Top 15 things that fanfic authors over exaggerate…
(AU's may not fit all of the criteria)
1. Inu-Yasha and Sesshomaru's hair and eyes.
2. Inu-Yasha's a half-demon, k… that doesn't mean that he can smell emotions. Your dog can't smell when your sad or angry, can it? No. It can't…
3. Kikyo is dead, yes, we all know that…
4. Kagome is in love with Inu-Yasha, you don't have to make a Broadway play about it…
5. Inu-Yasha has dog ears on his head. They are cute but come on!
6. Kouga loves Kagome. He's really not that bad of a guy.
7. Inu-Yasha does not continually lust after Kagome… You might think he does, but he doesn't.
8. Miroku only gropes women when they think he's unconscious and they are kneeling next to them. He just makes a lot of sexual innuendo…
9. Nani means what, but the Japanese don't use that word like we do. SO STOP WITH THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE!!!
10. Shippo is cute, not stupid…
11. Inu-Yasha is a dog demon, therefore he does not purr.
12. Inu-Yasha lived alone for a good portion of his life, he doesn't cry about it.
13. Sesshomaru is a bad guy… It is futile to believe otherwise…
14. Inu-Yasha doesn't think of Kagome as just a shard detector, that much has been shown in the American Episodes.
15. And last but not least, *ahem* INU-YASHA ONLY GETS 'SIT' WHEN HE REALLY DESERVES IT AND HE ONLY GETS 'SIT' ONCE!!!
So that's my thing for the Inu-Yasha fanfictions. I will remind you, that these do not qualify for AU's because that is the whole purpose of an AU, to change one or more elements of the story.
Food for thought: Hey, all you people who think Kagome should stay in Inu-Yasha's time, I have an idea that might blow your brain apart:
If Kagome stays with Inu-Yasha and has children,
Could she be her own ancestor?
In other words,
How can Kagome, through many generations,
Practically give birth to herself?
