drove onto the street she wanted to take. That is until she heard the sirens of a cop car. A cop had seen the ordeal. She pulled the car to the right and awaited the arrival of the cop to the side of her car.

 

“ License and registration.” Kagome searched her car as the cop stared her down. Well, more like checked her out not even attempting to try and cover it up. He did it in a way that made her want to throw up a little in her mouth.

 

“ Here you go officer.” He took them from her slowly and took awhile to look at her papers. Pig, please don't let this be a crooked cop she thought as the minutes seemed to go by slowly with each take of her breath.

 

“ Kagome? Kagome Higurashi?” He seemed surprised. But what else was there. Something coated her name that made her cringe.

 

“ Yes?” She answered not really sure what was going on.

 

“ Its been far to long since I seen you last.” He finally looked up. Green piercing eyes dug into the core of her. She looked close. Black hair tied back into a high ponytail. A brownish like hair tie seemed to try to keep his bangs back. Tanned skin and a body that she was sure mad girls hearts stop. Well every one of them but her.

 

“ Koga? Koga Wolfe?”

 

“ Well I'm surprised you remember.” Remember? If she could choose what she had forgotten he would be the first on her list. Koga and Inuyasha were like brothers up until the day of the trial. Inuyasha had said that he had left Koga's house before going to the deserted land soon to be made into a park where he had found Kagome alone in a panic. Koga had replied that he hadn't had a visitor all day that day. Some reason though she hadn't believed Koga. Then again she never did like him.

 

“ Your hard to forget, Koga.” He seemed to take that the wrong way. He took it as a good thing but that was far from the truth.

 

“ Why what are you doing back? I figured that you would like to stay the hell away from this place for good.”

 

“ I want my memories.” Koga seemed to flinch, well she thought she saw it but he seemed to act as if it didn't happen. “ I want answers.”

 

“ Isn't better not to know? I mean till this day the past has been put aside its better where it is. After all it was a harsh blow to a town just living on the past itself right now with the Salem witch trails and all. Why bring back another tragedy.”

 

“ That's Salem's past not mine. My past belongs to me alone. The harsh blow is what makes me want to uncover what happened.”

 

“ Well I guess it can't be stopped. As long as you don't upset the town folk I will allow it. But I would like to warn you that he is here as well.”

 

“ He? You mean Inuyasha.” He looked away. “ How do you know he is here?”

 

“ Well strange really. I pulled him over not that long ago for not stopping at a stop sign.”

 

“ I'm a big girl Koga. I can take care of myself. So what the damage? My ticket I mean?”

 

“ Just a warning. Be more careful is all.”

 

“ Are you even allowed to do that?”

 

“ I'm sheriff I do as a please. Its fine Kagome just make sure if you need anything to contact us. We'll help you promise. I'm not such a big bad wolf.” He tilted his hat and returned to his car. Not long after he was passing Kagome with a smile. Koga a cop, actually more like Koga a sheriff? What has Salem come to? O well first thing is first she must go home. Maybe something will come up there. It's said to be untouched since the incident. More like didn't want to be touched. Then, well, then to that house her mommy and her had went to before she went home. Hopefully she can remember where.

She was already here. With all that research and all he did to find that wench only for her to be where he wanted her to be. He searched Salem. Everywhere she used to go. Kagome will be found and he will have his way. He will know everything. That stupid Koga if he had not stopped him he would have probably found that wench by now.

 

“ How dare you come back to Salem! Why bring your filthy mutt ass back to a place you are unwelcome at.” That asshole good for nothing dirty wolf. He is just lucky he hadn't gotten out of the car. Of all the years they stood up for each other and now this? Dirty ass mother fucking cock sucking butt dart playing dip shit. The twerp had a lot of nerve saying what he did to Inuyasha.

 

“ If I could murder someone right now it would be him.” He said as he took another turn. What the fuck? The area he came upon was a mess. Cars trying to fix themselves as if there was an accident or one had almost accrued. And there was Koga. He had pulled over yet another person. Bastard. Inuyasha drove by slowly. Maybe he could butt in and say something to Koga but as he drove by…there she was. Kagome.
