True Love At Last?

"INUYASHA OSUWARI!" The teenage miko Kagome yelled as Inuyasha yet again tried to prevent her from returning home. Kagome ran to the Bone Eaters well as fast as she could and jumped in to return to her own time. As normal Inuyasha's rosary pulled him to the ground so that an Inuyasha sized crater was created where he had been standing.

"You'd think he would have learned his lesson by now." Miroku said while trying to grope Sango.

"HENTAI!" Sango yelled and hit Miroku over top the head with her boomerang there by knocking him unconscious.

Inuyasha picked himself up off the ground with a broken hearted expression on his face he could smell the faint scent of Kagome's tears in the air; Sadly he said "Kagome I just wanted to tell you aishteru." He than ran at top speed to the God tree in Inuyasha forest and jumped up on to the highest branch to mope by himself.

Meanwhile the Houshi Miroku cautiously picked himself out of the ground rubbing his head. "You would have thought I would have known better by now also." Miroku mumbled too himself. Looking around he noticed that everyone was gone; he then took off to Kaeda's hut to wait for Kagomes return.

"Sango do you think it wise to leave Miroku behind in his condition?" The young Kitsune Shippo asked.

"He'll be fine; and besides if any danger shows up he can use his wind tunnel. Besides he knows we will be at Lady Kaeda's hut." Sango told him.

"Nya." The fire neko Kirara added in by way of agreement from Sango's shoulder. They then continued on their way to Kaeda's hut to await Kagomes arrival.

~Tokyo~

Meanwhile back in her own time Kagome was climbing out of the Bone Eaters Well at the Higurashi shrine.

"OHHHHH! Inuyasha can be such a arrogant baka inu hanyou." She fumed. After she calmed down a bit she decided it was time to study for her tests tomorrow.

Later that night after studying for three hours she decided to go to bed and study more tomorrow after school. While preparing for bed she was thinking of her most recent encounter with Inuyasha.

~Flashback~

"Kagome wait! You cannot leave. We need to talk." Inuyasha commanded Kagome.

"I've told you already I have to go home and study for my exam's that I have to take tomorrow." Kagome yelled.

"You will not leave yet. I won't let you!"

"Inuyasha OSUWARI!"

Kagome then ran to the Bone Eaters Well and her way back to her own time crying, "Why does he have to be this way?" She said as she jumped into the well and back to her own time.

~End Flashback~

"Why does he have to be so mean? Can he not see how much I care for him?" She cried. "Oh Inuyasha aishteru so very much." She then jump in bed and cried herself to sleep.

~Feudal Japan~

"Oh Kagome what have I done to us. One day we will solve our problems and live in peace together forever." That thought made Inuyasha content. He fell asleep in the god tree watching the tsuki and smiling knowing that he would be dreaming of Kagome.
