[ T - Teen: Not suitable for readers under 13 ]
And yet another Chapter! ::Dances:: I am having a lot of fun with this fanfic I am definalty going to finish it. WEEE! Well until then, BLARG!

~~^~~

Kagome plopped down on her bed and opened up her diary. She carefully read were she left off the thought to herself on what to write. Where do I start? Kagome muttered to herself. Finally after much consideration she decided what to Wright.

Dear Dairy,
Today was better then I could have ever imagined! When my mother told me that I was going to transfer I was heart-broken. But I now know that it was for the better. I already have some good friends! Their names are Sango, Miroku, and Inuyasha! Sango and I are going to go to the movies on Friday I am really looking forward to it. Miroku is nice, in his own way. And Inuyasha, I consider him my best friend out of them all. Not only did he help me find art class today but after school when I was walking home he practically saved me from this one guy named Kouga. After that he walked me home. He seems like a really nice guy and he's just trying to hide it. Perhaps.

~Kagome

Finally happy with her choice of words she closed her dairy and tucked it safely underneath her bed. Kagome rolled off her bed and searched underneath it to try and find her bag. She pulled her bag out and opened it up to pull out the contents. She pulled out her scrapbook a few pieces of cloth, some old pictures, and magazine cut outs, and finally her trusty pair of scissors.

She threw the contents she had selected on to her bed and sprawled them out. After sorting out the good pictures from the bad ones she started to cut out special frames for each one. After the frames were constructed she absently mindedly reached for her bag again to get her glue. After gluing the pictures along with the frames into the scrapbooks she placed it by her open window to allow the glue to dry faster.

As Kagome looked out the window from were she stood she looked at how clear the sky had actually gotten. However, now the sun was slowly setting off of the horizon. Kagome leaned against the windows ledge for support and took in the full scenery. The sky was starting to turn into many hues and the stars were appearing one by one. Although the sun was setting the moon would soon take its place and give off its on mysterious light.

Kagome!! Supper is ready! Kagome jolted out of thought and back into reality when she heard her mother beckoning for her. Hai Okaa-san coming! Kagome shouted in response as she turned away from the beautiful sunset to join her family for dinner.

Inuyasha had finally finished with is chores and was making his way up to his room, when all of the sudden the phone rang. He looked at the phone as if it was questioning his authority and quietly made his way over to get it. When he picked it up he instantly knew who it was. Hai Miroku what do you want the line was silent until Miroku finally answered. Nani? Inuyasha can't a friend call a friend to talk once and a while.

Inuyasha rolled his eyes at his friend's response and stood impatiently fiddling with the cord. Miroku, cut to the chase I know you don't call out of the damn blue now what do you want? Again there was silence, until Miroku spoke up again, I was wondering if you could help me with my- Before Miroku could answer Inuyasha immediately agreed for what seemed the seventh time this month.

Thanks yujin, it means a lot to me Miroku replied before hanging up. feh. Inuyasha mumbled before hanging up the phone. Yeash And yet again Inuyasha made his way up to his bed room.

Finally reaching his room he went straight to the computer to check his e-mails. He started up the computer and waited for it to load. While his computer was starting up he quickly skimmed through his CD's before picking one he liked and setting it inside his CD player.

After about an hour of deleting unwanted junk mail (Aii it gets the best of us) and typing out his essay, he finally decided to turn off his computer and head down stairs until a new e-mail alert appeared. Inuyasha ignored it and decided that it was probably merely junk mail and continued to shut it down.

Just as he shut it down he heard an abrupt sound from outside. He slowly crept is way to the window and saw Miroku standing on the sidewalk holding his cell phone.

Inuyasha I knew you were on the computer, how come you didn't answer my text message? Oh so that's what that was. Inuyasha said quietly to himself knowing that Miroku could hear him. Are you coming down or what? Miroku questioned.

Inuyasha took in a deep sigh and decided it would be better if he put up with Miroku for a little while. And started to make his way down stairs rolling his eyes as he descended.

After dinner was done, and Kagome finished her Homework, she took her bath and started to dry her hair as she laid down on her bed and prepared herself for sleep. Today wasn't all that bad at all after all I did meet Sango and Miroku. And Inuyasha. I don't know there is just something different about him. And I can't get my mind off of him either. Kagome thought to herself and she rolled over and pulled her blanket over her head.

Maybe a night of sleep is all I need today was a really long day.

~^~
Inuyasha sat up abruptly for the second time that night. He just had that feeling. You know that feeling! He would often get this feeling when Kikyou had been around. But she had left him for Naraku a pretty-boy from college. (Just to let you know Naraku is in fact NOT a pretty boy HE IS FUCKING UGLY! THE DUDE WEARS MAKEUP! Oh! *ahem back to the fanfic*) He looked up at the ceiling one last time before trying to drift back into whatever sleep he could muster but it was to no use.

Why couldn't he fall asleep! He had done the right thing in changing school right? He after all indeed wanted to go to the same school as Miroku. He was he only friend! Or a person he could consider one. But then again. Maybe he did indeed have more then one friend? Thinking it through at least a dozen times Inuyasha came to the conclusion. Kagome was indeed his friend. She looked so much like Kikyou but yet not.

Kikyou's eyes were always full of sadness and were never once truly happy. But Kagome's eyes were full of life and energy. Even after the incident when he walked her home that day. The way she waved him good-bye, her eyes were so full of life it was as if they were on fire.

And they acted totally different. Kikyou seemed as though she was living in regret, afraid of her past, and unsure of the present. While Kagome seemed totally focused on one thing; to have fun and make people happy along with her.

After much though Inuyasha finally closed his eyes and drifted into a slight sleep.

~^~
Kagome abruptly jolted awake when she heard her alarm clock sound off. She looked at the time and was relieved to find that today she did not sleep in. She slowly crawled out of her warm bed into her freezing cold room. Why was it so cold? Then she remembered that she had left her window open and quickly ran over to shut it. As she moved toward the window her scrap book caught her eye. Of course! That was something she could do! She could take her camera to school and get some pictures of her new friends! Then later, she could paste them into her scrapbook.

Quickly she moved to her bed and pulled up the sheets only to see two eyes staring back at her. KYAA! Kagome exclaimed. In response a large overweight cat crept out from under her bed. Buyo! You scary neko! Knock it off!'' Kagome scolded.

Now without interruption Kagome knelt down and once again pulled out her bag. This time she put all of the stuff she took out last night back into the bag and pulled out her camera. She opened the lace and pulled it over her head to let it hang loose by her neck.

She moved over to her dresser and picked out an outfit for her second day at school. The great thing about school at Tokyo high was that you didn't have to wear school uniforms. She sighed silently to her self as she picked out a blue tank top and a dull purple over shirt.

After she was dressed and ready to go Kagome finally left her house.

~^~
Inuyasha started his way toward the school until he heard a familiar voice call out to him. He turned around to stop and wait for her. Kagome finally caught up to him breathlessly. I thought you couldn't hear me. She panted trying her best to form words. Wow even I was ahead of you, you must be really late. Kagome looked up at him with shock on her face.

I am late! she started to panic and she quick glanced down at her watch then back up to Inuyasha anger clouded in her eyes. I am not late! I am early! Why did- Kagome was cut off by the sound of Inuyasha laughing. What's so funny! She questioned acting like an idiot.

Just giving you a taste of your own medicine. Inuyasha replied in between chuckles. (Whoa for some reason chuckles the silly piggy just popped into my mind 0.0) Kagome looked him straight in the eye and glared daggers at him and for some reason she started laughing too.

The stood there for a good ten minutes laughing their heads off like idiots until the realized that they needed to get to school before they were late again.

Inuyasha took his seat behind Kagome while she alerted Sango of their presence. Hey Sango! Kagome cheerily beckoned her friend. Hi Kagome Sango replied. Sango was just about ready to take her seat before Kagome interrupted her. Hey Sango can you do me a favor? Sango turned to Kagome with a look of question on her face and Kagome simply gestured to her camera. Instantly Sango got the idea. And stood up straight putting her hands behind her back. Kagome adjusted the lens to capture the image perfectly. (And to make sure her finger was out of the way) Then she quickly snapped the phone just before the sensei walked in.

Ok class I am sure all of you did your assignments right? Judging by the quick pull out of several notebooks half of the class seemed to have forgotten. And was quickly trying to jot down a quick make shift essay of their own.

The sensei quietly raised his hand ordering them to stop. He did not want the slackers to get anything above a failing grade for forgetting. Now, for those who actually finished your essays, please and them forward. Kagome turned to Inuyasha to make sure he had his. She double-checked that it was completed and handed it to the girl in front of her. Sango did the same and the sensei took them all to the front to look them over.

He stood after some examination and decided his punishment for those who did not finish. If you have a paper up here, you may work in a group today, however if your paper is not present, you must write a twenty page essay on responsibility and how you will never forget again. And if you forget to write that, for some magical reason, you will have to write a forty page. Do I make myself clear?

The class mumbled in unison; yes sensei. As for the rest of you, you may work on a project in a group as I said, just read the directions in chapter three and get on it right away, it is due on Friday.

Kagome turned to chapter three and briefed through it quickly just to check on the assignment. SCORE! It was a fairly easy one. All they had to do was create a flow chart and time line. That would be easy enough for one person to do let along an entire group. But then again, maybe he did honor his studious students and not the slackers. Kagome grinned to herself and she got to work with Sango and Inuyasha.

They had gotten done with the assignment before even half of the class time was done. Sango constructed the time line. Kagome constructed the flow chart. And Inuyasha read the information out of the book and told them what to put down. They spent the rest of the hour getting to know each other more and when the bell rang it was finally time to make way to their next class.

Kagome and Inuyasha briefly stopped at their lockers and quickly made their way to art. The whole period they worked on a new unit, which was drawing, and sketching while most of the other students chose the painting unit. Inuyasha tried his best to impress Kagome with his artwork, and needless to say he succeeded, highly.

After they went their separate ways to gym and chemistry, it was then that Kagome ran into trouble while going to class. Not only was Inuyasha on the other half of school. It was there that Kagome ran into Koga.

Hey Kagome what's up? Koga questioned her as she headed toward her next class. Ummm Hi Koga I was just going to my next class. Koga looked around, and then looked around again. Hey shouldn't that jerk be over here? Kagome looked up at Koga questioning him wordlessly. But Koga just dismissed it. So were is your next class? Kagome didn't say anything but instead kept walking forward her head tilted down. It wasn't until she saw Sango walking with Miroku that she suddenly sprinted toward the chemistry door.

HEY SANGO! Kagome screamed from the top of her lungs. HEY KAGOME! Sango shouted back mimicking her. Sango did not know how relieved she was when she acknowledged her. She quickly ducked into the chemistry door when Koga started walking toward her again. Sango looked at Koga but instantly dismissed it as she walked through the chemistry door.

What was that about? Sango questioned her friend. Kagome looked up at her and just shook her head. I don't know he thinks I am his girl friend or something like that. He tried walking me home last night but Inuyasha was there and made him stop following me. Sango nodded in agreement. I see she said before walking to her seat. Hey Sango can I get another picture of you? Sure! Sango beamed as Kagome snapped yet another picture of Sango posing

What's up with all of the pictures all of the sudden? Sango questioned as they started setting up the chemicals for their experiment. Its for a scrap book its sort of a little hobby of mine. Sango looked over at Kagome with excitement in her eyes. You too! I am obsessed with scrap books! Kagome grinned at her friend as she finally mixed the two components together.

Track was once again the main focus for the physical education class period. And just as before both Inuyasha and Miroku who were on a team excelled in it. The couch noticing their commitment and talent pulled them off to the side to talk to them.

Hey Inuyasha, Miroku, have you two ever considered joining the track team? The coach gruffly addressed the two guys. You two would defiantly come out on top especially if you were in relay. Inuyasha looked at Miroku who looked at him in return. A devilish smile crossed both of their lips as they made up their decision. They would both sign up for the track team and prove that they both were better than anyone else. Or at least that's what Inuyasha thought. Miroku saw this as a chance to get to know him better.

After the locker room which went through with few spoofs, (except for Inuyasha throwing Miroku's gym shoes in the shower when he learned about Koga being around Kagome. He decided that he would walk Kagome to her locker as Miroku saved a seat with Sango. (Poor Sango)

After Inuyasha exited the locker room he headed straight for Kagome's chemistry class.

~^~

Kagome had just finished chemistry while she poked her head out of the classroom. Making sure that Koga was no were to be seen. She was in great luck that he was nowhere to be seen. But was in worse luck when he quickly rounded it corner. SHIT! was the only thing that crossed her mind until she felt someone standing right next to her.

Boy was she surprised to see Inuyasha standing right next to her. THANK KAMI! she sighed as she started to make her way toward her locker. She made it to her locker in back with no trouble at all seeing she had her own escort there. She thanked Kami over and over again that she didn't have to deal with Koga.

~^~

They made their way through he lunch line and back into the lunchroom. She happily sprinted over to Sango and Miroku when she found that they had save her a seat. Hey Sango! Miroku! Stay right there! Kagome commanded as she pulled out her camera I want to get a picture of you two together. They both smiled their best when Kagome quickly snapped the photo.

Inuyasha looked at Kagome almost wounded. Why didn't she want a picture of him? She already took a picture of Sango in History, and now she just took a picture of her and Miroku. She was in two of her classes plus she had seen him in between classes. She had many chances to take his picture.

Inuyasha set his trey down next to Kagome's and quietly sat down. She was chatting away with Sango and barely noticed him. Until she finally made her way around the table and jerked him up.

What the hell? Inuyasha questioned but was interrupted when Kagome pointed toward her camera. She wants a picture of me? Inuyasha smiled smugly as he crossed his arms and allowed Kagome to take a picture of him. Then we walked back over to Sango and handed her the camera. Sango nodded and Kagome made her way over to Inuyasha and stood right next to him.

Now she wanted a picture of them together? Inuyasha's heart started to race as he posed with Kagome. Kagome stood really close to him and he unexpectedly wrapped his arm around her. It was just a picture right? He smiled not to smugly and Sango finally took the picture.

Inuyasha released Kagome from his grasp and went back down to his food.
