(A.N: by the way the first half of the story is a flashback, I will tell u when it ends)

 

Running and panting was herd in the normally peaceful Forest. A very scared young girl around eleven with black hair that was in a high pony tail with two pieces hanging lose one on each side was running from a mob of angry villagers. She was running for her Life. < Mother oh mother please forgive me I tried to keep the promise I made to you I tried to live…> the girl thought as the yelling got louder “ we must find her she is evil” she hard one of the villagers say. “ She always had been a troublemaker. We should never have let her serve us this is what we get for being kind to a half-breed”

She heard some one say. <Why do they hate me? What's wrong with being a half-breed? I did nothing wrong. it's a big misunderstanding WHY WONT THEY LESSEN TO ME!! > She thought. “ Kuro! Were are you please help me,” she yelled hoping her friend would come for he was her only hope. A loud roar was herd and a giant black cat with blue fire around his two tails and paws appeared and swooped her up.” Dam! It's that two tailed again what should we do Priestess?” a man said to a very young looking woman. “ We will find them they wont get far. The villagers and the priestess began to move. “ Kuro this is horrible they think I did it but it was not me. They were so quick to blame me. From now on I will stay away from humans.” She said this as tears rolled down her face. “ Kuro I am sorry for troubling you. This is a moonless night so I was not able to defend myself. I am in danger for a very powerful priestess is after me. Do you know a cave were I can hide?” the girl said. A soft growl was her answer. A few minuets later they were at a cave. “ This is a great place to hide.” The girl said. Her blue hakama was almost black from running in the woods and her white gi was now dark gray. Then rustles were herd but only the big cat herd it he gave a low growl.” They have found me,” the girl said while turning to the entrance of the cave. “ The will be here in a wile u must go” she said to the two tailed. He went to her and licked her cheek singling that he was staying. “ Oh Kuro u must leave it would not be far for u to suffer the same fate as me. You must go.” She said wile hugging his large head. The best gave a low growl. “ I see there is no reasoning with you since you are as stubborn as I ` the girl laughed. “ Look a cave could they be hiding in there Priestess Kikiyo?” they heard one man say. < They must be out side the cave known> the girl thought hugging her friend tighter. “Yes. The girl and the two tailed are hiding here” the priestess now identified as Kikiyo said. “ We now your in there half-breed there now where for you to go come out and face your punishment!” one of the villagers said. They waited a moment. “ Fine if that the case will come to you! Men go head in there and bring the girl to- the man was cut of. “ No there is no need for harsh moves I will go in and handle it my self” with that she entered the cave. A few moments went by and the priestess came out. The villagers ran to her. “ Did u defeat her Priestess Kikiyo?” a young man said. Kikiyo closed her eyes for a moment then tuck a deep breath and opened them again. “ She is defeated,” she said. “ Many thanks to u Priestess Kikiyo. Our village is now save” the man she assumed was the Chef of the village. “ No thanks are needed I was just doing the job as u asked me to” She responded. “Come we must celebrate your victory” the villagers began to move. Kikiyo looked back. < The barrier will protect you from any one that wishes to harm you. Only a person with kind soul will awaken you from your slumber. Until then sleep well> Kikiyo thought. “ A you coming Priestess Kikiyo?” One of the men asked. “Yes.” With that they walked off.
